They are always so good with our dog. We have a large Doberman, so some are not comfortable doing maintenance on them. But our dog loves all the girls there who have worked with him. Thank you. Also, they have a great selection of amazing beds that we bought there also.

What I wanted was 4 dog collars under $10 each. I settled on $11.99 ea. Then went to the cashier. There was two people in front of me, ok fine. Then they went into the grooming salon and left their stuff they wanted to purchase on the counter. I asked the cashier how long they were going to be. She just shrugged her shoulders. I waited longer. 1 person came back but was waiting on her friendI finally decided it wasn't worth it. Put the stuff I wanted to buy on the counter ($45 dollars worth) and left!!

I saw a sign in the window for self serve dog baths. I walked in to see how much and if I needed an appointment. Staff was friendly and said it was first come first served and they were available. It was a great setup, towels and soap provided. My dog is so soft and clean!

An employee named Ashley at this PetSmart was extremely rude and unprofessional when I tried to resolve an overcharging issue. I simply asked how to contact the manager and she responded in a snarky, demeaning tone saying "Well first you pick up the phone and then you dial the number and then you can talk to the manager."Her condescending attitude and inability to provide basic customer service were shocking. Ashley should not be working with the public if she's incapable of having respectful interactions. She was combative over a simple pricing question.I've never encountered such poor customer service from an employee before. Ashley's behavior was completely unacceptable and I'll be taking my business elsewhere after this disappointing experience. Avoid this location if you don't want to deal with rude staff like Ashley.

Really friendly and knowledgable staff. Went on a Sunday morning before it opened where a lot of inpatient people were groaning about it not being open despite it not being 10 yet, but they still opened for us. My cat was sick and I wanted to get him new food asap, so being able to get the supplies even 5 minutes earlier meant a lot to me.

I love this pet smart! Staff is so helpful and friendly always ready to help! I had wanted this bubble backpack for my kitten but every time they were sold out in this location. They helped me order one and save it for when it was available! And they were so patient when I was asking questions for puppy training! 10/10 love shopping here for my babys! !

Don’t go here! I had my Pomeranian trimmed here for the first time. I called after FOUR hours, and they said that it would be another 1/2 hour (which I think is when they Actually trimmed her). When I got there, hair was ALL over the floor and they gave me the bill that I Had to pay BEFORE I could Even see her. After paying $95, I heard a dog yelping in the back. When I Finally saw my dog, she was shedding under hair All over me, her hair was Completely uneven , and her paws weren’t even touched. I ended up trimming her myself when I got home. DON’T Waste your $$$$!!

These tanks need a deep clean, & refreshment. They’re covered in algae and it’s difficult to see the small selection this store has. The fish deserve to be treated better than this. Please step it up.

I received what I went in for, 25 large crickets. The store seemed empty and only a few employees working. I had to notify the cashier of assistance in the back for crickets. So besides the wait, all was well. Petco is my go-to as it's close by my house, but I was in the area, so I ran into PetSmart. I'll visit again if needed.

the groom itself was nice, my dog looked wonderful afterwards, but had to get emergency surgery for his anal glands within 48 hours of his appointment bc they don't do it properly. He didn't have a preexisting issue beforehand either so it was definitely on them. I'll just find a DIY wash station and do it myself then go to the vet for his glands in the future.

Had to get some training pads for my new puppy and ended up finding her new favorite toy and chews that last her more than 5 minutes. I was in and out within a few minutes but will be back to check out their huge toy selection on payday

I aimlessly wandered into this location with no other goal in mind than looking at their cats and showing them some love. The last time I had gone in, there were none, so I was pleasantly surprised and slightly disheartened to see that there were three cats just meandering about in their kennels.To make a long story short, I ended up taking one of them home, and I can't even begin to explain my joy with this new companion of mine. A little more than a week passed, and I ended up with a "rash" I later was able to diagnose as bug bites after a trip to the clinic. I noticed that she had scabs around her neck, even when I first got her, that I have now correlated to constant scratching. Needless to say, mite treatment and a really thorough cleaning.During the adoption process, things seemed to be a little disorganized. I was told someone would be right with me when I had first inquired about the adoption process, and ended up waiting over an hour before the same person noticed I was still standing around had asked me if I had yet to be helped. When I did receive help, I don't think they were prepared for my inquiry, which is totally fine. I wasn't bothered as I really didn't have anywhere else to be, and it enabled me to spend more time with this little sweetie, anyways. They had ran out of coupons they give with the adoption, but she was worth any penny. The woman that assisted me with the final stages of the adoption was very friendly and told me to come back in a few days with my receipt to reclaim the coupons I was unable to use that day.I am thrilled to be granted an opportunity to be this baby's forever home. She has been so very pleasant to be around, and I think I'm finally growing on her. I look forward to the years we are to spend together. It has been a humbling experience.

I visited a few months ago looking for a kitty. The woman I asked to get a kitty out of the cage responded with “are you adopting her?” I replied I didn’t know yet. She replied with “you can look at her through the glass then”. The adoptions here are sad because they won’t let you play with them before deciding. It takes a certain amount of bonding to decide. These poor cats stay in small cages with no human contact except the person that works there.

The fish area is pretty sad to see and doesn't look as well kept as it should be, which is definitely a reflection of management and ownership rather than individual employees, who are delightful and always helpful. Good selection of items for both my dogs and cats.

Took our 110lb Border-nese to get groomed the first time they were able to give him a bath but he was scared of the dryer. They called us and had us come pick him up. The stylist really cared about my dog and his feelings, but she also cared that he needed to be groomed so she offered to do him another day where she had a lot of time to really work with him and make sure it was a good experience for him. We brought him back, Kerri and the other staff did such a great job with him. He looks amazing, smells amazing and is the softest I've ever felt him. He is so proud the moment we got through my front door he started running around the house so happy woth his new look. Every staff member is so nice and shows they care for your animal. I'm a vet tech so finding a well priced place to groom my gaint dog and meet his needs Is very important to me. I highly recommend!

First time here at this location versus the one on highway 7. You guys had all the cat food in stock that we usually buy versus the one on highway 7 is usually out all the time. Thank you for being well stocked. We'll be trying to come to you more often.

The manager on duty around 3:00 on Sunday 8/16/2020 went above and behind to help us out. I’m sorry to say I didn’t get her name but whatever you pay her isn’t enough. She was kind and patient even with the store being under staffed. I can’t thank you all enough!!There are two very happens kittens in a loving home!

I have no complaints about the experience with the staff or products but I went to check out the cats for adoption- potentially offering to foster a senior and found their litter boxes were disgusting, their waste was all over there cage, one had a towel that was so soiled and the smell was horrifying. This seems like animal abuse and I hope that if they continue to house cats- this changes or no longer house them. I have 4 cats- (how many where there today) with a full time job, outside of working constant duties outside of home making and our 4 cats have plenty of time to get clean litter boxes cleaned and have clean materials. I’m in shock with what I saw- some had no padding in the cage and just dirty metal cage ground. I do want to follow up with calling Petco management and anybody who regulates clean and safe conditions for animals, there really is no excuse for those cages to ever be dirty plus plenty of resources for them to have beds and comfort

Took my dog to get groomed and after almost 4 hours I get a call to pick her up and she’s been slightly trimmed and doesn’t even seem to have had a wash? Last time she went it was great and they asked if we wanted the same cut and we said yeah but idk what happened it’s like they got to her last min to complete the days schedule and barely did anything.

They have the CUTEST pride display right now!! @Petsmart on hover in Longmont CO. They don’t have the brightest cashiers. I tried telling the girl I had an online pickup (a bag of dog food) in my hands and it was taken care of and I could show her the receipt if she needed it but I ALSO needed to checkout from shopping inside. She wasn’t understanding and finally I said never mind. This dog food is paid for already though.Nice stuff, not always the best prices! Petco has better sales.

People at PetSmart are friendly and help find things that you can't find. They also help you to train your dog. You can adopt animals there like cats and dogs among other animals. Set appointment to get your dog wash and groomed.
