The left picture is from a previous employee that groomed our Goldendoodle a couple of months ago. The right picture is the latest picture from 4/13/2024. The previous groomer who made our boy look like a show dog is no longer working here and the new groomer literally butchered our boy and now he looks ridiculous. Beyond the haircut, his ears were not cleaned on the inside, nails don’t appear to be clipped and our boy came home acting completely different and still 3 days later he’s not acting normal. When picking him up, we were told it would be extra to do his feet and face because he wasn’t cooperating with them. This is a first we’ve ever been told this and he’s 2 with regular grooming every 6-8 weeks. I’m absolutely devastated at how our boy was returned.

I love coming into Dee-O-Gee and better yet my pup does too! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The shop is clean and always has fun things if you want to indulge your pet. Diana does an exceptional job grooming and Olive adores her!!

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I made an appointment over the phone. I arrived on time for my appointment and the lady behind the counter canceled it as soon as I walked in. She saw that my dog was anxious (which I already explained over the phone), but she told me that I needed to start my dog on CBD oil before she would even attempt to trim his nails. This would have been helpful to know before I took the afternoon off of work and drove 25 minutes to get there. She didn't make me an appointment for the second day, but told me to "pop in anytime after Noon” because it was usually slow. I showed up as soon as I could leave work (again). I was then dismissed for the third time and told that they were "too busy" and "could I just come back next week?" That would have been my THIRD trip just for a nail trim! I had to take 2 afternoons off of work and drive 25 minutes each way! They had no respect for my time whatsoever. And it speaks volumes that they blame their customer for the “misunderstanding” instead of taking responsibility for their awful customer service. My daughter referred me to this place, but I would rather find a local, small business who values their customers.

The groomers are caring and knowledgeable. They’re great at listening about preferences and concerns.As first time dog owners, my wife and I were having trouble with our puppies’ diet. The staff offered advice and a product to suit our needs. They made it clear that if this solution didn’t work out we should bring the food back to exchange it for something else to see what works.The value at Dee-O-Gee is better than the internet or big box because they are truly there to support the wellbeing of your dog. I’m thankful we have access to them as a resource!

Blue did such an amazing job grooming my two pups. They were able to get me in within just a few days. On top of the haircuts being better, the prices are so reasonable compared to Petco! I will definitely be back.

AWESOME SERVICE!! The workers are amazing and super nice. :) My fluff butt always comes home happy and tired and LOVES everyone there! They provide amazing care and make sure all dogs are having a great time.Their grooming is even more awesome!! Sidona does a wonderful job with Fluffy and always makes him look so great! He absolutely loves her! :)Fluffy would also like to say that they have a pawsome selection of freeze dried raw treats and great toys that are great for tug of war and chasing around the house!

First day of Doggy Daycare in the books! This little 4 month old is sleeping with a smile at 9pm. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they love our mongrel almost as much as we do. Very happy to have found this place.

We came here for the ice cream social and loved it. The owner is very personable and helpful. I like the healthy selection of pet foods and we also picked up an Avalanche jersey for my pug. I will shop here again whenever I'm in Longmont

We have LOVED our experience at Dee O Gee in Longmont. After a very bad experience at a local big box pet store groomer, we were reluctant to go anywhere, but our doodle, Dolly, requires lots of extra attention to her easily matted coat. Diana is an AMAZING groomer and Dolly feels so great each time after seeing her!

Self service dog wash was great.Also some great dog food options shown with the help of Rachel. Such as frozen or freeze dried, patties vs pellets.I forget who set up our stall but they were friendly as well. Highly recommend making your local pet store.

My poodle just got groomed today by Diane….I will seriously never go anywhere else ever again! She did a great job w the grooming & I was actually in tears when I saw how calm, happy & loved he was when I picked him up (he has massive separation anxiety!). Dee-O-Gee is a very cute new place. Prices appeared reasonable, everyone there was very nice & could tell it’s not just a job/source of income. Very “family” feeling about the entire experience!

Came in for the self-service dog wash,one of the lovely groomers had time for an impromptu nail trim, and the owner gave me the best recommendations for dog food!! Can’t believe this place has it all!!! I’m a new dedicated loyal customer, so glad this place exists!

These guys are awesome! Came in for a grooming and nail trim! Not only did they have a welcoming atmosphere, I left knowing my dog was in kind and capable hands. And sure enough when I got back the ladies had nothing but wonderful things to say! I have a Great Dane so can be a handful, but she seemed right at home and we will definitely be back! I can’t say enough about how great my experience was first time in. I went in frantic about my dog who is going thru bone cancer. She had stopped eating and I was desperate to find something that might interest her. I was suggested something to try but he also gave me many samples to see if there was anything at all that would get my girl to eat. It was so kind and heartfelt in a moment where I was beyond stressed and scared for my dog. She is feeling better and has now tried everything and I will be in to get her favorites. I have told many people about this great experience and will continue to send people your way. Thank You!

The staff here from the moment you walk in are so welcoming, cheerful and just amazing to chat with!I visited on opening day and ended up buying a ton of dog food due to their wonderful recommendation on fresh frozen food and even with their busy grand opening they were never not too busy to help with anything. I cant wait to schedule dog grooming.I would definitely give them my business and I encourage everybody to visit and give this amazing local store our business!

We take our 7yo pup to Dee-O-Gee's doggy daycare a couple times a week and she can't be bothered by us the moment we arrive. She loves it so much and is OBSESSED with Rachel (the owner).Every employee/caretaker we've met is so wonderful and loves on our dog so well, too.The store itself is lovely and has great pet products. Both of my kids have become attached to different stuffies from there as their own favorites, lol. So handy to have right off of main street (and right by Wibby, heeeey).

What an amazing place. Not only did they have the brand of treats we have been trying to find for months, but they were also able to trim our Labs nails. Great selection and service. I would highly recommend.
