Great store with great policy, we bought a bunch of new snacks for our pup but they dont seem to agree with her stomach. The store policy allows us to exchange/return the items. This will definitely be our go to place for dog treats and toys. I wish there were more "chew" snacks like collagen sticks or beef cheek rolls.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prices are a bit high but they price matched for me. I like the rewards program they have.Also sometimes they have decent clearance. They have a lot of specialty items that I was looking for when my pups had a stomach bug.The firm up bars really helped and I have never seen those anywhere else!

Wow! Super impressed with the professionalism and assistance I received from Katie at the Longmont Chuck & Don’s. Navigating new puppy ownership is SUPER challenging however Katie made it less so by willingly offering both her time & expertise figuring out the best products to provide for our large “devour costly toys in minutes” dog! This company stands by what they sell and stays in the picture till you are happy. How refreshing to see integrity & customer service being prized at this location. - JS (Very grateful customer)

I called earlier today to put dog boots on hold and gave my name and phone number. My husband called about an hour later to confirm the size of the boots. We drove in from Boulder to pick them up and the girls at the store told me they already sold them because I didn’t come in within an hour of calling. Their attitude was like “oh well”. If there was a time limit, why wasn’t it mentioned on the phone when I called or when my husband called an hour after me? Why did they take my phone number down to hold the boots if they weren’t going to call me to tell me they couldn’t hold them anymore? Typically items are held until the end of the day and if there’s a different policy I would have appreciated being told that. Really bad customer service!

Chuck & Don's always has a good selection of products of the type I'm looking for (most recently rawhide-free chew sticks). If I'm uncertain which to get the staff is helpful, and the staff is always friendly. I much prefer Chuck & Don's to the large chains.

Excellent place to shop for pet stuff! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help you carry a heavy bag of dog food to your car. We love that they have a loyalty program too, and we get a free bag of food every once in a while - it’s great!

My son and I went in with our dog the other day to get a new harness for Ziggy. The employee was so helpful. Ziggy got lots of love while trying on a few different options. I love Chuck and Don's. Everyone is happy, helpful, and welcoming. They have the best selection of food, treats, and toys. It is definitely my go-to pet store.

My dog kloie and i have been coming to this location since she was a puppy we both love the staff here they always going above and beyond with the customers service they offer. My dog recently had to have surgery on her leg, when i went in to grab a few things they asked me where she was i told them that she had surgery a few days after we received a note in the mail from all the staff wish her a fast recovery. I couldn't ask for a better place to go for my dog. They really care about their children.

Chuck and Don's in Longmont is the purrfect store for your furry friends. It is pet friendly with an amazing supply of healthy snacks, treats and foods to meet our high standards for our best friends.Employees are well versed in pet care, foods and etc., and are always willing to help or discuss your pets needs.The rewards program is very easy and beneficial, not to mention nice dividends.I appreciate the products, knowledge and clean and welcoming environment for our loving pets!

My go-to for food / treats treats for my 12.5 yo Toy Poodle. The food at dept stores or other pet stores is not a good enough quality for my boy! Everyone here is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly as well. It's a drive from the far NE side of town, but worth it. Thanks for the carryout-curbside help, Brandon.

I like what the store offers. I'd like to see more sales and better deals for people who frequent the business. I like to switch up on brands of kibble, so the free bag after buying 12 takes quite a while. Prices for can food seems high when some are over $5. per can. I won't buy treats or bones here, too high.

Been to many a Chuck and Don's, first time at this location. Very sad when there are three employees working, we are the only customers in the store, and while we looked through collars, leashes, treats, dry and wet food none of them could be bothered to ask if we needed help. When we did have a question they had to be interrupted and seemed annoyed that we were "bothering" them. In the end we spent over $200 on dog food since we drive about 50 minutes to get what we need (our local retailer closed recently). Needless to say this disappointment has had the affect of us never returning to the Longmount location. There is another about ten minutes further we'll try next time. So sad how far what is called customer service has fallen.

Great selection of food and toys. Always super friendly crew members inside, they keep track of the manufacturers coupons for you and have their own rewards sytem on top. My only stop for dog supplies anymore

My #1 choice for cat food! My cat has allergies to basic things like chicken & beef, and is still picky and likes a varied diet. Chuck & Don's makes my life so much easier! Many choices for wet food that meet our criteria and dry food options, too. I'm a regular customer & couldn't be more pleased.

You are local and we like to shop local, but your prices are way out of scope to be considered a good value. Went in for a collar and some treats and dog toys. Collar was 28.00, toys we liked were 23.00 and treats were out in left field. This is good news for Amazon folks as we got a high quality collar with a leash for 14.00 a d treats were about 1/2 of what you charge. Toys, the same so guess we will not be coming back soon. Inflation is one thing, your prices are way over any rate of inflation. Sorry.

Excellent selection of numerous brands of foods for many animals. Quality brands. Expect to pay more for them, but reasonable considering the benefits. The store is open, clean, and inviting. Staff are friendly and well educated on the products. We have shopped there for two years now.Be aware that some products have spotty availability.

Such a amazing knowledgeable Store of employees. One in Particular " "Harmonie". She spent a great deal of time correcting a order getting food I needed to day & placing some Special orders.I have a Cat that is alive today because of the knowledge some of these employees have of there products.
