I recently visited the store for the first time, and it was an exceptional experience. I needed to change my dog's food and had a few inquiries. The staff went above and beyond, providing me with VIP treatment as they guided me through the store, showcasing various dog food brands and offering insightful examples of the quality of each one. What stood out was their genuine assistance without any pressure to make a purchase or bias towards expensive options.They afforded me the space to explore independently, allowing me to decide on the best food for my dog. This store has genuinely impressed me, and they've gained a customer for life!

Everytime I go in, it's just a good experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They love my dog- my first time bringing my puppy in one of the ladies said "Oh I can't wait to watch you grow up" and it was just heartwarming. You don't hear that from places like Petco. My last visit I bought a stuffed lamb toy and one of their cool cookies (they have fun treats in fun shapes and designs that change regularly)- I got one that looked like a turkey leg this time and the guy put it in the bag and while he was putting the toy in it, he said "It's like it's protecting it" and I just laughed looking at how the h ad and arms were sticking out of it.I go out of my way to go here- I live in Greeley and make it a point to come here for my pup needs. This store is awesome ❤️

This is where the serious pet owner and the Walmart dog food buyer split. Knowledgeable, great variety, solid advice..years of experience... our dog had diarrhea and we couldn't find an answer...terrible....they had us change to Zignature Salmon and within a month he was as good as new. .($200 in vet bills btw ..no change...$120.00 for a food that he wouldn't tolerate)Not to mention the cat toys , the raw diet offerings, every supplement ....This is an investment in your fur baby...if you can't take care of them like your children...you shouldn't have em anyway!

Been very happy with shopping here and supporting local. Our cats love the food and treats from here! Tried out their delivery ordering service and were very impressed with how easy Harmony made it to order and have food delivered to our door in less than an hour for only a bit extra. Definitely recommend!

I think this is a great shop if you're looking for help with finding something for your pet. I went with my daughter because she was looking for a special product for her dog and she really received a lot of help from the staff member and she found just what was needed. I really appreciated that the associate that helped us was wearing a mask.

I Chuck & Don's is a great place for good quality food for your dogs and cats I just bought a brand called fuzzy pets for my picky cats. Called fussy pets my female cat loves the duck and chicken mix my male cat loves the salmon and tuna. Have not tried the dry food yet with them but it's a Great place it's clean and the people there are always willing to help.

Great selection! The quality of the leash, collars and harnesses look really good. They have a variety of toys from fluffy to tough. They also have some really cute balls that will look fantastic being carried around by your pooch! There are all kinds of treats! I didn't check it dog foods this trip but will the next time I'm in Longmont 🙂The lady and dog behind the counter were very nice and helpful.

Shopping here never disappoints. Even when they're out of a specific bag of food, they'll do their very best to get you what you need & timely! The store has high quality bones, chew toys out of the ordinary treats. You name it they most likely have it! The staff is friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable. I won't shop anywhere else for my tri pawd.🐾

I'm visiting from out-of-state for a few months. When I needed food for my dog, I found this store. The employees are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the food they carry. The prices are in line with every other pet store I've dealt with. They have a lot of brands... even in this time of "short supply". They do carry toys, treats & a few other dog items. Not a lot of clothing, bowls, and leashes. There is a refrigerated area for frozen and perishable stuff. It's clean & spacious. They do allow you to bring your dog in store to shop. This location does not have grooming or a bath area. Join their "club" to get a discount after you purchase a certain # of food items and to get emails with coupons.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had a lot.of questions and needs for two visits, and they were great! I also had a bunch of heavy bags of food to donate and since they take it for shelters it was awesome to be able to drop it there. They even helped me carry the bags from my car. Love this place! They are the only pet supply store nearby that carries the specific brand of dog and cat food that we feed our animals. The selection of flavors isn't as great as the specialty dog food store I was used to shopping at before moving to Firestone, CO, but overall they have a good variety. The staff are always cheerful and welcoming to my dog. They even offer her treat samples almost every time we are in the store!

My dog LOVES going to chuck and dons to smell all the toys and treats and we don't have to worry about what we're buying because everything is healthy and high quality. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and very kind to my puppy.
