So I’ve been going to Chicos now, for about six years give or take… This time I noticed some new faces, and naturally, I was a little apprehensive… But let me tell you there’s nothing to worry about here! These guys totally knocked it out of the park. Edgar and Chloe have never looked better! Thanks Chicos! You guys rocked it.

I have been bringing my Dog here forMany many years every SaturdayHe is so spoiled …….I would not take Him anywhere else he isSo happy after he gets his BathEvery single week …..I couldn’t ask for a Better Grooming shopPeriod they are Extremely careful andProfessional with my Baby as he is a very Large dog and isn’t so easy to handle ……..They have built a strongBond with him And MeHe is always treated with love and caringThey are hands Down the Best GroomersAround and I have to drive 30 minutesTo get thereIt is totally worth it😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊I could continue on and on. About howSeriously they take there jobIt definitely shows 😊😊😊😊I would recommend them to anyoneThat feels as strongly about there dog asI Do …………And I would also like to addThis message to all the people thatDo not take care of there pets properlyThat is NEGLECTOur animals should be treated as kids are periodSo if your dog never gets bathed then gets ticks and fleas and gets allMatted fur Duh………….that’s NeglectIf your dog never gets nails trimmedThat’s NeglectAnd so on……………….If your dog never get his teethed brushedAnd his teeth go bad that NeglectThat is on the owner…..Would you treat your children like that????????????

No Stars. March 5, 2024 was the first time I took my 9 lbs dog to this so claimed "professional grooming spa". They had a witch do the grooming for my dog. Terrible hair cut and multiple wounds. My dog was so frightened that she came back panicking, I had to take her to the vet the next day and they took the heart and lungs X-rays. The X-rays showed enlarged heart and fluid in the lungs. The vet prescribed medication for my dog. Two days later, my dog had blood in her urine. I had to take her to vet again and the vet put her on antibiotics. Also I have been putting Neosporin on her wounds, she was unable to walk well for the last couple of days. Such an irresponsible grooming place.

We love Chico's grooming. They've been taking care of our dogs for several years now and we used to drive 40 minutes to go to their old location. The new location is a little closer so that's great. Our boys are always in a better mood afterwards than after going to several other groomers in the area.

My dogs cut was horrible and they didn't even trim her nails. I paid 90 for a job I good have done better. Yes she was overdue and they made a big deal about it but it took me several weeks too wait for that appointment and even her face is unevenI will never go back there.

Customer of 5 years here. This used to be one of the best pet groomers in the area. As such, we would drive over an hour to have our pets groomed here. Unfortunately, service and quality has taken a nose dive since they lost their best groomer about 6 months ago. We won't be returning anymore due to the rude and disrespectful manner in which we've been treated by management while trying to book an appointment.

My pom had his first groom in a long time and he had a wonderful experience. I hate to admit this, but he was in pretty bad shape, with many knots, and as hes gotten older, he got more anxious getting groomed. Amelia was amazingly patient and sweet with him and I even got to catch a glimpse of her interaction with him. He seems so happy and playful with her. She definitely has a love for animals! 100% trustworthy with your pet's! Also very affordable!

Jessica is seriously the best when it comes to our pups. I’ve had really bad experiences with other groomers because they say my boys are “too wiggly”, but with Jessica, they always come home looking super cute and even, and their hair grows out really nicely. (I was able to get through 18 weeks without a groom and no knots on my maltese, and I definitely don’t brush him every day!) They also get so excited when I pull up to Chico’s, and are super happy when they come home, so I know she treats them well!

Chico's in Niwot is excellent--they groom our toy poodle Tony beautifully and are friendly, polite, and skillful, and he's happy to be there.

Super disappointed. I specifically left a hand written note stating that I wanted my Goldendoodle to have a trim and not to shave him down. I picked him up and he looked like a poodle. Plus he had several random spots that were shaved all the way downtown his skin (bald spots). When I called to ask Wendy what happened, she said send me a picture and I’ll take a look. Totally not acknowledging that she messed up. Also, my dog’s “haircut” was completely uneven. I will definitely not be returning to Chico’s. I’m so sad that my puppy’s first trim turned out so terrible. Fortunately, hair grows back.

Noticed cat grooming services so I called to inquire. Took my cat on a slower day and she was all shaved in 90 minutes. Fastest cat shaving I’ve had and great quality as well. Definitely recommended!
