I love this place! The baths are so easy to use and they have so many stations. I used to work in grooming salons as a bather so I’m picky about self-bathing places but this is my favorite so far. I love that the drying table are really spacious so you can sit with your dog to help keep them calm and not break your back. Only things that would make it better is stronger dryers, they’re a little soft for those double coated or long haired dogs.

It was the first time I’ve given my dog a bath outside of the home, and the nice employee with red braids and black lipstick made this experience so nice! My Great Dane gets a little (well a lot) nervous when in new situations and they made it so so much easier on us. Lady is happy with her new treats as well! Athena (I think was her name) also made the environment also feel very friendly with her cool style and kindness. I can’t wait to return again

Took Princess Tiabeanie for her first wash and dry. The staff was so kind and created a positive experience for her. After a long dry, she came out very happy and fluffy. Did you know the first puppy bath is free? I didn't.

My dog’s grooming was handled professionally and timely. The cut was perfect. I met the groomer and thanked her but, unfortunately, I don’t remember her name. She had groomed my dog before and did a great job then, as well. So glad I have a dependable and friendly place to bring my pup. I will be back! Thank you!

Brenda has been doing my 6 lb poodle for 1.5 year now and she always does the best job. They treat my Gigi so well here. I’m so happy I found her and wag n wash!!!

Brenda did amazing with my poodle (Dixie), after a bad experience with my old groomer my dog was a little nervous but Brenda was kind and patient and very honest with me about Dixie’s behavior when I picked her up. Dixie looks ADORABLE, thank you so much Brenda!

My dog looks great! My dog was nervous in that environment, he does better in a doggie wash that only focuses on grooming. Otherwise, they did a great job grooming.

Our pups are safe and loved while being groomed. We want them to feel pampered and they do that for both of our Shetland Sheepdogs. They got special treatment yesterday. It's a hard task as they are like little lions with full manes. 🦁 🐕 🛷 🐶 🐕‍ 🐩 This is a great place to trust your Pet will have a good experience.

They were really nice. Showed you how to do it for newcomers. Really easy to use. I do suggest you have two people if you’re bringing a puppy and it’s their first time. They also have a dryer table. The dryer is cold though. But it’s very quiet so that’s good.

I love my German Shedder... I mean, shepherd. I do not love the aftermath of bathing him in my house. Picture 20 lbs of hair superglued to the tile, the tub, the wall... the couch (because he's fast and likes to mock me while I chase him around the house.)I've been taking my high-maintenance skin allergy-prone dog to Wag & Wash for 8 years. This means, he gets a lot of baths and if I didn't have this place, I'd be one sad dog momma.They have everything you need to get your dog clean and the staff is super helpful. (I recommend tipping them!)If you have a dog, check this place out. If you don't have a dog, well score some karma points and wash someone else's dog, or buy a friend's pet a birthday treat from the bakery. This is a fantastic place.

I have brought my two dogs in to be groomed with Cristiana, and both times, they came out better than I expected! She is extremely knowledgeable and communicative and I appreciate to have somebody I trust with my fur babies. 10/10!

Wag 'N Wash is the place to go for grooming and pet supplies. I have been in two additional times to volunteer for Bailing Out Benji, a non-profit organization that works to end puppy mills. We educated the customers to raise awareness about the puppy mill to pet store pipeline. We appreciate stores like Wag 'N Wash that have a humane business model and don't sell puppies and kittens. We had our dog groomed with Nelly and I cannot be happier with the results. We met with her in the beginning to discuss the cut and any concerns regarding my dog. She took the time and asked questions to ensure the results were what we wanted. In the beginning, I decided on a lower cut because I did not know the correct length and just went on what I thought was correct. I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted and she kindly notified us that the length first decided was too low. We went with her expertise and the cut turned out perfect. I couldn't be happier. Results were A++. Thank you Nelly for everything and we will be seeing you soon!

Cristiana is one of the best dog groomers I’ve been to, not only does my dog Lala look beautiful, she never has any issues with her. My dog is tiny and fragile and super scared. When I bring Lala in Cristiana always remembers her name and Lala is jumping to say hello. I’ve always had problems at other groomers where they don’t shave her properly or clean her eyes properly. But I have never had a problem with this groomer. 10 stars if I could.

Family friendly pet center with people who care. We love taking our Labradoodle here for grooming. The groomers are calm and patient. The grooming area is in a private area in the back of thr store. Brenda and her partner were really great. They listened to us, and we are pleased with their work.

First time in today. I did the Fur Buster self service package and it was great! The baths are very roomy for the dogs (we have an 80lb lab mix that fit fine with room to move) and they provide you with everything from shampoo, conditioner, grooming tools, and cologne for when you’re done to keep them smelling great, plus use of a free drying station! Will definitely be using this as our new grooming service as it will save us so much money and since we’re the ones washing our dog he’s much more comfortable.

Please if you love your dog so not take them here. I have an Alaskan malamute Husky that just got her whole beautiful coat shaved off of her yesterday and now it so uncomfortable it’s not even funny. The tech had no idea what she was doing and took on a job that was so far over her head and when I came to pick my dog up she wouldn’t even bring her out to mw she hid in the back I while attach what my dog was supposed to look like and what she looks like now. This dog is a service dog that was with me in the army and did not deserve this. Please never take your dog there. They gave us our money back but it will me months before my dog is comfortable again.

Our golden retriever never felt so loved!Because of this wag n wash, I've been able to spoil my fur baby every single year for her birthday because they make great customizable cakes for Cheap!! I love bringing her in for a good self service bath too. This place has it all.

Love this store and dog washing place. The staff is so friendly. The dog washing stations are so nice! It is so good to have instead of messing your own tub up. It can get pretty busy on the weekends, so if you can, go throughout the week.

Our boy is so happy after our visit to Wag N Wash! We've never seen him so clean. The staff is super helpful. I can't recommend this place enough. Save money and take your pup in for one on one clean. We'll be coming every month.

The service was great. The self wash area was clean. The the shampoo and conditioner made my dog smell awesome. The staff was friendly. My dog is a rescue and get nerves to new environment, but this place she warm up to fast. Def recommend this place.

Hannah and the groomers at this location are amazing. By far the best place to have my dog groomed. This salon is better than any I’ve ever brought my vizsla to. They are kind and attentive.

Update: I was contacted by the district manager regarding my review. It was explained to me what can happen during a grooming session. I appreciate the insight and communication. Having a better understanding of how these things can happen and why I feel better about it. Knowing how much the company cares and takes pride in getting back to their customers means a lot. We will come back in the future.My husband picked up our dog and brought her home from her grooming session. I noticed she was limping pretty bad. We looked had her back right paw she didn’t want to put on the ground. Her paw was shaved too closely. Almost like a “rug burn.” I understand accidents happen and dogs don’t sit still. However, it would have been nice to have been told at least. It’s a pretty bad that she is still limping being it’s Tuesday and was groomed on Friday. I’m not looking for anything in return or a discount. I don’t think we will come back. Just in the future if something happens with a dog, be honest with the owners. Photo taken Monday.
