Did a quick Google search for Fromm’s dog food and Riley’s popped up with great reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm so happy I went here! I've never walked into a pet store and felt right at home and so well taken care of. I found my dog food and a dog olivewood treat. You can even have your dog/cat food ordered (call by Thursday and you will get it the next week). I have found our pet store!!

I could not be more impressed. I came in for the first time today looking for a specific food for my dog that has been hard to find. He has a lot of health problems and it's hard to find something for him Michelle the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. It's very clear that she truly cares about the animals in your family. They have a good selection of high quality dog and cat food, treats, toys, Etc...I highly recommend visiting Riley's for whatever your dog or cat may need I will definitely return.

Was looking for a pet store because I am TIRED of finding out the dog food brand I get from petco/petsmart have tons of lawsuits out due to pets getting sick.Not to mention the good food breaks the bank!!Riley's has affordable prices, the best customer service I have EVER seen in a small business.When I first stopped by, they gave me SOOO MANY samples for my pup to try and pick between foods for her.We also have two cats and i got JUST AS MANY samples for them to try out the food as well.Needless to say, with that many samples, we definitely were able to find something that fit our needs.By the way when I actually purchased they brought it out to my car for me?! SO Sweet. I'm telling you, the SERVICE is amazing!Since then, I have never looked back. You can order your food to be delivered as well!! the same exact convenience and availability as the big names, but the BEST service and attention from a small business owner.But wait there's more.I had an emergency trip out of town and noticed my dog food was running low. I called in to order and they offered to deliver SAME DAY by NOON!!! That is insane.What other place can give you that kind of service and attention??Did I mention the delivery fee was less than a dollar?! I love this place so much.Riley's has my business for life, so long as I live here I won't shop anywhere else.The care they put into their customer attention is unmatched.If I could put 6 stars I would!!!

Riley’s pet store is the best in the area. I recently moved but I go out of my way to continue to shop here because the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. I can tell that the owner cares a lot about pets - there was even a time where we ran out of food and forgot to order on time, the owner gave us free bags of samples to hold off until the order came in. She always insists on carrying the food to my car for me too, truly a small business that should be supported

I've been searching for OC Raw for my puppy and after 4 other stores told me they had no idea what I was talking about, even after the brand was listed on their websites, Michelle knew what I was asking for. Not only does this store have incredible products that are healthy and friendly for your dog and the planet, the staff are the greatest. Riley’s saved me! I have a broken leg so now may not have been the best time to get a puppy, but I waited as long as I could. I showed up on crutches with a brand new 3 1/2 month old, 27 lb pup whose collar was too big and was slipping out. Not only did Michelle help me find a halter that would work, she put it on him for me and recommended other things like these cool, new chew toys thank goodness because I was not thinking about a teething puppy. She also helped me figure out how much I needed to feed him which I am eternally grateful for because I am completely overwhelmed 😂 They didn’t have the food she thought I should use in so gave me samples to get him started that held him over for a week until it arrived. Riley’s also made us feel very special as it was Valentine’s Day and he got his picture taken. Now I have that moment captured and loved how they loved him and took care of me ❤️

Stopped in today to see what it was like and I'm so glad I did! Michele was wonderful to talk to. She was so clearly passionate about helping me find the best products for my dog and doted on him like he was her own. She was really knowledgeable about food ingredients and was just a pleasure to talk to. We only bought a couple treats today, but we will be coming back for sure - with friends!! I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a pet shop you can call home.

Probably the most helpful pet store I have ever been into. We have a 4 year old French Bulldog that has been struggling with her food recently. My husband went into Riley's to find some new food and was sent home with a bag food of free samples for us to try. Already our dog is eating the new food and we will be purchasing all our dog food/supplies from Riley's. Definitely worth shopping local. Thank you, Riley's!

Riley’s is amazing. They have packed a nice selection into their store and we just love visiting because they are so welcoming every time we come in. I walk through the door and they have my dog’s food ready to go and even know her favorite treats. They are knowledgeable about pet nutrition and have been there in a pinch when we have special needs. I just can’t say enough good things about them.

We switched to premium food, as per the advice of Michele, the owner, whom is one of the nicest, helpful people I ever encountered. My dogs have been so much healthier with the advice that she continously gives to me. She takes the time to talk with her customers to give them the best advice possible and help guide them toward the products that best suit their needs. I will be a customer for life.

Absolutely fantastic store! The owner is exceedingly knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help and accommodate you. I've tried all the holistic pet food stores in the area and this one is by far the very best. They don't try to hard sell you or force you through knowledge based fear tactics to switch over to raw (I already feed raw but some people just can't afford it). I have had nothing but awesome experiences with this shop and it's staff. I work nights and the owner has gone way out of her way to stay in touch with me about my orders in a manner that doesn't disturb my day time sleep schedule. It really shows her dedication to not only great customer service but to my pets well being and my sanity. Also, if they don't carry what you're looking for, just ask and they are usually happy to order it for you.

I am beyond grateful for Riley's!! Not only has Riley never met me, but our first encounter was via phone when I called to find out what time they closed. Unfortunately, it was the same time I got off work. Riley offered to stay a few minutes late to help me out, but unfortunately again, I work at least 30 minutes away. She asked me what was going on and I told her that one of my dogs is on antibiotics and is losing his appetite because of them, and I was looking to get some wet food because he is already underweight. I asked her what time she would open in the morning and unfortunately it was after I would be at work. She went as far as to offer to get there early to meet me, but it would have been an hour early, so I told her no. Riley truly cares about people and their pets, and actually left a can of my dogs favorite food (probably a $4 can) out back in a bag for me to come by and pick up on my way home. Never once has she met me, nor did she know I will definitely be returning, she did it all for the care of my dog. I cannot thank her enough! For that instance and many other great referrals I've gotten for her, 10/10 recommend going to see her and her store!

I love the owner and the employees at Riley's. They are also kind and help me so much with all my questions and concerns. I won't go to any other store I love that it's small and so easy to find what I need. I got my cats nails clipped for a great price and they did a beautiful job with Razzy. I feel so blessed and will recommend Riley's without question. Life and love is wonderful at Riley's!!!♡♡♡♡♡

Michelle, Lauren and Sheri are fantastic. During the pandemic Michelle delivered pet supplies to at risk customers for Free. You only find that kind of service from a local business. Great store with an excellent product selection. Food, natural treats and supplies. Great product knowledge. Stop buy. You'll be glad you did.

My favorite natural pet food store. Amazing / great customer service. They'll even carry your purchase to your car for you! Bring your pupper. Very highly recommend. So good we drive up from Colorado Springs to go there.
