I love this PetSmart, they always have the cat food and hamster supplies I need in stock. When I go it is always clean and neat and very friendly. I like to do pick up orders too and they make it fas and efficient.

Came here for the dog Day camp and was VERY disappointed.First was the fact that they breed discriminate, in 2024 what reputable and knowledgeable dog care is breed discriminating?My dog is a true blue mutt. But because she is 14% Staffordshire Terrier they won't allow her around other dogs? Both my pups are Staffie mixes but because the other is mostly cattle dog I guess that's fine?Then after expressing firmly they can not be separated as they kind of go crazy when they are, they still separated them. Giving one individual play (without her sister, meaning her sister was alone) and the other a walk without her sister. I mean they did okay it seems but I was very clear in my desire for them to stay together.I wanted $70 on second rate care with staff that don't care about pet owners needs and breed discriminate. No thanks. I'll pay an extra $10 for a different place that is more educated and actually cares.

Called several days a head to make a reservation for my dog to attend doggy daycare the day, following Thanksgiving. I was told that there were plenty of spots available. Got a phone call less than an hour before I was supposed to drop off my dog telling me that they could not accommodate my reservation. At some point after being passed off the manager offered to call Highlands Ranch to see if they could get me in to their daycare due to their oversight. That never happened and when I called the other location, nobody bothered answering the phone. This place is very disorganized and poor customer service skills! Perhaps you should figure out a better booking system!

PetsHotel:Worst managers. Rude. Backbiting. This portion of Petsmart hates blue collar pet parents.My wife and I both work for a school district, and as such, we have to have 2nd jobs to afford to live in the state of Colorado. I was scolded just before Christmas that "Corporate" would not allow us to drop off our dog before 7. I have been trying to drop her off at 6:45 am because I have to get into my classroom by 7:25, if not earlier for staff meetings. They couldn't care less. This is also funny, because as I've been in their parking lot every morning of 2024 and have watched a lady bring her little terrier in at 6:45 EVERY morning. I know that she's also bringing her into daycare because I followed her in one morning with my dog. I still wait until 7 because according to some of the former employees and those that work at other locations that I know, they have spoken about how they punish our dog by not allowing her into camp as much when they get mad at us. I just got scolded again by the management team, because for the 2nd time in a year, my 2nd job had an event that I couldn't get there until 9:20. I knew that I might be 10 minutes late that night and asked the morning manager if that would be all right. As soon as I knew that it would be another 10, I called and they said they would wait, even though I offered that they didn't have to if they couldn't and that if they did, I would buy them lunch for their trouble. I was just told by the morning manager that I would not be able to have ANY leaway and that I would be held to the exact store hours. I'm so glad this is how you treat the working class that spends over $6,000 annually at your pet hotel.That being said, the lady cashiers in the front have always been great to our dog and us, as has Reagan and one other non-management young lady at the hotel, but everyone else has been the absolute worst. DO NOT bring your pets here. They will do "anything for pets, unless they feel put out" and will punish you and your pet. Just the worst human beings.All day daycare: $26If you want her to eat: Bring your own or pay additional $6 (Which is not advertised in the daycamp brochures).

I bring my cat here for grooming, they offer a bath, brush, ear cleaning, and nail clip for a reasonable price, plus they have waterless cleaning for less, which is purrfect for my anti-social little man, they take good care of him. For product, like food, treats, other assorted sundries, they are usually better stocked than the other chain pet store

This PetSmart in Lone tree colorado is very large and organized. Went there for pet adoption day. Many puppies and few older dogs. We left without one since we hadn't completed the adoption forms. The people were informative and had handouts for all dogs there. They're adoption website shows many dogs. We'll keep on looking.

Comical how AWFUL, TAYLOR C, the groomer was.Extremely rude, telling the customer she’s moving anyways, leave all the bad reviews you want.If she’s like this to the humans, just imagine how HORRIFIC she would be to our pets.My carpet cleaner has more empathy than she does.

We were visiting from South Carolina a while back (2018) and took our dogs here to get groomed a couple times while we were visiting and the groomers (Eileen and Ash) were just the best! If they are still at this petsmart, you should definitely request them for grooming services! They treated our dogs great and even told us how well behaved (2 German shorthaired pointers) they were and how much they love them! Thank you Eileen and Ash for the awesome experience! Manager Natele is rude and completely unreasonable. I was trying to get some prescription food for my pet and I pulled up multiple receipts showing that I purchased it regularly and she still wasn't trying to approve it. Never in my life have I had such a difficult time trying to get such a simple task done.

My dog is 5 years old and has always been able to get a haircut, but today, for some reason, the groomer couldn't cut his hair. I made this appointment 2 weeks ago because my dog needed to be groomed badly, and for some reason the groomer said he wouldn't do it. Makes no sense. I''ll never be back.

Ordered through the Petsmart app. Delivery was missing an item. When I called, Pete was apologetic and offered to make it right. When I was able to make it to the store, Pete wasn't there but his co-worker, Jamie was and knew what I was talking about. This tells me that they communicate with one another. Thank you, Pete, Jamie, & Petsmart!

I typically have reservations bringing my dogs here because the report I get at the end of the day is always somehow inaccurate. However I usually bring them here when I’m in a time crunch. Today I looked online it said they had availability and I booked an appointment for my two puppies to come. Just to receive a call at the start of the reservation time saying that it was booked in error. This is the third time this has happened. I would like a refund of the money I paid towards the package, since it’s pointless to even have a package.

To be honest I'm surprised that these gigantic pet stores still have storefronts at all, let alone the size of a small Walmart. Is it really a need for three aisle worth of betta fish stuff? The prices are exorbitant, I would guess to make up for the obvious rent costs they pay, but don't need. Which bothers me because why don't you just go to a smaller location and charge a little less or the same but have the ambiance be like 50 times better. Their own products aren't only bad, but dangerous. If you have a toy that breaks within the first 20 minutes and then the small pieces everywhere that's not good news for your pet. The only reason I come in here is because it's on the way home and when my dog needs some treats, my dog needs some treats. But I'm pretty sure that me only buying treats once in a great while won't keep it afloat. Time for a rebrand PetSmart. (I will always recommend PetSmart over Petco though. I don't care if they're "corporate office* is literally the same three people.Dog's name is Bird and he will not let us leave without seeing the birds.

Golden Doodle..BECCA😁This is my fourth groomer and salon. I finally tried Petsmart. It’s ALL ABOUT THE GROOMER. BECCA did the best yet. My Clyde looks amazing. I went to the store for fish and fish supplies for my aquarium. They have a very poor selection for that. The store seems to cater mostly to dogs and cats owners.

Horrible customer service. Showed up to get my dog bathed and brushed to be informed that groomer had called in and I would need to reschedule. Rescheduled, my wife arrived 20 minutes late (to a 7:30 am appointment) and she was told that she was too late and there was no way they would be able to work her in. I can’t believe the audacity of a company that expects me to be understanding of their scheduling snafus and then shows no understanding of my wife having a hectic morning.

This is for Petsmart Hotel at Park Meadows. Wish there was a zero. Rating them one is way too high. Worst hotel staff ever! Our dog was attacked but they didn’t care. That’s just one of many examples of their incompetence. Their hotel staff are incompetent, rude, uncaring, and would not listen to anything. They appear to be a bunch of bigots.

Rude woman who works there at nights with highlights in her hair. Never had I had a bad experience here. My family and I were one of the only other ones in the store and she seemed to just eye us instead. I recommend you train your employees better than you do the dogs here.
