Hailee did a wonderful job with my golden doodle! We’ve used PetSmart for the majority of his life for grooming—and this has probably been my favorite haircut to date! We like to keep him really short and I asked if she could make sure his paws were completely clean and I could not be more thrilled with the results. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Extremely disappointed with my dogs haircut. I asked Hailee B to cut his tail like a lions tail and instead she just left it as it was. Not only did I pay $100 but I even tipped her and she rushed my dogs haircut. She chose to cut a big dogs hair before my miniature poodles haircut thinking I would be okay picking him up 5 hours later. I will not be going back. Such a waste of my money and time.

Their grooming salon is top notch. Listened to what I wanted, did a great job, and Alyssa treated my old, weak Aussie Doodle with gentle care.

Don't use the grooming company here!I took my small dog in to get his nails trimmed and they used the blue leash and nearly suffocated my dog. They hire anyone and don't care if who they hire is abusive to animals. The lady was just standing there while my dog was coming back to me and was pulling the choker leash back making it suffocatingly tight. I stopped using this location for normal grooming because the lady was trying to clean someone elses dog that had an extreme mite issue and causing it to bleed all over the table and the dog was constantly crying and she just told it to shut up and hit it on the nose. They have a vet on site and refused to ask them for help.Don't use this location, find a different one. Find a place that loves animals and won't abuse them! There are plenty of other choices.

Love petsmart!! Both our dogs are in dog training with Heather and she is absolutely amazing!! She's literally like the dog whisperer. She has helped our 21 month old dog so much. Our new puppy just started puppy class and is doing wonderful!! The rewards program is amazing we get so much stuff from there. The staff is great and understanding especially knowing how some dogs are reactivate like our older dog. Tne staff is always so happy and helpful. We really lile this local petsmart. So do our dogs we can't even say petsmart without them thinking they are going there.

They completely shaved my Goldendoodle!! We came to Darla, the supervisor of the grooming section, with our Goldendoodle who had more matting than usual. We were expecting a shorter cut that would allow one to brush out the mats. But when I picked him up, he was bald! They shaved his entire tail and also took the razor to his whole face, removing every single one of his whiskers. These areas were not matted and it was completely unnecessary. They clearly did not want to take the time to groom him properly. If you want your groomer to have the slightest care for your pet, do not come here.Update: Julia, the store manager, was very helpful and understood my concerns. She thoroughly investigated the situation and refunded the haircut. I will still never come here again.

The Cashiers are always courteous, quick, and attentive. The floor employees have always been so helpful. However, BIG shout out to the gals at the groomers for always making my girl Juno so pretty and smelling good. She loves you all so much. Thank you for that trust.

Do not adopt a pet from Petsmart. Absolute worst. Kennels are filthy. Entire area is unkempt and smells. No information on cats health or where they came from. Their "vet" is in another town 40 miles away. Petsmart is way over priced. $215.00, and they want CASH!!! Wow! Tells me they don't want to return or refund or have any responsibility to the animal or the customer. Buyer beware.

We've been bringing our dogs to the pet hotel for several years now. This past time we brought them in was very different. All new staff, new policies and procedures that caused one of our dogs that had kidney disease not to be able to receive all her medications. I understand that some of that is out of their control, but it also was a huge hassle, inconvenience, and issue for us. When we went to pick them up there were papers all over the desk, completely disorganized which made us feel uncomfortable trusting them. We had to ask them to get personal items that we brought in for them and we still left without something because we just wanted to get out of there. We were told the dogs had "peed" on the dog bed and that they had "washed" it. It reeked of vomit so it was absolutely not pee and there's no way they wanted it. We feel like we can't trust that our dogs were properly cared for while they were there.

This petsmart is awesome! We take our dog here for everything, her vet, her grooming, her kennel, and her treats and toys! Every member of every department is so kind and they clearly are all very passionate about animals. I know that if we go out of town, she's in great hands. I love that if she does have an emergency that her vet is right there and can take care of her quickly!This is my sweet girl with her new toy from PetSmart!

PET HOTEL: Do not recommend.Had my two dogs there for a couple of nights. They did not follow my instructions, when I called the report was the same: “They are doing good”. When I picked both of them up, their toys had a strong smell of urine and one of my dogs was covered in urine. The toy was chewed and missing parts even though I told them to not leave the toys overnight or unsupervised because my German Shepherd would chew and eat the toys.I was very disappointed and will never return to this location.

I had a 10 AM appointment . First for the day. At 10:40 they had not even started her yet and that they had other dogs to do first. Including 1 that had just gotten there. I paid extra for defurminator combing. My dog has been shedding as much as always. I will never go back!

While the store itself is fine, the employees have no cares to give in regards to actually helping their customers out. I needed help finding dog food that was out of stock in the store, and I was not finding it online, and the employee told me I'll just have to drive to the different stores to find what I needed. His manager also agreed with his recommendation.

Some of the employees here are very helpful and kind, but unfortunately, the fish and feeder food care is abysmal. I'm somewhat of a regular here due to my aquarium obsession, and it seems to have gotten worse in the last few months. I'll only be buying things like medications and decorations here from now on. If you are a beginner fish keeper and you feel frustrated because your fish keep dying, stop buying them from here. You are dooming yourself from the start with sick fish. I'm a fairly experienced fishkeeper and they have been selling very sick fish recently.They were selling koi with missing scales, and the sign says "Minimum 30 gallons" when a koi needs an entire pond, even a goldfish needs like 55 gallons and koi get even bigger than goldfish.There's always multiple dead fish scattered throughout the tanks if you look closely. A few weeks ago I saw an angelfish dead and rotted halfway sucked into a filter intake.The bettas are half alive showing signs of fin rot, and they simply put methylene blue (anti fungal) in the containers and continued selling them full price, rather than doing water changes on the cups to prevent it, or at least discounting some of the clearly sick ones to get them to better homes sooner.A few months ago I got 8 neon tetras from here, and they died from either ich or neon tetra disease within 2 weeks. I just got 6 neon tetras from Neptune's fish store and a month later they are bigger, more colorful, very healthy fish.I also bought 8 otocinclus. 2 of them have died from some type of bacterial infection, a 3rd one is infected and I have him alone in a 1 gallon tank to try and save him without him infecting the remaining 5 healthy otos. He has blueish white patches on his body and is lethargic. It's pretty sad to see. I've also bought them from petco and Neptune's and they lived 2-3 years like they should. From petsmart they didn't even live 2-3 weeksI bought 6 galaxy rasboras (also called celestial pearl danios/ CPD's) here last weekend. I put them in a 10 gallon quarantine tank with 6 ember tetras from Neptune's fish store. All 6 CPD's from petsmart went pale and died within a week, the tetras from Neptune's are still doing great and actually are more colorful now. This was the last straw with the fish here for me. I've been looking EVERYWHERE for this species. It broke my heart to see them die of some type of infection in a perfectly clean, cycled tank, with other healthy fish who continue to be healthy. Clearly something was wrong with the fish when I bought them.The cricket bin is full of dead crickets. Dead crickets release ammonia gas which kills even more crickets. They need to be cleaned out daily to prevent this. Last time I asked for 20 crickets they just gave me like 50 because half were dead and not separated from the living ones. That's when I stopped buying feeder insects here.I've seen mice and rat tails poking out of the bags in the freezers, some with freezerburn.I now get my crickets and frozen rats from Scales and Tails, and my fish from Neptune's or online. I'm never buying a living thing from this place again.

Great customer service! Needed Royal Canin prescription dog food. The food was out of stock in the large size at the Lakewood store and the crew member called the Littleton store to have them hold a bag for me to pick up. Also, great sales and special offers such as the recent Friends and Family 15% off total purchase. So heloful to the consumer of pet supplies! Thank you Pet Smart 🐾

Would not exchange a item W/O a receipt for store credit even after I provided proof in their store they carry the exact item and online proof their competitor PetCo doesn't stock it. Gonna see if PetCo price matches my dog food and go there instead.
