Shout out to Nolan F! He’s groomed my cocker spaniel mix twice now and he does a great job! Plus she is extremely timid (very scared of people and dogs) because she had a very rough start to life before she was rescued. He is so gentle and patient in his handling of her! Thank you, Nolan!

I gave extremely unfavorable feedback the other day about the way my dog was groomed at this location, asking for a manager to call us. When I didn't hear anything by midday, I assumed that the feedback disappeared into the initial void and went to the store to ask for a manager. Ariel introduced herself as an assistant and I immediately expected to be given the 'I'm sorry that you feel that way, the exit door is right over there' treatment. Instead, she recognized the situation immediately and used my dog's name (without prompting) and then proceeded to do everything she could to right the situation (she couldn't force the hair to grow back, unfortunately). She was poised and not at all defensive, offering a full refund and a free sweater. She apologized (sincerely), saying she would speak to the groomer and put notes on the dog's records. I was thoroughly impressed and went back to the store this morning to let the store manager know that. Great job by Ariel!

Horrible why have fish for sale and they’re ALL sick at least according to them they are and the e expensive fish are fine. Why not have a sign or put them in the sick tank? Avoid. Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for fish

The staff is always so nice. I thought it would be pricier then my regular grocery store and it wasn't. Hoping my dogs paw licking will improve by eliminating chicken from his diet. Who knew dogs can develop protein allergies over time?

Shout out to a groomer at this salon that is amazing. Kyle "speaks dogs". If you care about the groomer who nurtures and cares for your dog, look up Kyle Owen. Whatever personality or health issue that may be challenge your dog, Kyle Owen is the one to send your dog to. He cared and nurtured my two dogs one has had past ACL surgery, the other is somewhat handicapped. Had to give him a shout out AND the entire salon for their compassion and care.

It may not be the most appealing to the eye,but there's a wide variety of pet products, and some enticing deals; just be sure that you are going to the right store though if you're looking for a specific product. My puppy had a really good time in here for his first time in a big store like this. The house employees were all super nice. I wasn't very impressed with the attitudes of the workers that were in the vet area and the training area. Based on that's non-spoken interaction alone I would not want to take my dog here for either one. (My dog really wanted that bed)

Got home from grooming and our dog had a 2 inch cut on her foot. They did not tell us about it. So either they deliberately didn't tell us or where oblivious to an accidental injury. Both options are horrible! DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR PET!!!

We've used both doggie day camp & the pet hotel for years. There's nowhere else I'd trust to board my dogs. The staff know all the pet guests personally and take top tier care of them every time.

Worst experience I have ever had in any store happened today. Your cashier is aggressive and rude. Told me to get my "aggressive mutt" away from the cats. I have a purebred pitbull whom is submissive to all animals. Decided to lecture me on my choice in harness, I own the Harness company I put my dog in, and told me to take the toy my dog selected back and get a tire.No. This is UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR.

Julya and Christy are amazing! My dog sat in a bush with spikey bits and it matted his fur on his butt and man goods area. He wouldnt let us clip it out so we called petsmart and the girls were willing to help us out even though they were about to leave. I’m so thankful they stayed and waited for us and were able to clean up my boy.

Beware…Do NOT take your pets to this grooming location. They overbook and keep your dog crated way longer than necessary. My one dog’s bath took 2.5 hours and my other dog’s grooming appt took over 5 hours (they didn’t even finish because we didn’t want to subject our pup to being in there any longer with those people)… they also buzzed my husky in some areas!!

I went in today extremely stressed. My boxer mix is a bad puller, she is trying to lunge towards other dogs. Frieda was awesome!!!! Helped me with a proper harness. Suggested training classes. She went over all the pros of the classes ! Thank you for having a knowledgeable friendly store manager!!!

Shout-out to Hunter! I been coming to this store for years and I've never felt so welcomed. We were looking for ways to keep our dog busy when we're not at home and we ended up leaving with a ton of useful information and ideas besides the product we purchased. I honestly did not expect that level of service when I came in today and that's exactly why Hunter deserves a raise. He is the type of employee who will keep people coming to your store and people like me will spread the word getting you more business! If you need help in this store, ask for Hunter!!

Not really a petsmart shopper, I'm all about chewy and amazon. But I foster dogs and the shelter I work with does adoption events at different petsmarts around the metro area. So I've been to this location a couple of times. The employees seem nice, the store well stocked and neat, the bathrooms could use some regular attention though. And my biggest complaint about this store has always been they're prices. But that's all petsmarts and why I don't shop there.

I don't know why they offer curbside pickup when it takes them 20min to bring the order to your car. I've tried curbside twice at this location and they always take forever. The location by Park Meadows is much better and faster. I don't particularly enjoy leaving my car open or running for 20min while I wait for an order. They should just shut that service down so people know they'll get better service going inside.
