We have been getting our dog groomed here for the past 3 years and had no issues up until the past six months. There have been at least four occasions where my dogs grooming appointment has been canceled the day-of. We obviously understand that life happens and that things sometimes have to be moved around—but this has become a persistent problem and I have yet to speak to a manager (even though I’ve asked). Unfortunately we will no longer be bringing our dog to this location.

Petsmart is an overall great pet place. There's everything one could need when first buying a pet or as an experienced pet owner. There groomer is great and really shows off their slogan "We do everything for pets" There is a missing star though because they said it would take two hours max at 2:30 but at 6:15 she was hungry and upset. She look great though!

Price was good vs competitor but there an page said at checkout that my order would be ready to pick up in about 2 hours.I gave them almost 4 and then drove 40 min only to be told sorry we didn't get it picked and neither my manager or myself can drive a forklift so you'll have come back tomorrow.I'm sorry but my 7 yr old knows how to drive a forklift, I've driven them all...In my mind these folks owe me for 90 min of my life and 3 gallons of gas for wasted a trip which is worth more than the cost of the product I bought.I would not consider using there order online/store pick up program again ..

The groomers are very friendly and have good communication. The price is reasonable and I usually can schedule the haircut when ever I want as long as it's a week in advance. My dog feels great after a buzz!

A shout-out to Emily in grooming! We had a bad experience elsewhere and then a travel schedule that prevented us from getting our fur baby in to fix the problems. We had never been to this location but Emily was kind, understanding and did a fabulous job with our little dog. She is our "go to" from now on!

Done coming here. They violently pursue you to join their membership and refused to do a refund until I signed up. Now I have to figure out how to get unsigned up bc I hate this place and never want to come back and never wanted their membership to begin with

Super friendly and helpful staff. I buy one of the only “USDA Organic” foods on the market and they are the only local pet shop I know of who sells them. I otherwise have to order it online. For anyone looking to feed their pups truly organic food, it’s made by Castor Pollux. That label isn’t easy to receive and why they are the only one of two who have it. The other brand that has it (I can’t remember their name) is also organic, but it’s grain free. Most Vets will tell you grain free foods are linked to heart disease

Typical friendly pet store but they seem to be out of stock on the things I need, regularly. One person told me I could bring back a fish that dies in a certain time frame for a refund or replacement but when I came back, different staff wouldn't honor that policy and didn't refund me for my fish that died the day after i bought it. They are not on the same page about that. This store has been my go to place though and they're always friendly and helpful. They're knowledgeable and the employees work well together, a real team effort. I wish they knew more about my exotic pet, nobody could help me but it isn't a typical pet so I don't blame them at all. Real nice clean place, doesn't smell bad like most pet stores, they run a tight ship, I really appreciate them.

The company continues to delete the bad reviews I am posting, but I won’t stop.The groomers injured my dog. The night after we took him in, he began acting strange and was unable to jump up on the couch. He soon began to drag his right back leg and was limping, acting shaky, and just visibly in pain. We discovered a cut on his neck as well that was not there before we took him in, probably from the chain collar they use to help the dogs stay put. Worst thing is I wasn’t notified of any difficulties during the nail clipping, I would have appreciated some transparency with anything that happened or some explanation as to why they were so rough with him, but I got neither. Don’t bring your dog here.

Helpful staff and was easy to get what I needed quickly. I rented a steam cleaner for the night and the process was simple and straightforward. Return was also super easy and there were no issues. Was really happy they made things so stress-free.

Great customer service. My puppy wouldn't eat the treats I bought so was able to return them and get some pthet kinds. She even told .me to bring the new treats back if my puppy didn't like them.

The staff are always friendly & helpful and the selection is usually pretty good. I love checking out the baby guinea pigs when I'm there getting stuff for my own. I wish I could take them all home with me.

This is a nice PetSmart with a Banfield pet service inside. The store is clean and well laid out. They have lots of dog food options including some that are hard to find elsewhere. We use Banfield for our dogs as they have good insurance plans that cover everything your pet needs. Plenty of parking that is never full

They have a great fish department and also, if you have doggies, and need dog food, there is a lot of selection for you to choose from.

I had such a positive experience today shopping at this PetSmart. I initially came in to just buy some hay for my Guinea pigs and ended up leaving with another Guinea pig! I would like to give a special shout out and thank you to Taya. She’s great and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I sincerely appreciate her time and patience. :)

We got a really great deal on some baskets they were selling so that was exciting. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the store was clean, and we found everything we were looking for. Precious experiences were just as pleasant. We purchased my son's fish here and the employee who assisted us was incredibly patient as he proceeded to check out each individual fish to see which ones here wanted. She also helped us with fish care tips.

I was welcomed and greeted by the cashier working in the front of the store (Colin). Store was neat and organized, no merchandise lying around! Found all my items but one, the cashier (Don't remember her name sorry) helped me point out exactly where grain free cat treats were located, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much guys, keep doing what you're doing!

Was in this evening 12/22/20 and a very kind staff helped me pick out a fish tank for my son. When we couldn’t get the one we had wanted, they offered the same sale price on a comparable tank. I wish I had the gentleman’s name that helped us, but he made our day! Others in the fish section were very knowledgeable as well. Will be back to this location!

Went in the other day, store was dirty and the staff seemed off, super cranky, felt like they didn't want to help or be there. They usually arent like that. Didn't get to see the employee I liked (reason I kept going there, she was sweet and helpful about information on my furry friends and just overall nice to socialize with) everything was just dirty and going downhill. I kinda feel bad for the animals, I hope they clean up their act soon.

Grooming’s customer service here is terrible. My appointment got cancelled because the person called in and I have been waiting 2 weeks for this appointment. My dog needed a simple nail trim and a face cut at minimum and they couldn’t accommodate to even that. They stated that the soonest they could see my dog was Wednesday but I booked this appointment specifically because we leave on our trip then and it would be too late. Very frustrating that they can’t accommodate to customers especially when I have waited so long and wasn’t asking for very much. Unless your willing to sacrifice your appointment booked in advance two weeks to be cancelled and then not willing to accommodate you, don’t book here.

I have been coming to this location for years. Every associate I encounter is very friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues here.Plus, the cricket price is better than Petco, and how they handle getting crickets to customers is better than Petco. (PetSmart has crickets on the floor and helps customers one at a time. Petco has crickets in a back room, and if more than one person asks for crickets, every customer has to wait for an associate to count out crickets for everyone [example, if you want 5 crickets and the person behind you wants 50, you're waiting for 55 crickets to be counted out and brought out at the same time].)
