Kim takes good care of my dog! I picked him up and he looked so much better and she explained what she did and what she plans to do in the future. She listens and answers my questions. She's kept me aware of areas I can work on to make the dog even more comfortable with his visits to the salon.

I always take my dog to the same groomer, Katie. She is absolutely awesome with him. My dog is scared when he comes to groomers but when he sees Katie he's a happy boy to be there. Katie is absolutely wonderful with him. He looks well-groomed and happy when I pick him up.

Our small dog doesn't like a bath and dryers even less but he loves his groomer. She is sensitive to our limited needs for him and makes no effort to add on features.

I have been coming to this location for many years. We have used the same person, katie, for many years which is nice because we know our dog is treated awesome. With Petco being closed due to the pandemic, it had been a while since Precious had been groomed, the first available appt was not with our normal person, but we were desperate and took whoever was available, we were not disappointed. The process and the staff were great.

I come here to get my dogs nails trimmed! Havent had any issues! Just have your dogs rabies paperwork in hand and your dogs will usually be in and out pretty quick. That's if you catch them on a less busy day.

The groomer did a great job. A coupon was made available to me, but wouldn't scan because I didn't have the Petco App! I asked if I could load it and the associate said it was too late, he already had it rung up on the register! So I had to pay the full price for my small 12 lb. dog, $70! I wasn not happy with his reply!! Prolly won't go back

Do NOT bring your standard poodle here. Manager has NO idea how to clean face/feet/sanitary and will mess up the lines for top knot. Also she is not the nicest person to talk to and will only let you schedule with who she wants. Should have asked to see my dog before paying.
