I've been using Pet Supplies Plus off Broadway & Mineral for about 5 years now. I like to support the local businesses even though I can get dog snacks cheaper online I used this store. I took my dog in every 3 or 4 months for the last 4 or 5 years to use the self service bath; doing it the same, every time. Yesterday I was met by 2 very rude employees who have no customer service skills.The first lady came by after the bath when I was using my own blow dryer and said, "you can't do that it's against our policy." I was a little confused because I had done it so many times before; "I said, this is what I've always done." She said nothing but, "it's against our policy." I stopped and used their dryer. Then at the end clipping my dogs nails, the second employee comes by and says, "Are you clipping her nails?" "That's against our policy, you have to stop." Now I'm extremely frustrated! I asked, "Are these new policies?" "No one has ever been like this to me." Like a robot she replied, "It's against our policy."I'm sorry, but it there any reason you can't treat a long term customer any better than to just repeat your policy? What about, "I'm sorry no one has ever told you, but..." Or, "I'm sorry; you can finish today but going forward our policy is...."Oh, I forgot to mention they had to check the fire alarm while my dog (with hearing 100 times better than mine) is getting a bath. Loud screeching, lights flashing. Unbelievable!! Will never go back to rude people.

I have always had a pleasant in-person experience and recently found their delivery service very easy and convenient. I used to use Amazon but their prices at Pet Plus are the same and they have loyalty program for occasional discounts. So when price is close I prefer supporting local.

Took my dog in today to get a bath and the self service wash. The lady at the front seemed a bit clueless when i ask her were to pay for it. It was my first time in so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Needless to say; the experience was great! They supply you with everything you may need, but I brought in treats and my own shampoo. My dog H A T E S baths but surprisingly he did very well. For $15 i will definitely be back 💖🐾

Was recently in yo get my pups nails clipped. The groomer girl was fantastic. The cashier for the store however was implying I needed to tip more and in a certain way rather than what I had offered. This made me very uncomfortable while spending about a hundred bucks in there, very disappointing to be pressured in that way.

This was a great store, and normally I would give 5 *, they had great cashiers, very helpful until ONE DAY. I have taken my Service dog for baths for 1.5 years. Love their products, until one day I found she was terrified of the doggy dryer noise, I asked the lady if she was going to be long, she said no and we waited in the car.Entered back in, a young man with his dog were washing, asking the same questions he was curt!! "I will use the dryer, maybe maybe not" I said I will wait, the cashier offered my $$ back, I stated my dog required her bath. The young man continued to be curt, the manager came out, and asked "What was going on?" the young man told me to "go home and wash your dog, see the problems you're causing, I'm taking my time." The cashier came out, the manager didn't know what to do. I asked do you want to lose your customers, manager said I don't want to lose either of you.We left!! Never returned, poor management & Problem resolution, same with cashier.We still go to Pet Supplies Plus on Bellview, (that same day) the manager was excellent!! Offered to help, I thanked him.We were there today, again the manager was very polite asking if we needed anything. Will report on their side.I no longer recommend Littleton Pet Supplies! Discourteous poor management

This review is based solely on my experience that I had today 12/30. The customer service was awful and all we wanted was a dog wash. The women at the cash register couldn’t be bothered to stop what she was doing to assist us and we were the only people in the store. All we wanted were dog wash station supplies. Even at the end when paying she was just put off to take our money. I would also note the dog wash area wash just filthy and hadn’t been cleaned all day.We’ve been here a lot and usually people are great but not today and based solely on that I won’t go back as there are plenty of options in the area.

Entered the store with a 25% off coupon. At the register, only 15% was taken off. When questioned, the manager told me this is how the register read the coupon. She was unwilling to help problem solve and would not budge. Had a similar experience about 6 months ago with an item ringing up higher than the tag on the shelf. Once again, was told that’s how the register rang it up and they would not honor the price it was marked. While I like supporting independent businesses, I will not be going back to this store.

The staff is very helpful and I have found many yummy things for my pups. They also have tags. I love the self wash 🙂🐾🐾💜I can get my dirty dog clean and not have to clean up the mess,definitely a huge bonus.

You should go really surprised how much selection, crazy big, fish and other critters were all taken care of and wow how helpful everyone was, recommend popping in just to check it out.

I took my miniature schnauzer to get his hair cut and when I went to pick him up they had buzzed his hair completely off. I understand there was an issue with matting but they left my dogs mane completely botched up, didn’t touch his face at all, even after specifically asking for his ears, brows, and beard to be trimmed. And what they did do to his face was that they completely messed up by cutting one eyebrow noticeably shorter than the other. They also left his tail untouched(which I don’t understand how that works since they have tiny tails). Personally I wouldn’t even leave a one star review but unfortunately 0 isn’t an option.

Stay away from this place. They have unethical pricing. They just charged me 20% more for a bag of dog food I bought in store vs if I had bought it online and picked it up at the same store. Go somewhere else.

I took my newly fostered dog, Bear, to the grooming salon today. The staff took such wonderful care of this big boy and I couldn't recommend this facility/these groomers any more. They are the best! They were super kind, informative, and thorough. Thank you so much for your service, we'll definitely be back!

Great way to support more local business. The shops are all over the US, but it appears they are franchises which means locally owned! (I hope). Great selection at a great price and I love their rewards program. Very refreshing from the big box pet stores.

Love the dog washing stations! Given a bucket with 3 towels & 2 brushes, stations are fully tiled, with adjustable water hose & dryer hose, steps for big dogs trying to get in station, 1 high station for little dogs, and aprons aplenty! Everything I need, plus some things I don't. Milkbones in bowls by door for the reward!

Highly recommend. We took our dog here and used the self service dog wash. It was very reasonably priced. The staff was helpful and it was so easy to wash our giant breed dog. We were the only ones washing at the time. The groomer listened for our blow dryer to stop and came over to us, clipped his nails while he was still in the wash bay. Our dog LOVED walking around smelling as much as he could in the store afterwards! Thank you Pet Supplies Plus!

Prior to my most recent experience, I have had great interactions with the grooming staff as has my dog. I recently took my dog to get her nails trimmed, which she has been anxious about the last two times. The first time she was treated with respect and patience. She did not receive patience nor respect the second time. I was called over because she had attempted to jump down, something she has never done before. I ended up keeping her steady while they trimmed her nails. I listened to both groomers, Kathy and Taylor, speak harshly and impatiently to my dog and the other dog being groomed. This was clearly a stressful experience for both dogs and these two women were not equipped to handle the day-to-day tasks of their jobs. I’d recommend these two find a different career path as this clearly is not suited for their skillsets. I have always gone to Pet Supplies Plus for grooming, food, and their pet washing station; however, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

We take our Maya for a bath and nail clipping. She's not a fan but we love how affordable and easy it is there. Once finished, we walk her around the store for a treat. She's happy after that ☺ Everyone is very polite and helpful there. The delivery service is my favorite though! I placed an order one morning since I could not find the time to drop by during the week. I could not believe we received it within an hour or two after! (It was even during a snow storm). The order even came with a hand written note which I really appreciated. If you're looking for affordable and great variety... definitely stop at Pet Supplies.

Always an awesome experience! Been in maybe a dozen times since opening and only good things to say. Everyone is so friendly, and I love bringing my dog Cocoa in. She's a little crazy when she sees other dogs, and when that happens your whole store team is always so calm, helpful, and not judgemental. Cocoa is a rescue and we don't experience the same understanding everywhere-- still training :).Also fantastic nail clipping/trimming and the women over there are angels. Seriously they are the best, and so good even with jumpy dogs.And best selection of treats, food, and toys. SO happy you opened this location!

This place just opened this past month. I’ve seen them getting it ready over the past few weeks and was eager to see how they compared with their competitors. Finally getting a chance to go check it out, I found a very impressive selection of quality food products. They carry my pets brand and product, even offering some new flavors my current pet store doesn’t! In addition, their prices were better, even when buying the smaller individual cans. It’s worth taking a moment to check it out, might save you some money.

This local fav is just a smaller Petco with everything you need for Kitty or Fido. The food options are humungous and if you cant find what your looking for ..friendly staff will find it. They even have washing stations you can bathe your Labradoodle or get your Yorkie a dainty haircut. Fish..birds..lizards..bugs..turtles..snakes and the houses they need and the treats to keep them all happy.

This place is amazing. It has great staff, great prices and a clean welcoming environment. I may live across town but this is the only pet store I plan on going to.So I recently brought my parents to dogs and my two dogs into the self grooming. The staff was very attentive to all my when awa suspiciousa creeper came in all the staff kept a watchful eye on him and even prevented him from stealing my wallet while I was grooming my dogs. this place not only is great prices clean and welcoming environment and great staff but also gives you a sense of security knowing that the staff cares enough to protect you.

Horrific! I have been going here and loved it. Young groomers were great then . . . I took my mother’s pup to have his nails cut. 9 year old chi! Never goes on or off leash!The groomer took the dog out of the enclosed area. Pup got off leash running through the parking lot!Horrible! They blamed me after it took 3 people to corral my dog!Please please b careful w your pet here!

Went into the store, since I work in the area went up to the counter to pay, where LINDSEY rang me up which she hit the cash button on the register which rang me up under cash. I submitted my card into card machine and the balance of 61.54 switch to 00.00. Thinking it paid, then she said we need to do another one cause it was under cash not credit. After explaining to her what I saw, it went through she got flustered and started to say I did not understand the process going back and forth. I work with returns and cash register's all day. LINDSEY got upset, her voice was reaching a level where it was time to deal with it another way. I walked away with her still yelling " you don't understand. So I looked at my bank account 2 charges from Pet Supplies Plus, where LINDSEY said not charges where made and filed a no payment from my bank account with my bank. Yes I paid for 1 currency transaction not the other. So Thank you, LINDSEY for telling me my business and Embarrassing yourself and me in front of other customers.

We LOVE this store!! We always receive awesome customer service, they have great sales, and fun events! My dog even got to meet Santa for the first time last weekend!! I highly recommend!!! 👏👏👏
