Let me start by saying if I could rate a this place a 0, I would!! We wanted a place where our dog would be safe for grooming. We were told they do one dog at a time so our scared rescue dog would be in good hands. Wrong!!Today we were scheduled for a 10:00 am appointment. They usually finish within two hours. We decided to just pick him up at at noon. They hadn’t even started on him. They had 10 dogs in the back. Four hours later he was done. We told them they should have either told us when we dropped him off that they were way behind we could have booked another day. Let us say again, this is a rescue dog! When we picked our dog up they were very rude! Just flat out didn’t care! Never will we go back! Beware if you have a rescue dog or not. You don’t what to use this grooming place!

I highly recommend My Pet's Place for anyone looking for a tailored, comfortable, safe boarding experience for their pet. The staff at My Pet's Place noticed my dog was a bit off, called me, and offered to take her to a nearby emergency vet. They are responsible, proactive people and so thoughtful when it comes to animals in their care.

We brought our two cats in over the week between Xmas and New Years - they were well taken care of, and we got detailed report cards on their moods, their eating habits, and how they were interacting with the staff and occasionally other cats. Getting a report four days after drop off that our anxious cat who hates being in the carrier and being in unfamiliar locations was rolling around on his back wanting to be petted was a great thing to read. We would be more than happy to bring our cats there again next time we're going on vacation!

Moved down from Broomfield and the saddest part was leaving our doggie daycare. After searching and checking reviews we decided to try My Petd Place and all three of my Boxers love it! They don't go as often now but when they are well taken care of and tired when they come home! The staff has always been friendly and care about my fur babies!

We love boarding our dog here - we tried several other places before this one, but this is the first place my dog actually likes coming to! We are so grateful for a safe space for her when we need to travel.

This kennel is great with my pets, and I can board my 19 yr old dog here with peace of mind since Redstone Vet is just steps away. Their groomer Heidi does an amazing job with the old grumpy guy who absolutely hates to be groomed.

This was our second grooming experience with My Pets Place. Our apricot mini poodle never looked better.. In July we drove to Disneyland, and had our baby boarded for a week. Kudos to the entire staff. They are fantastic!!!!👍🏔

Boarded my elderly cat here. Very nice staff- I felt confident leaving him and he was very content when I got back. I would definitely return there!

We can't say enough about My Pet's Place. We have been taking our dogs here for overnight boarding for 14 years now. Our newest puppy, Kokomo is a year old and quite the challenge but My Pet's Place is always very accommodating! Thank You so much for always being there for us!*******COVID Update******I want to add that even with the challenges of Covid, My Pet’s Place continues to be a class act. I wouldn’t consider taking my pups anywhere else. The staff is amazing and always patient with my quirky pups.

We've had our dog in training here for a few years and it turned him around. We moved well past classic training some time ago and now he's in the agility program. The trainers are great here and really focus on helping the owner become better at understanding and communicating with their dog.

My Pets Place daycare is a wonderful, reliable, friendly, efficient service at a good value. While I get peace of mind knowing my puppy is well taken care of when I'm at the office, she gets to play with other dogs and is tired out when I pick her up at the end of the day.

They were luckly able to get us in on short notice. Pickup morning there is a line waiting to get pets when it opens. There is a vet hospital on site for any issues which is nice.

It was my dog Fiona’s first week at MPP and she absolutely loves it. Everyone that works their is super friendly and accommodating, from daycare to boarding to grooming as well as being next to a vet hospital, it has been a great experience so far and looking forward to using them for all my needs in the future!

My Pets Place is an excellent choice for both daycare and boarding. Their staff take great care to make sure my dogs are well cared for, safe, and comfortable during their stay. They are very responsive, quick to answer any question/inquiry, and do an awesome job caring for my dogs. I trust them to take good care of my dogs while I'm away, whether it's for the day or a longer trip. Highly recommend My Pets Place!

We've been taking our dog to My Pets Place for a few weeks. Unfortunately, there are too many issues to think this is a place we can trust.1. Two overcharges on the account2. Photo requests are $5, which was not clearly specified (first and last mistake on our end)3. Gentleman has consistently forced our dog to the back by the lead and not by command or gentle nudge4. Pup consistently comes home smelling like dog urine (first excuse was he was peed on, but there's no way the same dog urinates on our dog each day)I'm not sure how so many people awarded My Pets Place with 5 stars. But, this is the experience we have had numerous times and I cannot rate this place highly.

I love to use "My Pets Place" as a boarding kennel. Their employees are friendly and enthusiastic. The girl at the main desk, when we brought the dogs in for their most recent stay, actually said "Oh, I'm glad you're here - I've been looking forward to seeing your dogs. I saw the picture of (one of them) earlier and she's so cute I just want to play with her"! Gotta love that. The only negative is that I can't bring my dogs here every time we board them especially if it is for more than 3 days. The reason is simple: we can't afford their rates. They truly provide value in their service but it's just too pricey for us. Otherwise, Love this place!

We have an anxious Aussie so I was so happy to hear that My pets place had a no contact option for daycare and boarding. I met a couple of the staff in person and spoke on the phone with another who answered all my questions. I was shown where my dog would be kenneled and how they would gradually introduce themselves and then if appropriate work on introducing Elsa to playtimes with other dogs. She did very well her first day! Thanks to My Pets Place!

They are awesome and really do a great job. I have had my puppy stay with them in the past but I had my other 2 dogs stay there this time. I made a mistake and thought they had vet records for all 3 dogs but they did not. I was on vacation and out of cell range for almost the entire time but they were nice enough to call my Vet and get everything they needed. They went above and beyond and I will always be using them in the future.

A wonderful place to bring your pups to daycare. I used to work here before I started my career in Special Projects and I am proud to say that I was able to be employed by an amazing kennel!The heart and soul of this place is to love the dogs and cats and even bunnies to come to stay and play!The kennel staff take such good care of all the animals. They know each and every dog's personalities as if they were family. If you want to bring your fur babies somewhere that treats them like their own - My Pet's Place is the way to go. My mom brings her dogs to their vet and to play and I could not see them going anywhere else!

It was a month since my last visit and I had to bring my parrot in on a last minute emergency. Even without an appointment, the staff knew my bird by name and welcomed him. He loves Rebecca and Abby who spent time with him and he came home in such a happy mood and not stressed. I asked him if he had fun at daycare and he said, "yeah". 😆 We love this place.

This is a quality place to bring your dog for daycare. As far as dog daycare goes I find it to be affordable, and my dog always arrives excited, and leaves tired out. Exactly what we needed and expected from doggie day care. It is not quite as nice as some other places I have brought my dog, but the best part is that they don't require all dogs to be neutered like almost every other place. Having made the decision to wait until 1 year to neuter our dog, we felt that we would have to sacrifice this part of our weekly routine, but then we found this doggie day care and couldn't be happier.

We love My Pets Place. They have always helped us with last minute reservations or getting stuck in traffic and not being able to pick up the dogs until the next day. Very nice group of people. I would do 5 stars but unfortunately one of our dogs did not get the right dosage of medication. This will certainly not stop us from going there. We appreciate all there help. It’s not easy with all they have to do for our dogs. Thank you guys😀

As always, My Pets Place took amazing care of my fur kids! Happy Doggie's at pick up! And, My Pets Place went above and beyond the call of duty when I when I showed up late and without enough food for the stay. I recommend My Pets Place highly and always know the kids are in good and loving hands.

Today I came to pick up our cat after boarding him during a family vacation. He required special care due to his diabetes and I gladly paid for him to have his diabetic food and insulin administered to him twice daily. I had scheduled him to be cared for until 8pm and, as fortune had it, we ended our vacation early and was able to pick him up around noon. My cat was so agitated that I had to pluck him out of the cage scratched and bleeding. They sent me home with his remaining food and I noted that he had a lot more food than he should have. Because of his state of agitation, which is not normal for him, I called to make sure they gave him his breakfast at which time they informed me that they had been giving him his non diabetic cat food and his insulin. When I brought him home, his blood sugar was 50mg/dL. I truly believe that if I had waited to pick him up at 8pm as originally scheduled I would have picked up a dead family member. I will NEVER use their service again.
