Definitely try them. Better than Heaven’s Best or ChemDry. MuckSuck provides excellent communication and respect for your property (booties, wall guards), and they actually got the stains out. The carpet dried feeling clean with no scent. We utilized their ‘50 day keep it clean’ after our old lab got sick. They maintain their level of service on this visit as well at no additional charge.

Always do a great job! Been using them for years. I just had them come out again and I was sick with the stomach flu. I left him a note on the door to just come in and clean the carpet downstairs. The mucksuck gentlemen were amazing. First off, I was literally able to find an appt at 9 pm at night the night before my service, which is unhead of. I was so gracious that they were able to come out. My rescue had a few accidents, and we had company coming into town. They showed up on time, went above and beyond, and taught me somethings about odor I never knew before. They were in and out 6 an hour. I am so grateful for the company and their hard work. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking professional carpet cleaning.

I can't believe I'm excited to write a carpet cleaning review, but I am! Toby was absolutely the best - professional, on time, wore clean booties in the house, and explained our options for pet stain removal without pushing us to upgrade. The final price was more than fair and no surprises. We realized when Toby left that he had also placed plastic protectors under the furniture legs. Normally, when you get your carpets cleaned, the guys come out and take 5-minute swipes in each room. They upcharge you for the size of the room or the number of stairs. I didn't want a poor job, so I decided to pay for quality, and I was astounded. The guy who cleaned my carpets was the owner. He was friendly and personable. He actually downsized the size of one of my rooms. He spent at least 20 minutes in each room and was very thorough. It was amazing. The carpets were clean in every nook and cranny. I will definitely use MuckSuck again.
