I was told it’s under new management. They sold me a bag of dog food that had expired 3 months ago. I tried to take it back and no one there knows how to do a return. I was told the new owner is too busy to come in the store.

Aubrey and Frank are so wonderful! We absolutely love this store, fur and human alike!They're so helpful and have a fantastic selection of clean, healthy foods for your furry family members. They're always willing to place special orders by request and have even started carrying some of ours on a regular basis. I so appreciate being able to call my orders in a head of time and they're packed and ready for pick up. They also offer delivery!

I LOVE this store, but most of all I love the staff! They’re always so pleasant & helpful. Avrey is amazing and really knows her business! The owner & his son are great, helpful and down to earth. This store has it all, all that’s GOOD & NUTRITIOUS for our furry friends. I can’t say enough about how great everything and everyone is at Lewis & Bark! If I had a chicken I’d go to their Lewis & Cluck store just down the block! 🐥 😁

I came here because I got a gift certificate. I will definitely come back! The man behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and dogs, in general. Great selection of healthy foods for my fur babies and it was relatively reasonably priced.

This is the best shop in town! Actually, even across town! We live in Golden but travel to Littleton for L&B. They're always so friendly and helpful. And if they don't carry something specific that you want, just ask! They've started carrying 2 new products that I requested specifically. Or, if they're out, they'll rush order for you and hold aside for you!AND THEY DELIVER!! We made the switch from Chewy delivery so that we could support and shop local but still benefit from the convenience of delivery!

Highly knowledgeable staff, very friendly, great selection of natural and homemade foods and treats. We recently got a rescue, and they have helped us with everything from which type of leash to use, to what to do about his flatulence! You can bring your dog inside the store, and they'll give them treats and a tennis ball, and they have a big dish of water for them. They also have/promote neighborhood pet events. Great place!

Let me start off by saying I am not a person who would normally write a review online to boots business profits, but I believe that everyone and their mother should know about this store.I went in the first time approximately 2 months ago on a whim while I was walking my dog through downtown Littleton. The store looked great and I was greeted by very helpful staff. I was unsure what I was looking for and randomly moseyed though the store. While in the store, the staff asked if my dog could have treats and they instantly developed a good connection with my dog. He was also given a Tennis ball which has turned out to be one of the best tennis balls we have ever had. They were able to help me identify treats that would last long term for my 85 Lbs Pit/Lam mix while keeping healthy habits a key component, and as an end result they have been extremely helpful with his chewing issues around the house.I have just finished my second trip to the store. I was instantly recognized by this wonderful woman (I am guessing the owner) and greeted promptly. I told her I was specifically looking for several more tennis balls because they worked so well. Without hesitation she explained that I was to take as many as I needed without payment and that she was happy they could find a good toy. That being her attitude I felt obligated to buy something. I continued to wonder the store while she went on break and a young man took over the store. He helped me to find specific toys that would be helpful for my big guy. The toys we have chosen have worked out extremely well and have been nothing but beneficial for my dogs health, attitude, and behavior. The young man was helpful, knowledgeable, and very personable. He was even able to give me a discount! While their inventory is not enormous they have a wide variety of toys, food, and accessories that could fit a huge variety of pets. I will continue to show my presents at this store rather than continuing to shop at my average larger corporations purely due to their quality of merchandise and customer service!

I have been buying dog food and other supplements at Lewis and Bark since 2006. The staff at the store are always knowledgeable and helpful. Today I had an experience that inspired me to write this review. I went into the store late this afternoon with my dog just to buy some food, but my dog had been off all day, did not eat breakfast. The person working the counter came and petted my dog, and tried to give him a treat, which he did not take. She noticed immediately that he had some swelling under his eye, and upon further examination found swelling under his chin. Her knowledge helped me realize that he had a very painful tooth problem that likely started yesterday and had progressed through the day. I ended up at the emergency vet, who took good care of him, but thanks to the kind, attentive people at Lewis and Bark, my dog is much happier than he was a couple of hours ago.

I came in the the store looking for an inexpensive small bag of dog food after running out with one day left in our trip to littleton. Instead of making me pay for an entire bag of food for one night, I was given a few samples and he even threw in a treat for my dog. Amazing place and people. I move to littleton in a few weeks and will start buying all my dogs products from here. Thanks Lewis and Bark

Aubrey Is amazing. I called last week to have her research some food that I need it for my puppies, special freezes dry food. Not only did she find everything that I asked for but she found other things and made some great suggestions. I have been going there for years and I love this place, the people that work here have always been so friendly and they as well have a reward system so don’t forget to sign up for that!I WOULD highly recommend you go there and check out all the food choices and the toys that they have for dogs and cats.

I shopped at Lewis & Bark since the original owner started the business. I have watched this company change hands three times now and each time it gets worse. The staff is not knowledgeable and will make up information to make a sale. The product selection is dismal and the food selection keeps getting lower and lower in quality.What started as a wonderful cute pet shop now appears to be a PetSmart wannabe. It is very disappointing.I started shopping at Zoey's Place over a year ago and highly recommend everyone I know to go there. Zoey's has great selections, fabulous customer serivce, and Kelly is so much more knowledgable than the employees of Lewis & Bark it doesn't even compare.

This place carries a great variety of healthy and natural pet food. They also have accessories, treats, supplements, and toys. If there is something you need to special order they will get it for you. Great small business in Littleton.

Horrible. I would never buy anything from there again. The owner was VERY UNFRIENDLY to her vendors and to some of her customers. It looks like a pet food store and not what the original owner intended it to be. And yes I did know her very well and shopped there all of the time. Now I shop somewhere much better.

I only buy dog food from small shops and this one has a lot of charm. Some of the employees are more helpful than others. Call before you shop to make sure they are in stock.
