First time using Dean's and I was so impressed by the whole process. Easy to schedule online, even as a new client. My Chewie had NEVER been groomed in his 2.5 years and he did great with them! Both of my boys look amazing, thank you all so much. The folks were courteous, friendly, and on-time. Price was reasonable. I'll be back!

Took my five-year-old golden retriever Charlie here today for a trim and bath. I think I was just pretty disappointed overall the dogs were barking like crazy. My dog is not a crate dog nor does he do good in one. He started barking for me before I even left when dropping him off. He was done within 2 hours which was great. When I picked him up there was more than 5 dogs crazy barking in the back. It wasn’t a calm relaxing environment for my dog, sadly. He was stressed when I picked him up. Upon analyzing his trim job it was super uneven all over his body. I had to get out the kitchen scissors to clean him up when I got home which was sad after I just paid $100.

We took our Aussiedoodle here last week - I am not exaggerating, it was the worst haircut I've ever seen on a dog. I think I personally could've cut her hair better than the professional groomer (unsure who the groomer was).1) Head area - there were still matts between her ears, clearly no attention paid there. The ears themselves look like he haphazardly took clippers and snipped around the edges. They are so uneven. Her face was shaped so oddly - again, just looked like he cut a straight line around her mouth. It looks absurd.2) Body - the body looks relatively ok, a little uneven near her butt / tail area, but I can live with that.3) Legs / Paws - probably the worst area of the cut. I seriously don't think he even touched the paws, the fur is just as long as it was pre-groom. It's incredibly uneven and there's still mats under her armpits.4) Excess hair - she is shedding like CRAZY (keep in mind, she's a doodle). I don't think he blew the cut hair off of her body. I've never seen anything like it.For $150 (20% off but including tip) I recommend you go somewhere else - clearly the groomer we had is not qualified / doesn't care about quality. He finished the grooming in about an hour - which is great, but it seems as if the groom was incredibly rushed.

Getting a little anxious here. I took Charlie for the first time last month and everything went well. I dislikes leaving him anywhere for long periods of time so was really pleased when they called within 2 hours for pick up. Took him today at 11 am and it is now 2 pm and was told it could be another hour. Not very happy about that. I thought that's why we had a appointment? I am adding to my review. I finally got a text 30 minutes later and I was very disappointed with the cut they gave my dog. I was very specific on what I wanted and I told the groomer I wanted it short but longer on his face and head. what they gave him looked like one length all over and my dog is a yorkie so it makes him look very strange.. I am not a happy camper because I know the dog he did before mine took him a very long time so he just buzzed my dog to hell in 20 minutes after he had been there for 3 1/2 hours. Im on the hunt for a new groomer again. WILL NOT take my dog there ever again... I want my money back... I am just furious..

We have been using a place on Holly for years. We we’re always pretty satisfied but we received a coupon from Dean’s Groom Shop and so glad we took Thor there. They are amazing and half the cost of the other place! We will continue taking Thor here cuz he loves it too!

Allie does a great job on our chocolate lab and border collie! Same day appointments are usually available and they are typically only there for a few hours. Our dogs look happy and their coats look great afterwards

I have been to Deans 2 times with my Brittney Spaniel. Both times have been amazing. They do a spectacular job with everything; wash, cut, teeth, pads, and nails. Emily did Scouts haircut today and it’s the best I’ve ever seen. Her attention to detail and complements toward Scout made a huge difference. I will continue to come back and request Emily every time.Thank you for running a top notch groomer! Best in town by far.

NOT FOR SKITTISH CATS!! We brought our very docile, won’t bite you, or scratch you, but will try to get away from you, cat into Deans for a regular lions cut. They agreed to groom him. We’d been trying to get him into several groomers, most of which only do dogs. He’s pretty overweight and has really thick hair so he Matts really easily, so I’m pretty understanding of why his cut was a little uneven. Our cat is also not around dogs or has never been near one up close. We took a chance on this place, they’re very nice people who do their best, but the area the grooming takes place in doesn’t separate the dogs and cats so there’s big dogs and little dogs running around while grooming is taking place. Our cat got spooked and jumped off the table. Gloria seemed pretty frustrated. Got the job done though! Thanks again!

I can't tell you how over the moon I was when I picked up my beautiful golden retriever Sandy. She was gorgeous soft and smelled great. Even better than all that? She was so happy! She is my service animal and we have trouble being apart but it seems she enjoyed her short stay. Dean was finished in under 2 hours... which is really good for how fluffy she is! If you love your fur pal like I do, I single recommend Dean's!

My dog is not easy to groom, she’s anxious and part chow but they did an AMAZING job with her, she looks and smells amazing. In 10 years of getting her groomed I was most happy taking her here. You also can’t beat their prices. Highly recommend

My puppy got his balls sliced into by this groomer. They did not tell me it happened. I noticed when he got home. I brought him back in and I was upset they did not point it out and the fact that it happened ‼️ Gloria owner said we did not know that happened! If we saw it we would have told you. When your grooming a dog your eyes are in every area you are grooming you would hope. They gave me my $ back. I was going to give them another chance and they called me back and said we are not going to groom your dog because last time you got upset‼️‼️‼️‼️ Do not use them. They suck‼️

I can't say enough wonderful things about this groom shop. I just moved to the state recently and needed a groomer to maintenance my 30lb mixed breed wired hair terrier and they did more then a spectacular job. My dogs groom appointment was over 5 days ago and she is still silky soft and smells wonderful. Whatever products they use, they are top of the line. They are also fast and proficient at what they do. Already pre-booked for my next appointment!

My little dog is old and arthritic, and hates getting groomed. I was lucky to find this place because Miranda was fantastic with him. I began requesting her for all of his appointments.We don't do anything fancy for him - just a buzz cut essentially because he likes to roll and gets matted easily. The price is great for these basics. You can also add things on, and it's nice that you can pick and choose what services to get based on your pups needs.The first couple times I went in, I was a little nervous because I'm not sure how they organize their files / paperwork because I said something like "same thing as last time," and they didn't have that information. But all of the other appointments were great with no issues, and I chalked it up to just a one-time mishap.

Worst experience I have ever had with a groomer. They did a terrible job and not sure they even did all they charged me for. Gave them three opportunities, first time was great and went down hill after that and got more expensive each time! Spoke to my neighbor and aunt and they were upset about they groomer their dogs as well!

I picked up my dog and she was bloody with a ripped dewclaw. They said it just “got caught on the table.” I took her back, giving them the benefit of the doubt. My dog was very anxious and they didn’t remotely finish the groom but charged me $55. They sent her home all wet and it was the coldest day Denver has had since 1962. A dangerous establishment.

We’re new to the area, relocated from South Florida in October and our fur babies were very overdue for grooming. Took them to Dean’s for the first time today and Jeter and Gigi look great. I couldn’t be happier. The staff is professional and friendly. I love that the grooming tables are where you can see them being groomed. They had full grooming with Blueberry facials and a pomegranate body moisturizer that made their coat and skin so soft. They also had their teeth brushed. They both came home very happy. Dean’s exceeded my expectations. I found our new groomers. I dropped them off a little before 1:00 and they were ready at 3:50. They said they were running a little behind but I thought 3 hrs for two overgrown dogs was really good timing. I would give them more stars if I could. I love the little blue bow tie they put on Jeter.

The folks at Dean’s are wonderful. I have an 8 year old pup who deals with some anxiety and I know that when I leave him to be bathed that he is taken care of as though he is a member of their family. Allie is fantastic to work with and my pooch is a full on wiggly butt when we pull into the lot. Comprehensive services offered, reasonable pricing, and familial care of your pets makes Dean’s the place I trust with my pooch and recommend to anyone looking for grooming services.

My Doodle had had a couple of bad experiences with other groomers and was very frightened about the whole process. Gloria was so kind and gentle with her that while I can't she's eager to get groomed, she IS glad to see Gloria and no longer cries when she sees where we're going. And she looks wonderful.
