It’s been 4 months and they’re still not done with the new showers? Two thumbs down 👎🏻 👎🏻Update: 7 mos later.Finally got the chance to check this place out again. Nice showers but if you go late at night the water is HOT or NOTHING.Also don’t use CSCPay app for laundry- they STEAL your fund. Read the reviews from the app store.

Good ppl at the fuel desk was kind to ask the driver who did not pay for a reserve spot to move and he was good enough to do so!Please drivers stop taking the reserve spots 😒 other people who have a reserve spot pay to be able to park after hours... of long day driving! 😴 or you will be asked to move... thanks 😊Some places won't even bother to ask non praying drivers because they are scared 😔 I had that happen a couple of times.(not here tho) .. they should boot the truck that violates the rules and pay a fine like 200$ or be towed just saying because it's not fair for the driver who reserve it. .. and if they are not going to enforce it than don't have any reserve spots.

They charge me $142 only for Flat tire.My advice to truck drivers don't come for maintenance in here they are so ExpensiveIf you go to love or someone where else the charge you only $40So I think they don't want to keep the the customerDon't come here again

The bathroom does need a good thorough cleaning with some Clorox. The convenience store is separate from the gift shop. Laundry and showers available though I did not use.

The horrible service in the store not the restaurant!! Telling me she was going to call the cops on me for destruction of property when I never damaged anything not even a scratch!!!! They don't have to worry about me though because I will NEVER come back, I'm not giving them my money I'd rather throw my money into the garbage then give it to them especially when it pays people like her!!!!!!!!!!!! I'd recommend to anyone to go to any other truck stop than here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Passing through decided to stop an hour early only reserve spots for left pulled the money from the ATM went over to the truck service center desk to pay for my parking and security said that I was good I didn't have to pay anything for the night went ahead and purchased some food couple drinks and a few snacks and thanked them food was awesome and almost fresh off the grill at 2200 would definitely recommend this stop for anybody wanting grade A service. There's ample room to get into parking spaces and they even have reserved handicap parking for those who need it.

Not a dog friendly establishment. We stopped for breakfast at the start of a road trip. My wife had her 4 pound shitzu in a bag under her arm. He happened to stick his head out when the lady came to get our drink order-she immediately told us he couldn't be at the table. He wasn't touching the table, the chair-nothing. She would have never even known he was there had he stayed asleep a few more minutes. Took our business and our $$$ across the street.

I’m sure T/A doesn’t look at these reviews but I’ll post anyway. WTH! Laundry is $3.00 and even though they’re set up to take a card…..NOT! Quarters only and cashier will not give cash back so it’s use the ATM for a $4.00 charge or walk away and wash another day. I walked away! Just another way to screw drivers for greed!

Overall it’s a clean store. It’s pretty old but well kept. They have a lot of fresh sweet goodies such as fudge and chocolates. Ate at the restaurant, wasn’t bad. Their customer service was quick and friendly.

Restrooms and showers are being remodeled so they have old fashioned porta potty out front and temporary trailer restrooms with running water and sinks to wash hands and showers (showers you purchase at the gift shop) located behind the main building

I went in to the convenience store today and asked for them to bag my merchandise. They said "We charge for bags. You're in the state of Colorado now. " I won't be stopping here again!!! If I could rate this it would be no stars!! What a joke!!!

This is a good place to stop and stretch your legs. They’ve got some great Colorado souvenirs. However, this place is NOT the cleanest and the restrooms were pretty gross. The ladies behind the counter seemed pretty unstable.

New and updated review.The only good thing about this store is the friendly staff.The store is very small, with minimal selection no matter what you want to buy. The restrooms and showers are being rebuilt (thank goodness, because the bathrooms used to smell really bad). But now the restrooms and showers are in portable units on the back side of the building. And even those are not working correctly, with them having no hot water at this time. There's ample signage letting you know how to get to the restrooms, but the signs point the wrong way. If you go to the right instead of the left, you'll cut your walk down by more than half.If you use a lot of mobile data to stream YouTube, Netflix etc., data speeds here are extremely sketchy. Occasionally you'll see decent 5G speeds, but most of the time it's 4G, and the lower end at that. I can't blame the truckstop for that, but you know what I can blame them for? Their WiFi! I paid $5.99 for wr hours of data. The fastest speed I've gotten on it so far is 30kb/s. That's effectively not functioning as most websites won't even load. It's a complete ripoff.I stop here sometimes because there's a good restaurant across the street, but with how bad it is here now, I don't think that's enough of an excuse for me to stop here anymore. Maybe we'll see how it is in another year.

While on a trip from Wyoming to Texas, I took my 6 mo. Old grandson in to change his diaper, the restrooms were out of order, due to a remodel, there were portable toilets, but the staff(A male & 2 females- I am kicking myself for not getting their names) went above and beyond clearing a section out of the way to change him in a very sanitized area. The drivers lineup store where they allowed me to take him was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The care and concern that they showed my Grandson and I went far above any expectations I could have hoped for!!! Thank you TA for your amazing staff!!!! 8/5/2020 around 6:30 PM.Shirley Langston

Currently the store is under remodel, no showers, bathrooms or laundry. They do have portable bathrooms and showers outside. The guy behind the counter said possibly November to be all up and running. The wait staff in the restaurant were nice.

Doing lots of upgrades but completely doable. Showers still work they are just small... restaurant still open and fuel all good. Doing large renovation on the restrooms ad showers.. .. that being said... I sat on i70 for nearly 11 hours waiting for roadside from a different place. It was raining so NO SHOW. TA was not available and at least was up front that they couldn't. Limped my truck to this location and even with all the construction and stuff... very clean nice people and the shop was extremely clean and neat. Got signed in at 8am and what could have been a long fix was done in just a couple hours. My mechanic was Nicholas and he worked with me when I showed him were I thought the leak was and explained I was no mechanic so might be wrong. He assured me and maybe I could have been wrong (thankfully I wasnt) he still listened to what I had to say instead of tuning me out and doing his own thing. He had to take the whole side of my truck(steps and everything) to get to where he needed and since I was still standing there he showed and told me exactly what he was doing which was nice because sometimes that's how u learn and of I had to do something sometime I now know how to get to it and possibly fix some things. Laid down and took a nap while he did his thing and he was done in no time. I was back on the road in a few total hours after getting there instead of days like someplace! He even fixed a couple little things I complained about that had nothing to do with my job. Great guy great heart great mechanic!! 5stars even just for the friendly service. Will Def use this place again!

Tried to stop in recently for a shower. Reserved a shower on the app as usual and the shower queue said there was still 2 showers remaining. Walked in and there were signs saying they were renovating showers and restrooms and that temporary ones had been set up around the back of the building. Temporary showers were in two separate doors in one trailer (men/women). Door was locked. There was no way the normal amount of showers were available like in the queue online. I couldn't shower and wasn't going to shower in a trailer. I wasted a shower credit. They should have handled this differently. Showers shouldn't have shown available, and they should do like other places and rotate the showers being renovated so that a few showers remain open, or simply have signs saying they're not available at all rather than drivers wasting their shower credits, etc just to find out they can't shower in a normal shower.

This place gave me some weird vibes this was my first and last time stopping here everyone was watching me order my food at the subway which was awkward as well the atmosphere here is if your darker complexion your really not welcome I'll stick to the pilot down the street

Thank you so much for having real brewed coffee. You have no idea how disappointing it is to walk into a gas station super tired from traveling and be faced with that fancy bean pour over junk. Your workers were very nice as well.If I were to take away a star, it would be for the signage for the temporary restrooms. Why on earth would you have everyone going to the left, which is a mile long, when a much shorter route exists to the right? Do your employees hate your customers? It's really quite rude. Try thinking what you'd want to walk with a full bladder (or worse) to get to the restrooms while traveling. If you're reading this, and the sign says to go left, go right. Same destination, a fraction of the distance.

Stopped at the TA in Limon for fuel and...Unfortunately - I lost my wallet while there.Fortunately - not only did someone find it, but they turned it in to the fuel desk.Unfortunately - by the time I realized I was in Wichita Falls, TX.Fortunately - they had placed it in the safe awaiting my (hopeful) return.Unfortunately - I was headed to Houston and then on to Newark.Fortunately - not only were they willing to FedEx my wallet to me, but at my request sent it to the TA in Bloomsbury, NJ.Unfortunately - I was rerouted en route and didn't get to Bloomsbury for a few days.Fortunately - they had received my wallet and were keeping it in the manager's office.In the end, not only did I get my wallet back, but the cash, cards and ID were all in it as well.A level of customer service you rarely see these days.

We went to the restaurant and Jen was our waitress, she is absolutely wonderful with a uplifting and positive personality. The food (Philly Cheese steak omelet) was great. After we checked out we bought some Taffy and Kimmy was our cashier, she is great too. A fantastic personality as well. TBH, whatever their getting paid isn't enough. We have driven from east to west coast & not many are as positive and upbeat as these two ladies are. Kudos to the person who hired them!!

Extraordinary coffeeThe best coffee on this whole exit .Clean store , clean bathroom, hot coffee and country pride has good hot food 24/7 to feed and hunger you may have!!also has a subway for fresh sandwiches clean parking lot and semi truck parking , semi fuel , semi def , located near a few accommodations aswell. So feel free to stop by and visit the gift shop for jewelry and magazines and have fun..

Not sure why I didn't post this experience last year but they came to my attention recently as a fueled across the street. As a brand new driver I had a mechanical issue at 4 am, it dark I'm tired and brand new. I stopped here and check in at 5 am asking for an assessment of the problem. They had me pull into the bay and never gave me an assessment just proceeded to do unauthorized repairs and gave me a 550 dollar bill for 1 turbo hose. Nobody called me or informed me why the problem was or estimated cost, I had to eat the cost because my company hadn't approved anything as I wasn't able to send it in. It was reviewed by Paul Flores who is the profit center manager and of course he flat out called me a liar and kept his profit margins up. Never shop ta Petro nationwide was the moral of this story

Super nice employee in overalls told me to go around to the back of the building to use the bathrooms because their main ones were closed. After I found it I heard people outside talking loudly about how I was in there. After I got out a woman followed me back into the building and was talking loudly behind me about how she hoped I got a flat tire. After I re-entered the main area, she yelled to the other employees “direct them to the front because people are SNEAKING in to the back”. I don’t know maybe get a grip, lady. It was a 30 second bathroom break where I obviously didn’t use the shower. Maybe don’t to wish flat tires on people who are misdirected by YOUR staff.
