This place was great! We saw it as we passed through Limon on our way to Denver! The staff was so friendly and the drinks were great! Most coffee shops that sell breakfast burritos don't make them fresh, but they did here. They intentionally do that so people with dairy intolerance can enjoy too, which is great! We would have loved to stay and work here.

Just dropped in to check out the coffee here at Ahimsa Coffee. Carter made me a fantastic French Vanilla Latte and the manager Kennedy was kind enough to say “Hi.”They are over by the Baymont Inn & Suites - the signs from the high way provided by the county were not the best.But the coffee and the company were awesome! Don’t miss this almost hidden gem on the high plains east of Denver off of I-70. You won’t regret it!(Oh and very clean bathrooms Ladies!) And they are pet friendly!!Looks to me like it’s all good - literally. Couldn’t sample it all - had to run. Be sure let them know Big Ben sent you!

Popped in here around 9 am while on a road trip. The ambiance is great, a nice selection of coffee and a few breakfast food items. The loss in stars come from 1. Handling cash and touching equipment then touching food without hand washing or gloves. 2. The attitude of one of the workers. She was rude and unhelpful and then walked away while I was ordering and someone else finished up, didn’t appreciate that and lastly, 3. 10 mins after leaving I had to stop and get medication for nausea. Hoping it doesn’t turn into food poisoning.

Awesome shop, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely a hidden gem and the breakfast burritos w/ green chili were fantastic. We will definitely be stopping here again.The shop is dog friendly and we were all surprised they were open since the highways had just reopened after the closure!

Great atmosphere, coffee, food, & excellent service. Super dog friendly. She brought a pup cup out & our dog devoured it before I could get a photo. We had breakfast burritos & iced coffee. Would definitely stop here again whenever traveling through!

AWESOME coffee shop on the way to Denver. Ask for the “Wrigglebits” Mocha (peanut butter and coconut, from the book Nightmarist by A.B. Davis). Great space and great coffee, lovely view on the patio, and very friendly staff.Parking: Super easy to park and lots of space.

This coffee shop is awesome! I really appreciate the opportunity to bring my dog inside with me, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. If I am in the area, I would be happy to stop here again. Their coffee is delicious; the danish I ordered seemed fresh, and it was tasty as well.Parking: Easy to access parking lot!

Love this place. I think after soMany years they finally found their groove of people. The girl with colored hair that has black and pink, I don’t know her name sadly, but everytime I go in there she is so sweet and always goes out of her way to compliment me. She always makes the drinks perfectly and goes out of her way to ask if we want extras in the drinks. She’s amazing and is doing this business well! :)

I'm no stranger to Limon and the high plains of Eastern Colorado. This is going away the best in town for coffee, pastry and lite breakfast and pre-prepared sandwich fare. Staff was polite, engaging and professional. Ambience very comfortable.This is the first place I can recall when I asked my significant other if she was ready to go she said "no, lets sit for abit", High praise indeed.Note: perhaps unrelated but I noticed an RV park just west. Basic but level with electric and water for those travelers inclined.

Really delightful. Absolutely fantastic coffee. Nothing ashy. No bitter top notes. Just smooth, balanced and rich, served with a touch of Love. Genuine smiles and a heart for people. Immaculate, warm and tasteful space and energy. Close to the highway but away from the chaos. Nice bathrooms, too. 😉

It’s a quiet coffee place tucked away. Find your way there for sure. My dad and I stopped here for coffee and breakfast after staying on the exit. Let me tell you- let’s go grab some coffee turned into let’s go inside, sit down, and eat breakfast. He had the regular coffee and I had the cold brew. Great service, chill atmosphere, and I would recommend. They have burritos, pastries, tea, and some sandwiches. Also they have couches in here with some board games. if you have some time to kill. I absolutely recommend this place.
