The only thing good is some of the employees. Otherwise this store can NOT handle the supply and demand. Always lacking product and claiming warehouse does not have it when the store in frisco has no problem?Produce? No moldyNicely cut meat? NopeBaby food? Hardly any!They don’t have the help, because of their management. Several employees “ghosted” because of how incredibly rude they are to employees. So if you want to work here, make sure you can kiss butt.Employees not doing their jobs, bagging groceries is part of the cashier’s position and they refuse unless YOU PAY FOR THE BAGS. Angie is ALWAYS rude, she should NOT be union rep in store. Mary thinks it’s okay to treat employees like trash in front of customers, how is that ok? I’ll be calling the number at the bottom of my receipt to report everything each time from now on until there’s a change

They have Wonder Bread now. They haven’t been here since 2012! They also have some Nature’s Own bread and Tastykakes.

Each time I have gone in; I’ve been accosted about my service animals. Each time I have to show my license (which not required by law; it makes it less hassle) and they let me pass. My animals are in neon reflective vest that are stenciled in white capital letters “SERVICE DOG”. Not like it needs to be questioned. I leave no room for error; clearly representing them as service animals.Today a team member called me inappropriate and my service animals “disgusting” that I was inappropriate for having service animals.Contacted assistant store manager right away and told that person was new and apologized to me.Sad that still, disabled people have to constantly be humiliated; like it’s our fault and we should feel shame because we need assistance of service animals.One day I pray I’ll just be treated like a human being; like a customer.

My husband gets harassed every time he goes by the manager (Laura) just because of his past.Today he went in to Safeway and went to go by a veggie tray and it was on sale for $5 when he got to the cashier they charged him $13.49 and when he said that he didn’t want it the cashier said it was to late and her name was skyler and when I got home he realized it was expired. This store is hateful

I realize that the state baned plastic bags but you should at least have reusable bags available to buy. Today I went in and asked, the only bags they had were insulated and quite expensive.

Loved it great hometown shop good people fast service. Tourists are the only one with issues. We ain't no fast way of living up here. Remember that's why you came up here.

Decent store overall but it is definitely dated and feels claustrophobic. It urgently needs updated bathrooms. There is always a line, they are always filthy, frequently don't have any toilet paper, and soap dispensers are frequently broken.

Pharmacy staff was very rude. Said they were 3 days behind on filling medications, no apology. She broke patient confidentiality informing person in front of me loudly about his medications. I complained to store manager who blamed me as standing too close to previous customer. Didn't know she was going to state his medications and so loud could have heard from a long distance anyway.

The line at the pharmacy is always extremely long and it takes forever. Also if you go after 7pm don't expect any bread on the shelves
