I've been getting my dog food here for years. Some of the faces have changed but customer service has always been amazing. I stopped in today and Paige was my cashier. She's definitely super helpful and always cheerful. A gentleman, who's name I've forgotten, near the power tools helped me find some potting soil I wasn't sure about and even pointed out they have hanging strawberry plants. I haven't had good luck with strawberry plants and this indoor hanging one is a fantastic idea. Thank you again!

This store is really a cool store.Handicap accessible inside and out.Great discounts for the bargain shopper.I recently had to contact Jaime, the store manager about a lawnmower i purchased several months ago that drove me crazy trying to start....burning out my arm pulling and pulling the start cord.I called and spoke to Jaime and he helped me find my receipt online, told me to bring in my mower, and exchanged it for me with a professional kind of way that leaves you walking out of the store feeling great that the process was so simple.They even went out to my truck and unloaded the old mower, and loaded my new one......after they assembled it, gased it up and started it up for me.Better yet......!I even got a better mower than before with AWD.Thanks alot Jaime and you can believe me when i say," Every store gets reviews in one way or another, both good and bad, whether by mouth, or by return shopping at that store... or not " !I PERSONALLY WILL TELL EVERYONE HOW WELL I WAS TREATED.. ...!AND THAT'S A REVIEW ALL BUSINESSES SHOULD TRY TO ACHIEVE.I FELT IMPORTANT TO TRACTOR SUPPLY, AND WILL SURELY SHARE MY STORY LOCALLY.THANKS AGAIN JAIME.....( I HOPE I SPELLED YOUR NAME CORRECT )!

I love this location they always have excellent guest service and very kind and helpful. I don't visit any other feed stores in the area and drive an hour for my farming supply needs they always have everything I could need!With that said I have recently came across a hiccup in a product we purchase regularly I'm not sure what is going on but they phased the retriever dog foods into new packages and they were out of my dogs variety (high protein) for a few days when they are typically stocked well... when I finally received some from the new shipment it had an additional 2lbs of food advertised on the new package but when I opened it up at least 25% if not more of the kibble was crumbs... I'm not sure if the manufacturer is cleaning out the machines or if there is a defect in the equipment but either way it has me extremely weary of the quality of this batch. Typically when I see something like this there are bugs rodents or moisture infiltrating the supply. I certainly hope that this is Just a fluke and everything goes back to normal soon as I have switched up foods countless times trying to work with a sensitive tummy and this food has been a God send! (And yes I have tried higher end foods and they are simply too rich for my pup)

Great selection of supplies, I'd give 5 stars but you have to hunt down a person to help you. They are generally located in the center of the store standing around and chatting.
