Took my dog to the other large pet store down the street to get his nails trimmed. The lady there said one nail was to long to cut and I would have to take him to a vet. Went to PetSmart and the lady said not a problem. She cut his nails in under 5 minutes and we were out the door. Thank you

They accused my dog of being too aggressive when I took her in for a grooming. the lady upfront was super impatient and didn’t allow my dog to calm down for a second. I’ve tried telling her to let the dog settle down before starting. We’ve been here before and never gotten any issues. So it’s clearly not a problem with my dog but rather poorly trained groomers with terrible customer service.

I needed my dogs nails clipped today, and was told I can walk- in and get them done. The associates were so good with her, and that makes me happy! I am glad I came here, and will in the future for her grooming needs!

Groomers: They didn't fully wash my puppy. They told me he did great, but his private area had stained pee, it looks like they trimmed hair on only one paw, and only washed his neck and head. I payed extra for the nice conditioner. I don't know if they were just super busy and forgot to take care of him fully or if it was just that person. They did trim his face though which was good. He also got his nails trimmed which I appreciate.

Poor customer service, nobody on the floor to help cashier was too busy to help. Not a good place shop don't know there product or price. Plz get new or better management we deserve it.

Went with my 2 year old daughter this morning. She had to use the restroom and we were told no public use. Had to take her outside to pee in the grass where the dogs go. Very humiliating and confusing. Not a very family friendly store.

Very fast and courteous service. This PetSmart is located behind two other buildings, so it's a little hard to see if you're not looking for it. Look for the PetSmart sign on Wadsworth. Its location is south of Walmart and a block east of Wadsworth.

This store stereotypes people. As I was walking out the store. The cashier was on the phone telling someone she's walking out right now. That was rude as hell I will not be returning to that store.

Friendly enough employees and a decent selection. I usually go to a great small family owned pet store so its hard to compare it to a big impresonal box store like this, bit it still was friendly enough and had a fun selection of pet stuffs.

I bought 48 units of catfood and I had noticed that I was charged for 50 extra units of cat food. I tried to have this addressed but no one wanted to acknowledge the issue. I was charged for over $80 worth of product I never received, and everyone pretended like it didn't happen. I included the pictures of the product I purchased. the cat food sold in of 12, sets of 4.

Our sweet old dog, Newman has bad nerves but desperately needed a wash and haircut. They were nice and slow and delicate with him and he did great. He is so handsome and happier now. Highly recommend.

This is a great store, with a broad range of pet goods that fit any budget. We just got a dog unexpectedly, and I was able to get everything I needed for this wonderful, beloved companion. And I could save on some things so I could buy better quality on other things. I also love the fact that I could talk to other pet lovers and learn from them. Great store, great staff, great opportunity to learn.

Best place ever. Our Vet inside their Banfield... Laura... is like family. They helped keep our cancerous dog alive almost 3 years longer than expected. Best place ever... I can't speak any higher. I can't wait to bring my service dog here. Our other dog already is brought here. He is so neurotic yet they are so patient and kind with him and don't mind his craziness! Great products, great Banfield. Our location is the best. Will never go elsewhere! We had to put our dog with cancer down and they treated us so beautifully... they treated him beautifully... trust your pets here! When they dried our tears over our dog it meant so much... I need to stop typing otherwise I'll never stop... But truly... petsmart and banfield are family!

I had my Australian Shepard groomed here yesterday by Kelly and she did an incredible job. First time there and I didn’t even get a chance to talk to her before hand but that didn’t matter because she is a pro. Thank you Kelly, Kenobi looks amazing! We will be back
