This place is wonderful. I rarely write reviews unless truly deserved. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike most pet stores I’ve gone to I can always find someone to guide me to the product I’m looking for and have answers to any questions I have pertaining tomy fury animals. I’m a mail carrier and have tons of animal lovers on my route. I’ve been telling all my customers about my experience when going in and hope to bring Petsnstuff more happy customers! Y’all are amazing! Thank you thank you!

I live near this pet shop and had been going everytime I need new pet essentials. Earlier my sister and I were gonna buy a cat bed. As soon as I walked in, there was an women (old short white hair) who gave me a nasty look. I smiled and kelt walking. My sister was walking behind me so I noticed the employee followig us. Everywhere we went she never asked if we needed help. There was other customers in there who walked in the same time as us yet she kept following us and only us. It was uncomfortable so we walked out and as we did we hard her snickering about us. I camt help but to think it was because were hispanic. That is never my first assumption of people but her behaviour made me think it was because of that. Will not support this shop anymore. :(

This place is great, even if it doesn't have some things you might be specifically looking for, it just has so much variety and all the options are amazing. The prices for pet food are great too when you compare to some other pet stores.

I like this place and the baths are convenient other than the blow dryers being very weak. However, we've had multiple run ins with a short haired older woman who is very rude about the baths. We have 2 very large furry dogs and we do our best to be considerate with getting them washed and dried quickly when it's busy. This lady constantly talks down to us and tells us there are people waiting in a tone reminiscent of a teacher scolding a 5 year old. It's really not worth going here any more to feel rushed and belittled when we paid and waited for our time to wash our dogs.

There’s a ton of good dog stuff. It ranges from toys to a wall of clothes. They also have water bowls and are super animal friendly inside.

They do great! Alittle extra pricey for sure but they were honest when they were uneasy about answering questions about cat food with my cat who just got out of the ER which I appriciate. Cute little shop with way more options for those with cats than sat petsmart.

I took my Bernedoodle here for the first time and wow what a great experience! Giving him a bath at home is so tough and we always have a completely destroyed bathroom, just totally flooded with all the water his coat soaks up. Having a place to wash him between grooming is a total game changer! No more stinky pup!The staff is so friendly and helpful we will absolutely be back!!! Thank you to everyone who works here!

Seriously check your expiration dates when you buy anything from here. 4 of the 6 cat pouches I just picked up were expired. By 4 months.

I tried many different self-wash dogs, but this is probably my favorite. It's a bit out of the way from me, but I like the convenience of it. The store also has lots of variety of goodies.

Great place to find coats, sweaters, collars, leashes and beds for dogs of all sizes, without breaking the bank! Lots of cute bakery looking treats and buffet style bins of chews and snacks. A wide variety of food beyond anything at national pet stores! And they have a loyalty program and great service.

Nicest staff ever! There dog wash is super affordable and has everything you need! The other dog washes I have been too have been super expensive and don’t supply half of the things they do. Highly recommend supporting this business!

This is THE BEST place to come wash your dog. You get a towel, brushes, shampoo, conditioner! The best part? No time limit! I’ve been to so many dog washes where you pay per the time you’re there. Not this place! They have multiple tubs so the wait is never crazy. The price is hard to beat for sure! The attendants even clean up for you before, during, and after your wash! I live so far from this place but I will only come here from now on!

Small shop feel but it's huge with tons of variety. A lot of stuff I struggle to find elsewhere, other than online. People are very nice. Only thing I don't like is that their prices use to be worth a drive across town, but they raised a ton of them and now costs just as much as anywhere else.

used to love this shop but a month ago i stopped by and wasn’t greeted so the atmosphere felt weird. Today I stopped by to get my dog a birthday treat and the cupcakes with a candle had bugs on it so beware if you’re buying treats.

The best pet store in town. The top leading national chain stores don't come close to the selection of top quality foods, toys, and treats this store stocks. There is also a top-notch dog wash, and they have nail trimming and other services available on weekends/special schedules.

Top notch service, best staff experience and always consistent. Great add on services such as Nail Trimming. One of the employees there even bought my new puppy a toy out of her own pocket. Unheard of! Puppy is only 5 months old and was going there to shop and socialize the dog. Came out with a needed nail trim by an experienced staff who has a shop on Jewell & Garrison - Spawology! Worth the trip. Have been going there for years!!!
