Don't waste your time. Other than a friendly staff, not sure what this place actually has. I have stopped in 3 different times trying to shop local only to find they don't carry what I was looking for.

Kind and knowledgeable staff.Great selection of birds and fish. This was my first time coming in and I was very happy and satisfied.My children were treated well also. My son was able to hold a bird and we all learned some new things about the pet world during our visit.

Went in to get my mom a pair of finches and they were great. I was more than happy with the customer service and they made sure we picked out the right ones and offer house made seed as well. Definitely would recommend them to everyone. Kudos

Great store. They have the best dog collars that I have found. I love how durable they are and the quick release buckle is the best on the market. What a fun store...makes me want to own a pet bird...they have so many great supplies. Hopefully one day they will accept Bitcoin and I will give a 5th star. I will be back

This is where I got 5/6 of my parakeets, and all of the employees are very helpful and kind. They're knowledgeable, unlike PetSmart employees. Birds are taken care of and treated well, with clean cages. Prices are reasonable. Good place to buy bird toys and perches. I love coming here. Would definitely recommend.

Many years ago, my little brother was in the middle of his angsty teenager phase. Peak angsty teenager. Everything was dumb, everything made him mad. One day, we walked into this store. A parrot said "hello" to him and my brother said "stupid bird." My family makes fun of him for it to this day because of how ridiculous he was being.Pretty sure we bought crickets. 5/5 would buy again.

Love that the Betta fish are in tanks and not plastic cups. First Betta passed quickly due to the water chemistry going haywire but they helped me get "good bacteria" for tank and new Betta is most active Betta ever had. He reacts when I walk in the room and following my finger and its only been 10 days. Staff is great and they really care about the animals they sell.

My daughter and I had the best experience with this store. We were looking for a teddy bear hamster and stopped at three pet stores on the way to this one. This one had EXACTLY what we wanted. We could not have found a more perfect person to help us. Becky stayed with us for a LONG time and was a walking hamster encyclopedia. She answered every single question we had (at least 20) and never made us feel like a bother. Her love for the animals was very apparent. She put us both at ease with our new sweet hamster. We purchased the special hamster feed sold by the pound which is awesome. We will be back! So glad we found you!

Kind, helpful place with the coolest fish. I went in for feeder insects and ended up wandering around the fish for a while. They have live birds too, if that's your jam. Lots of pet supplies, but I only needed crickets so I can't speak to anything else. Crickets are their only feeder insects (live), but my dragon devoured them.

My dog & I adore all the sweet girls who work here. They are always so kind, happy to indulge & chat with me. If your furry friends are leashed, they can walk on in! Fantastic little shop, brimming with goods for your pets. We found a no-hide chew for our pup, a strong toy for her chompers, and a doggy take out cookie. Great prices too: from our comparison, Pet World beats the competition. We will shop at Pet World from now on for all our pup’s needs!
