I love this location of Natural grocers . It’s small, but definitely has everything you’ll need . Their cosmetics department is the best you can ask for. They have some great sales on the truly good companies that you’ll not find elsewhere. I’ve got acquainted myself with some smaller cosmetics brands like life flo, inesscent, reserveage organics, wild chick, the organic skin and co and others . I think that whoever is taking care of that department is doing amazing work.

I love Natural Grocers! They are a more compact store with way better options than anywhere I've been instead of a huge store with tons of garbage to sift through to get to what you want. I've been going to the Northglenn store for over a decade and their customer service is outstanding.The Lakewood store, however, is sub-par in the customer service. I special-ordered a simple item 2-3 times and checked in for it multiple times. I requested the items with staff, had multiple special-order forms filled out, called at least once or twice. The first request, it seems the request was not even passed on. The second with a form, it seems the form was not even passed on or, perhaps, not processed. The third, nothing. I called and the manager said she would call me on a Tuesday. No call. I called again and it sounded like that they didn't even try.Over a month of effort for a simple item and I just gave up. I drove to a much-farther-away store to get it.Not consistent with the other stores I've been to.

Never stocked anymore. No one asks anymore if you need anything? Did management leave?This WAS my favorite grocery store for the last 7 years. not worth coming anymore because it’s never stocked!

It's a smaller store packed with a lot of stuff. I did find some really cool salt pepper shakers and I've included a photo. They definitely have a lot of specialty items in there that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. Would be a good store if you're looking for organic food.

My husband and I started frequenting this location a few months ago and we absolutely love it . Produce is always on point and reasonable . Always very well stocked . Staff is really friendly and helpful all the time . I’d give it ten stars if I could.

A little bit on the expensive side, but always worth it. Their produce is beyond awesome. You just Gotta eat it fast before it goes bad but other than that natural grocers is one of my favorite grocery stores in the health and fitness side.

Let me start by saying, I really like Natural Grocers. Been shopping here for years, but the store on Alameda is TIRED! This place needs a facelift and more/better choices. I’m the past year, I have gone to this location and left empty handed 4 times because of the lack of interesting products…I just stopped going altogether because it’s a waste of time.

Why does the water from the refill dispenser have a chlorine smell? Why don’t they have any #EV charging stations? IMO, for the home office location, this store is really sad, old (over 50 years) cramped, sometimes stinky and not handicapped friendly. If someone in an electric scooter needed vitamins, organic food, etc. they’d be SOL here!

If you're going to buy supplements and you buy more than two items and they tell you you can return them If they don't work out for you, they are not telling the truth. You can only return two items per receipt. I suggest if you want to try something don't get more than two items.

I actually love Natural Grocers- Vitamin Cottage, but I need it to get someone's attention with one star! Your company is using TeleCheck. (At least some locations.)That is a big mistake! TeleCheck is a one-star review company. Please read the many complaints and understand that you could lose customers because of doing business with this service.

This is a nice store with exactly the type.of food offerings you'd expect with that name - very natural, organic, all that. They also have a nice selection of household goods. Try to take your own bags as they don't do bags themselves, though they do offer some boxes from shipments in, if needed. Staff is generally friendly and helpful.

Started shopping here due to the KS strike and so happy I did! New favorite store. Don't forget to bring your reusable bags! Beautiful produce section. Staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly. Breath of fresh air

Lovely neighborhood store, though it is smaller than it appears, so stock may be more limited than what you're used to. But as usual, they win when it comes to quality over quantity. Amazing staff and incredible options for non-traditional diets!

Great customer service. Steven was great. Helped find items I was looking for specifically. As well finding the best bang for my buck.Also found items such as venison.Been in before but never really shopped and finding what my doctor recommended

Love Natural Grocers. I don’t have to hunt through all of the chemical and sugar laden food for healthy versions like I have to in a big commercial grocery chain that will basically sell anything that has proper labels. And of all strange things, sometimes brands carried here, and in the humongous stores, are actually cheaper here! Thank you Natural Grocers:)

Wholes Foods is too posh and Sprouts is too commercial. That's why I go here. It's quiet and tucked away. The scents from the natural soaps and incense are always a nice welcome when you walk into the store.

Great specialty grocer. Fresh refrigerated things like flour, seeds and nuts. This makes for very moist bread, other baking or can find flour alternates if gluten free.

Besides the extremely convenient location (that's easy to get in and out of) this is an awesome store. Produce has always been fresh and well kept. Having both groceries and supplements makes it nice and the prices make these stores much more attractive than some of the competition. 🤔 This location only has one odd feature - the entryway can get tight with carts and people traffic. But it still gets 5 stars because overall it's a great shop. And the family that started this organization is super cool, too. It's got a pretty interesting history.
