I have never had a trouble with this pharmacy. When my prescription is about to run out they already have my refill ready. When I need more refills they let me know to contact my prescriber well in advance. If I am having issues with insurance they will call on my behalf. Just overall a great pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff selfishly booted a senior citizen and myself for medicine and diabetes strips and applicators ready to go even though we we there before 8pm closing. For a chain like this this could also be pressure from management to limit any over time hours. It would have taken them 1-2 minutes to serve us what we need. I own and operate a small business community. I’m proud to provide service to our community. Service lost to the corporate chain of command and greed. I think I’ll find a small business to shop at even if I have to pay a little more:

The staff is not trained. Laura wouldn’t even listen to what I have to say. Told me my doctors lying, assumed their gender. They won’t go out of there way to help you get your medicine

These pharmacy professionals work hard . On 7/22/22 I waited for a couple of my scripts and while waiting I heard a conversation where a customer called the employee retarded because the customer was not receiving the answer she wanted about refilling her controlled scripts 2 weeks too soonThen on top of that as I was checkecking out and a woman cuts in line and approaches a confidential area so she can get her question answered out of turn about a bottle of hibicleanse she needed for a procedure . Clearly she ignored the signs to wait in appropriate area until her turn.Also, completely disrespecting peoples privacy.These are situations Im sure they have to deal with all too often.These two employees handled both situations so well and so professionally. They really should get more recognition for their work and professionalism

I usually love this pharmacy but the last 2 times I was there an employee named Two just argues with me. I asked her on March 25th if she can use my pharmacy card instead of my insurance. She then told me no because it was cheaper on my insurance. Instead of checking to see if my insurance was cheaper she just assumed that it was. I went back today March 30th to get my refund. Turns out it was a lot cheaper. She shouldn't have fought me. I had to get her manager to help to get my money back. Two shouldn't be giving customers attitude and should cooperate with customers.

Really embarrassed for King Soopers pharmacy. A simple prescription from my dentist gets called in at noon, and isn't ready at 5:00pm "We're really busy today" is the excuse I'm given. We're busy in our lives too. Glad business is so good for you though. Also glad that I'm able to have my scripts filled elsewhere in the future.

This is the worst King Soopers grocery/pharmacy/ and USBank location(s) all uniquely wrapped into one, that I’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for something particular they probably don’t have it. If you’re looking for kindness in your customer service from any of the three mentioned above, they’re outta that too.

This is not the first time that upon arrival the medication wasn't there and had to be ordered. It doesn't seem like it would be that outrageous of customer service to give a phone call and be advised that this was the case.

I understand these employees have been top notch thru a pandemic and need total appreciation so I truly thank them for helping me understand my prescriptions whenever I need them they truly are champions in this world so blessed too have lorrie in the pharmacy and all the others involved.. thanks for what you all do
