In response to the owner's comment on 12/21:You suggested that we go to the vet as the cut looked like CANCER. The vet told us he does not have cancer & said the nose looked like it was scraped pretty deep by a razor or a clipper. It's the fact that you or whoever groomed my dog weren't transparent with what happened when I picked him up. Instead you guys tried to cover it up.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Dishonest & shady business. I am putting my review here to let others know so their furbabies don't come here.My dog Yuki came out of his groom with part of his nose shaved off (See attached pictures). I noticed that his nose was extra shiny when I picked him up like they tried to cover their accident up with ointment. We didn't think too much about it as his nose was still black. However, over the next few days, whatever they put on him wore off & you can very clearly see the deep cut on his nose as it turned very pink like the raw skin was exposed.When I reached out to the business to ask about what happened, rather than owning up to their mistake and being transparent on what happened, the owner recommended that we visit our vet because she claims the cut looked like cancer OR that he may have cut it coming out of the kennel. CANCER OR KENNEL?! First off, this cut mysteriously appeared right after his grooming appointment and what kind of kennel has sharp edges for his nose to be cut THIS deep??!The least she could have done was own up to their mistake and apologize but we received excuse after excuse so now we have to resort to a negative review to warn other people out there not to bring their fur babies to this business.

I took my cat to get groomed and get a lion cut too. 🦁 The staff was really friendly and my furry friend was treated well. The pricing was very reasonable, better than most places I've been to or even called to inquire for services. I will definitely be going back to Furry Friends.

This has been and will continue to be my favorite grooming salon. I always get notified when my appointments coming up. And they are always prompt and courteous. And they take very good care of our pets.I got to see the beginning of the Christmas party this year 2023. Great group of people. 😁

Been going here for a few years. Haven't been as happy with the grooming over the last six months and that is as prices have gone up over last couple years. Overall they do a fine job and they're nice and good with our dogs. We may look at other options though.

I have a Lab/Border Collie mix with sensitive skin and too much fur for this summer heat. I took her to Furry Friends and Spencer did an amazing job on her! She looked absolutely beautiful! Her coat was sleek, shiny, trimmed perfectly, and her nails were smooth. She's three weeks out, hasn't had a bit of dandruff and her coat still looks clean. So whatever shampoo Spencer used was amazing too! Also, the shop was very clean and tidy and everyone was super friendly. I will definitely be a return customer!

Took my little dog to get groomed Mickey said it’s going to take a little longer than usual because someone went home sick and I was OK with that but after five hours have passed went there twice to check on my dog because they would not answer the phone and had Dinner plans told her I would take the dog with me she got really upset and said I had to pay full price to take my dog. Told her I wasn’t gonna pay full price or something that wasn’t done it wasn’t my fault I’ve been going there for many years and have never had a problem before my dog is there for more than an hour and a half she told me that I was a liar and was not very happy with that. I have never been so unhappy with this place until now. I had to pay $40 just for wash

Just took our little feline monarch here for a sanitary trim and to get all the matting out of her fur. The staff here is super attentive even though the place is super busy. The staff treats your pet(s) with love and tenderness to sooth your furry family members' nerves. Pets can be frightened when their human is not with them in an environment they're not familiar with, but I feel absolute confidence they're in good hands. Our cat came home so soft and smelling super fresh. I will be making this place our regular groomers. Thank you Furry Friends!

Good price! My dog is a bit of a challenge since she is half Samoyed and half Australian Shepherd--a TON of fur! She always comes home so soft and with all her white patches soooo clean!

KC was happy when I picked her up! That is a big deal. I stopped taking her to the last groomer because she was not the same when I picked her up. That was not a problem here. She’s a happy camper and she looks great!

I take my little shih Tzu here to get groomed. I am working on letting his hair grow out to the long hair coat that you see on dog shows. It'll take about a year for the hair to grow fully. Meanwhile Mickey and I are working on this to get it accomplished.They have reasonable prices, I have checked other grooming shops that are much higher. My typical grooming is 50 bucks each time. Took our 6 month old puppy here for a nail trim and they were so sweet and helpful and INCREDIBLY QUICK!! We figured we'd have to drop her and leave her with not having an appointment but she had us out within 10 minutes max and gave us incredible service!!! Will definitely be making this our normal groomer!

**UPDATED: My family took our two sweet Golden Doodles that are very mild mannered to get groomed here for the first time recently and i would NEVER return again. See the pictures of the horrific scabs, these are not “little knicks” by any means. These awful cuts are on BOTH dogs, not just one.. how does that happen??My mom got in contact with the owner who’s only solution was to offer us a “free” grooming (like we would ever bring our dogs here again) - finally she settled on sending my mom $100 of the $170 she paid by check in the mail. That was weeks ago and we have not received the check. She is now insisting she needs a vet’s opinion on it before refunding us. Money aside, our dogs BOTH have permanent scars and awful bald spots that will likely never grow hair again. Horrible customer service and experience. NEVER TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE.

Just got my cat’s nails trimmed today last minute because I couldn’t find a decent grooming place that takes care of cats. I gave them a call and they were very nice over the phone to do a walk-in no problem today. Did a fantastic job, welcoming, and got good vibes from them. I meant to leave a bigger tip but I will next time for sure!!

Good place to get your pets groomed. Brought my cat in for a dry wash and nail cliping. Kitty came out looking good and smelling clean. Friendly service and great prices. Walkins for nail trimming are welcome as long as the cat groomer is on shift. Returning customer.

I took my big guy in yesterday, they were able to squeeze him in to a cancellation spot. He is GSD and Golden Retriever mix and has a lot of fur, especially thick on his back legs. They did a great job on him!! He came back to me super shiny & smooth, smelling wonderful without being overpowering. I plan on making this place my go to. Thank you!!
