Unfortunately, we were hoping to come in and buy a trailer and a zero turn but was faced with rude rude customer service. The 2 girls that were working refused to get us propane and said they don't have to when short staffed, topd us to go to jaxs or ace. The man working was just chillen nothing bad to say about him but those girls literally didn't want to do put an effort to sell anything for tractor supply and lost a ton of money.

The dog wash here is pretty decent. I always have to ask for the tub to be cleaned before putting my dog inside.Plenty of shampoos available.

Great little place in a definite must visit! I was very surprised with that type of stores pricing because generally stores that carry that type of quality are overpriced and these guys are incredibly well priced 😊 Also very friendly staff!

Mel, Sarah, Stu, and the boys in midstore are very helpful. Even helped me with my choice of hats since my fashion sense is so oft limited to being unfashionably early, right on time, or so late I have to pay extra. Much more of what I was looking for at less cost than at JAX's...Friendly & helpful Staff...Great place to get Carhart clothing...Ride safe you all!

I enjoy shopping at this store location. They usually have everything I need and the staff is very friendly. - Alex went above and beyond when assisting me at the store. He gave helpful suggestions and understood all the products I asked about and where they were in the store. Saved me a bunch of time. Thank you Alex!

Not impressed with this store or manager, purchased a ingersol rand 60gal air compressor from them got it home and the pump was bad. Called store and the manager said there was nothing he could do and wouldn't accept the return. If your making a big purchase I recommend going somewhere else cause this place isn't it. Would give zero stars if possible!

Great selection and stock. Customer service really slack, hence 1 star. Ordered online, picked up in the store, young man did not lift a finger to assist a 68 year old woman with loading as if he didn't know how. Item weight was 35 lbs. Took care of it myself. He disappeared. That part of business at this location is poorly executed. Bring a roadie next visit. No joke.

The manager here is terrible for many reasons and I don’t understand how people like her still get to keep their job. If I had been me, I’d be fired without severance pay. Just shows how some people get to keep their job, if you know the right people. She has no product knowledge, Dollar General customer service, and seems like she’s mad the world for existing around her. I’m sure that upper management is aware and maybe doesn’t care…?This is the same woman from 2 years ago that wouldn’t open the store at exactly the correct hours and had me waiting in 20 degree weather. I forgive but never forget!!!Thanks upper management for being aware with what’s going on in your stores!!!

Great service! We called in the morning to see if they had a specific lawn mower belt, they did and she put it on hold for us at the cashier station. Would definitely recommend them.

Bought chicks from here yesterday. The whole selection was very healthy and well cared for. ***Logan*** helped us pick out the breeds we wanted at the age we needed for adding to the flock under a broody hen. He was very very knowledgeable, spent time with us explaining everything in detail and was so helpful and friendly.

Came in to the store on Sunday 10/3 to take advantage of the dog wash. This visit, there was no conditioner, no brushes, no toenail trimmer and the lead on the grooming table was missing. Walked up front to ask cashier Nathaniel if he could provide the missing items so we could finish, but it didn't happen. He was able to charge full price for a less than satisfactory expierence. A shame as at one time this was great dog wash place.

Had a fantastic experience tonight at the Lafayette, Colorado Tractor Supply. Brought my little 9 pound rescue pup for a bath and the facility was clean, nicely stocked, the wash tub and grooming table were immaculate and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They also encouraged my dog to, "like" his bath by giving him treats. I had something break on my gate today and they were also very helpful with recommending a fix. Overall, it was a stress-free, helpful, easy and affordable visit. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing store and staff! I am helping my friend that lost her house in the fire and they were super generous and kind and made sure my friends family would have clothing that they needed. Really appreciate it! 😍 Will be shopping here more often!

2 Stars for my visit today. May not go back here. I know Propane prices have gone up, but they raised their prices a lot!!! Plus charged me over 4 dollars insider's store when the advertised price outside was 3.89. I told the cashier and she basically was like to bad 4.07 is the price. Sorry, thats false advertising!!! You are better of going to Murphys across the parking lot and do an exchange. Much cheaper now. Used to be the other way around :-(

Called this store prior to going there to get chicks. Associate on the phone said they had chicks. While at the store it was tough to locate an Associate to assist with the chicks. Manager came over with another customer who was also getting chicks. Manager was concerned when he asked if I was getting chicks and I said yes. Manager said that the customer with him was getting the remaining chicks. The most frustrating part is that the Manager said this customer was in earlier that morning and had stated he was going to get them all. Very frustrating that their was a lack in communication with other associates and I could have been informed over the phone that they were all sold. Wasted trip. This store has been going down hill with customer service and this was enough for me to decide that I will not be going back to any Tractor Supply company in the future. My company has spent a lot of time at multiple TSC locations and are noticing the same issue with customer service. My company will be moving on to another company moving forward after several issues at all Colorado locations.

My girlfriends dad lost his home and landscaping business in the Superior, CO fire last week. We went in and talked to Harley about some of the supplies that Mike had lost and Harley was so kind and Jessie walked through the store with us and we got so many of the items that we lost due to the fire. We are so grateful for this company and for the individuals that work here. Thank you so much for all that you are doing to help the victims of this fire. We will continually support Tractor Supply for what they have done for us. Thank you!

Never has propane. They give me all kinds of excuses, waiting for a tank part, tank empty, etc. came here 3x in the past 2 mo looking to get the tanks filled and they turn me away. I think it's a gimmick to get you down to the store to shop. Jax has propane and it's around the corner, I stopped going here

First time I’ve shopped at a tractor supply. I never really care for or pay attention when checking out at the counter. Today I had Alvin helping me out during the checkout, and it was by far the best checkout experience I’ve had. He was very kind and friendly. Due to this experience, I’ll most certainly be back.

Dog wash was nice. Don’t expect them to care if you fall coming in the store from ice. I told them they had a big ice patch out front of the door after i almost fell, and all the worker Mike could tell me was that the sun will get it and they don’t have any ice melt. I’m going to Jax on 287 and s boulder for now on, at least they care about their customers there.

Really cool store for a country kid stuck in the city. Very wide selection in a relatively small space makes it fun to shop. Prices are very competitive and quality of merchandise better than places like walfart and target. Staff have always been friendly to boot.

Like the general stores back home, these guys have just about everything, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Great place to take kids as there's always a value priced educational toy to be found in the mix. Excellent tack, animal Care, and basic construction departments. Really enjoy this place

Prices are really good. They have a wide selection of items. Staff is always very friendly. Bought a Carhardt jacket here and it has been one of the best jackets I’ve ever owned.
