I have gone 3 times now, I followed destiny from her old place. Each time I feel as gotten lazier. I drive almost an hour to get to her cause I truly liked her work in the beginning. Every time I have told her what I wanted & I feel she hasn’t quite listened to me & has done her own thing. I have asked every time ro leave her lashes long & every time she has cut them ALL the way down as if she didn’t even try to keep them long at all. It’s as if she’s rushing through the service. This last time I got her back they are completely gone, she didn’t even trim her ears AT ALL, when I called & asked why she said “she was gonna grow them out) but I never asked to to do that. It looks like she rushed though her whole face. Her bangs are completely uneven. When I called to express my frustration she started arguing back immediately & put her manager on who continued to talk over me & yell back. They also started to laugh about the situation. They way they dealt with an upset client was so unprofessional.

We got our new family member here. Hunter… And what a blessing he has been.The people that work here are outstanding. Very friendly and very smart.It takes awhile sometimes for a grooming appointment but it’s a testament to the quality of the quality of their work.

Puppies here are well cared for and come from good places. All puppies go home with owners every night and only have 2-8 puppies at a time. They are all potty trained, socialized, groomed, and start command training. Please visit to understand this is not your everyday pet store. The puppies are very loved here!

I had a wonderful experience at Gone Wild! I don't have a dog breed that really needs professional grooming so I typically bring her to the vet to get her nails done- that takes forever and it's expensive. The walk in nails here is a lifesaver. They got to me right away and the groomer was so good! I've never seen my dog's nails so short and I love that they also cleaned her ears. While we waited, the nicest woman behind the counter allowed us to come play with the puppies which made my day. I wish I remembered both of the employees' names because they were so awesome, but it's been a while since my visit- an indication that I have to go back again soon for my dog's nails! Highly recommend.

Why post hours if they are going to be optional? The previous two times I visited the doors were locked and the lights were off. I thought this place had gone out of business so imagine my delight when I drove up and saw the lights were on. This time the doors were locked 30 minutes early with an employee and what looked like a customer inside. So I got into my car and drove to Happy Beast who was open and got what I needed for the puppy. Since then I’ve found Struttin Pup. They are 5 minutes away from this place and have exceptional customer service and excellent selection of gear, food, and treats for dogs.Look I get it short staffing is a problem but other local pet stores are able to staff appropriately. With so many choices I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

Dropped both our pups off for grooming (both are golden retrievers) they did a great job, and really comparable pricing. Look forward to going back.10/2023--Wanted to provide an update from a year after going to Gone Wild Pet & Supply. We've been taking our two Goldens there for a little over a year and would highly recommend this location. The classy service, quick turn around and high quality work is top notch. This is a wonderful business owned by two caring, loving sisters that put pups as their primary focus. I got a maltipoo ,there a year and a half ago and he is the best guy ever. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to adopt a new puppy. They come from several select breeders that have long standing and reputable relations with the owners. This is NOT a puppy mill. I live in Denver but make the drive to Lafayette to have my dog groomed there periodically.They do an excellent job of grooming and boarding dogs as well. Any proposal on the ballot to shut them down is a witch hunt in my opinion. This is a business that is a labor of love for the owners.

This is a really great little store. I went there to have my dog groomed and they did a fantastic job on him, he looks amazing! I loved the added touch of the bandanna on his neck and he is super soft and silky. He will be going back once a month because they did such an amazing job. I highly recommend them for all things. Very nice people to deal with and it's quite clear that they love what they do.

Second time coming here for our Aussie mix pup to get groomed, and we are so happy! The groomer did an INCREDIBLE job on our dog, she looks so neat and trim compared to her scruffiness before. She is so soft, too! She can be wiggly and doesn't like people holding her paws, but her nails are beautiful and they even got the fur in between her paw pads. They are so affordable for what quality work they do, and the supplies they carry are also of great quality. We always come here for treats and chews. This may have been our second time coming in for grooming, but it definitely won't be the last! Thank you, Gone Wild :)

We can't say enough about how wonderful Gone Wild Pet and Supply is to our dog. Our dog has significant health issues and we were very concerned about taking him for a bath and brushing anywhere, but he really needed it. Gone Wild took the time to talk extensively with us about taking it very slow for his bath so he wouldn't have to stand for too long and making sure he stayed comfortable. They listened to all of our concerns and worries and made us feel safe about leaving him for his bath and brush. He came home looking great and clean and happy! We recommend them to all pet lovers and they have a loyal customer in us!

We take our goldendoodle to them for grooming and they do a fantastic job. Bella gets the same groomer so she feels more at ease. They remember her every time and take care of her specific needs. We also adopted our cavachon from them. We couldn't be happier with the entire adoption experience. I would highly recommend Gone Wild.

We got our golden doodle baby here and were very impressed with the love and care she got here before we picked her up. Play time with other pups in a large play area as opposed to constantly being stuck in cages and they start socializing, potty training, leash training, and more while they are there. You can tell Jolie and Toni really care about the animals and want the best life for them. They are even back at 1 am every morning to check on and care for the puppies. I trust their advice and will definitely keep coming back whenever I need something for my pup. I highly recommend supporting this very friendly family owned small business as opposed to a big franchise.

I rarely leave reviews, but I was blown away by the grooming service here. The two women we worked with were so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. The price point is low for an exceptional service. Our two small dogs were matted, smelly messes. They are older dogs and are difficult to work with. These women did an incredible job and took such good care of our pups. We will not go anywhere else!

Love this pet supply store! Toni and Jolie are so knowledgeable and their genuinely caring nature shows with their quality of each service they provide! My elderly husky was struggling with hip problems and they suggested a change in his food type. They recommended a brand of fresh food they use personally for their dogs. They even recommended I order straight from the company to cut on cost rather than try to upsell me to something they carry knowing that I live nearly two hours away. My old boy loves his new food and is doing remarkably better! I have also purchased several treats as well as shampoo for my boy from them and we have loved every item. Could not thank them enough for most assuredly adding years to my fur babies life. When the time comes I will be calling them for my next fur baby! You cannot beat the price for all the love and training that is poured into the puppies they sell! Thank you girls for being a reliable resource for the animals in the community!

We stopped in one day and fell in love with a Boston terrier puppy they had and we bought her that day. Toni and Jolie are great! I was really impressed by the love and care they have for the puppies they sell. Our pup was already on a schedule in her crate and house trained. It only took a few weeks for her to stop having accidents at home with us and that was also because we had to learn her cues. They take their puppies home and spend so much time with them. We just went away for a few days and brought our Zoey back to board with them. Because she was the only dog they had they offered to take her home at night which was so nice and put us at ease leaving her. They really go above and beyond!

My dogs and I love this place. The staff is super friendly and my dogs actually enjoy seeing everyone here. I love the groomer Haven she treats my babies with so much love and attention. She is super attentive, detailed and creative with their hair cuts. My dogs walk away like they are supermodels and with a little more pep in their step after being groomed. I can keep going on and on but I won't. I will say Haven is the only one who groom my pooches!Fyi- my dogs are Miniature Schnauzer and a Shorkie.

I must say Gone Wild Pet & Supply has definitely turned me into a dog lover!!!! I got my first dog there!!! A female German Shepherd and I love her so much. They start potty training, leash training and crate training. The owner’s are very professional and helped me with any questions I had and that’s was a blessing for a first time dog owner that did not know what to expect or what to do.

What a lovely place this pet kingdom is. I just broke down and got an adorable fur baby there and brought her home with some great beginning items - soft carrier, food, treats, bed, toys, bullie sticks. A unique experience with the knowledgable twin sisters owners, and the clean environment with access to outdoors for the humans and dogs to get acquainted. If you read this quickly there are a few adorable pups for you to take home - chocolate lab, bichon, husky. Open now for one customer at a time during this stressful virus time.
