I am always so amazed at how the staff can treat customers like they totally nonexistent at the La Veta store. Especially Karen. I’m not sure whether she is in charge teaching the staff not to speak to the customers. Every time I walk in she’s standing at the register discussing unrelated work conversations, too busy to say hello, no thank you! I don’t get it! I walk into any other big r store, anywhere else. And you can tell they are taught to say hello when they see a customer. I try not to shop there anymore than I absolutely have to.

The worse service I have ever received at any store EVER in my 72 years of shopping. The manager is a rude mean bully!! My recommendation is DO NOT shop there!!! And I will tell my local friends the same.. There are plenty of other places to spend your money & not get treated in a mean hateful way!!!!

I bought a Noble jacket from my local store. In Oct. Within 2 months the stitcing was starting to fray and the just a day ago the zipper broke. I still have my receipt. So I called the store, it was that " store policy is 30 days & if I would have caught it sooner in that 30 days they would have been able do something". So now I'm stuck with a $75 jacket I can't wear and treated rude by the staff. I wasn't wanting a refund, I was going to exchange for a Carhartt. But, nope that wasn't good enough either. Disappointed because I shop this store weekly

The best customer service I have received in a long time! They went above and beyond to help me get my chainsaw running and were very knowledgeable! Hands down way better in comparison to my experience with the Alamosa location 👍

I love this place it's the best thing to happen to la veta ever! Only place open 7 days a week in town other than the liquor store and the gas station. They have so much for being such a small store plus everyone working there is very helpful and friendly. I go there several times a week. Thankful to have them!

The older lady is Rude as Hell, we are driving to Trinidad or Pueblo to get great friendly customer service. We spent a lot of money there but customer service is very important to me. If I'm a bother I'll take my money elsewhere

Been there twice this week and found what I needed quickly and for reasonable price. They have a whole side section with clothes and gear. Its more than a "hardware" store. Friendly staff
