Stopped in this morning to get coffee for myself and my coworkers. I was the third car in line which usually makes no difference. Today it did! I waited 18 minutes to get to the window and once I was there the barista who greeted me was nothing short of rude! She had a scowl on her face, and he arms crossed when she asked, "what would you like?" I gave her my order for three drinks, she nodded and started to make my drinks. She had to clarify the order 3 times, every time with a scowl on her face. It took her 6 min from taking my order to taking my payment. I paid with the app and chose not to leave a tip, when I was pulling away, I heard her say "no tip, again!" Sorry I don't tip when I feel like the service I received doesn't deserve it. I was even more glad that I didn't tip when I got to my destination and started drinking my coffee, it tastes horribly bitter. My normally rich and delicious Snowy went down the drain. I'm sure I will be back but if it's the same dark-haired girl from today I will not be placing an order.

Unfortunately, I changed my star rating due to my drinks being wrong the last about 10 times I have been to any human bean in Northern colorado. I haven't received a good consistent drink in months. The last couple drinks I received tasted bad enough that I didn't even drink them and went elsewhere to get a new drink. Very disappointing, human bean use to be my go-to drink and coffee place, but not anymore.

This LaSalle Location is so nice every time we drive through! Such a great chiller this last time!The only coffee shop chain I visit anymore. So glad to have them in more places in Colorado. Never a bad drink or bad experience in the last 3 years of visiting any location!

Edit: Human Bean corrected this issue and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service!Usually I am very satisfied with with the service and quality! However, today was a miss…I ordered a 12oz mango smoothie for my daughter and it was literally filled halfway. No, I did not drink any as the rim of cup shows. Some of the best coffee drinks around! We gladly make the 20 minute drive one way to get The Human Bean because it’s so good. The team members that work there are always super nice and it’s always a positive experience going to The Human Bean.Compared to Starbucks, this is hands down superior to it! A definite must-try!

Absulutly love human bean. They are my favorite drive threw coffee place. They strike a good balance between high-end and quick coffee. My only complaint about this particular one is that there drive threw space is very limited and the intersection there at makes it difficult to get in at times

Very disappointed we paid 15.75 for two drinks. You have to pay extra for low carb grantia we should to get one very time coming up to Greeley. We have for many years and never have we had to spend more here . Now we paid more than Starbucks and Dutch Bros. Very disappointed and sad that we won't be able to afford to stop there. I don't mind spending what we do at other coffee places but almost 3.00 dollars more also I'm diabetic so I watch my carbs.

I never have issues with The Human Bean in Laselle! But this morning I went there and the Barista that took my order was loud and rude...It was like my order was an inconvenience, and she didn't even make my drink correctly! Which was supper annoying... I paid for a drink that wasn't even made properly...If my drink was made correctly I properly would have over looked the rudeness because I got what I asked for.. it's my fault someone doesn't like their job...

Edit: the manager or owner reached out and sent me a $25 gift card to try it again. I have found their cold foam cold brew to be the best!! I get it half sweet and it’s amazing every time.Every drink I've ever gotten has been really sweet. I don't like their menu.

Update: the human bean reached out to me directly and went above and beyond to address the issue and make it right! Went today and my drink was perfect! Super happy with their customer service!I visit this location quite often, almost daily and my order never changes there is one barista who doesn’t care about the quality that goes out. I have gotten her on 3 different occasions and each time my coffee tastes literally like nothing. I order a 32 oz Carmel granita it literally tastes like she throws milk, ice and an espresso shot in the blender, it’s not sweet by any means it doesn’t taste anything like Carmel as it should. she doesn’t do the Carmel drizzle nor asks if you would like it she literally just makes the coffee as quickly as possible and sends you on your way. The first time I was like ok this tastes way off, 2nd time I was a little more frustrated because it wasn’t great at all but today was it! Spending almost $11 each time for the barista not to care and make the Carmel granita how it’s supposed to be made is absolutely ridiculous! I order the same thing every single time All the other ladies make it right so I know it’s not me!

I should have left a review sooner! I come once or twice a week on my way in or out of town and have been for years. Every time I come the service is always amazing. The baristas here are genuinely the nicest people, and I’ll go out of my way to come to this one even though I live closer to another location in Greeley. The staff here is just that good! Thanks for being so sweet y’all, you’ve definitely brightened my day on more than one occasion!

I do find it humourous majority of people's complaint is the wait gets bad form time to time.I what get is, awesome customer service, phenomenal espresso and a good price point. Yes it gets busy, because it's a good product with awesome atmosphere serving it. These girls are rock stars and I'll always plan my day knowing I may have to wait 10 mins for a good cup of coffee and a awesome smile! Keep up the great work !!!

It's great here, these ladies are really fast and I appreciate that! I love their yogurt options and I love the little espresso beans they give you! Plus the lids have the sliding thing so you don't spill all over! Im a professional coffee spiller so this is huge for me. I only wish it was easier to get back onto southbound 85 from here, the parking lot is a little tight if you drive an older truck.

My favorite location of all of the locations around the area. The girls are super friendly and I've been going to this location for so long, they already have my drink waiting for me at the window if there is a big enough line. Human Bean's coffee is also way WAY better than Starbuck's. It's drive through only, but that doesn't detract from the quality of every visit.

I drive from East Greeley just to go to this Human Bean two or three times a week. Alexis is my favorite barista! So friendly and gets to know her customers and their “usual” drink! This one is the best one timing wise as well as flavor everything is always top notch here.
