Always thankful for our local Family Dollar Store. It is so convenient to have this little store when you need just a few necessities. I appreciated them even more when they stayed open during COVID lockdowns last year.

Nice store! Clean and organized, unlike others that I've been to. To my surprise this shop was well pleasantly clean and well put together. It's a good shop to go to so you don't have to drive into town.

I actually like this store. I hadn't had a bad experience in it in the past. Staff is friendly and usually says "hi" whenever you walk in. Very convenient living in La Salle. I'm so forgetful when I go major grocery shopping, so I visit it at least once or twice a week. Unfortunately, I will now avoid going to it unless I absolutely have no other choice. I'll just make the drive into Greeley. Today I picked up a bottle of dish soap that was labeled with a sale sign and when it rung up it was full price. I brought it to the staff's attention and was told the sale sign was placed wrong. I said, "oh well that's too bad. You should fix the sign, that's false advertising, and you should probably move the sign below it too if that's not on sale. "And the woman said, "ummm no, it's not my fault that customers move the signs around." I don't work in sales.... but that comment was unnecessary. 🙄

Worst experience at any Family Dollar I've ever been to. I have a long standing relationship with this chain of discount stores. Absolutely horrendous customer service skills. If I could rate less than zero I would.
