OUT of STOCK on multiple items. Problem has been going on for months. Seeing how this is 2023 and Walmart is really proud of their POS system, I would expect -0- stock outs. At least they didn't have bovine manure all over the milk this day. Small wonders.

This Walmart is by far the worst one I've been to in the state. It's super dirty inside and out, the management is of poor quality, the staff seem to have a lot of attitude. The store is understocked or out of most things on a daily bases. When you ask for help the associates roll there eyes and act super inconvenienced by it.

Ordered delivery... delivered to wrong address...refunded order #1 and reordered after being told to by store rep.... reordered that order and then placed another order also. Both were to arrive between 7 and 8 pm. Neither showed we called to find out why and were disconnected, called back and was passed around to several different people before being told neither would come tonight, told to reschedule. We did so with one of them but not given that option for the replacement order for thw very first original order. Called 800 number as during the last call to store was told they couldn't reschedule for us. 800 line couldnt do it either and we were bounced from one person to someone who couldn't do anything either as was not even a coustomer service rep. Called store back and after waiting again told we had to do it they couldn't. Asked to speak to a supervisor and waited and waited and waited . Were never allowed to speak with one just delay tactics. Got those same delay tactics when asking for a supervisor on the 800 line also then told to call back as couldn't transfer to proper department or anywhere from the last rep spoken to on the 800 line. Do better walmart do better!!!!

The parking lot is torn up at this point in time. It’s worse than the other side of the parking lot because it’s on the entrance side making it totally totally horrible for those of us that have disabilities.

Living in the neighborhood, we probably shopped there every day. Usually have what we need, and like some of the staff there. Especially the pharmacy!

The employees at the La Junta, CO Walmart are ok. However, in the 6 and a half years that I have been shopping here, there has never been one single time that I have ever walked into this location, where most of the shelves, in EVERY department, were not empty!!! Do these people even know how to do their jobs, when it comes to ordering enough to keep the store stocked??? I'm to the point where I just don't want to shop here anymore, because it's getting to be a waste of time, knowing that I won't be able to find at least half of what I need!

The door security/greeters are friendly. I enjoy them each time I see them there. I have noticed employees say hi and are nice to help. Wish I had names. Kudos to your store.

They don't care much about for southern Colorado shipping. I ordered two very large pools ordered one early may and one early June not much customer service, neither showed up. Freight items don't show up

Put new tires on my 1 ton recently , good price , excellent service . Put tires on our Buick last year here and when we picked up a nail this spring they repaired the tire under road hazard warranty( highly recommend ) .

I love my walmart. I love the employees. Customer service has always been wonderful. My only fuss. Is I wish they would bring my bread back. Orowheat, Healthnut. I also wish they wouldn't run out of things so fast, like half and half. It's ok. I still love my walmart!!!

The store has just about everything you need. But there's a really creepy floor walker that was following my wife around the store without her knowledge. A concerned couple noticed him following her and were concerned for her safety and alerted her right away. We stick together if we need anything from this store but try to avoid going there if at all possible...

This place is understaffed and the people they have are not much help because are always new and can't answer even the easiest of questions.Whoever does the hiring should be replaced with someone who actually hires better people. The turnover in employees is incredible.. it speaks volumes about how its run and training provided..

As an old lady I do need help from time to time. It’s funny how these entitled team leads are on their phones talking about their personal business in the open (I did not need to know that) when I’m actively trying to get their attention. I get his attention and he can’t be bothered to show me where an item is just said which aisle it can be found in and “you’re welcome” and back to his phone. This is a joke. Put the people who deserve their positions in the correct places. I won’t be coming back and I’m going to tell everyone how rude Walmart management is. I’ve never had an issue whith the regular workers who gladly lead me to where something is and so helpful to get something off the high shelves, as someone with my disabilities. I’m more hurt that the “team leader” was so disrespectful to someone who’s been coming for years. I’ll shop at Safeway thank you very much.

Why is there NEVER more than one person at the customer service desk?!? Literally 10 employees standing around doing nothing while 7 people stand in line waiting to be helped!! This is ridiculous. Turns out common sense is not very common.

My local Walmart. They have a small selection of organic produce. They also have a gluten free section. I shop here for fresh, frozen and canned food, craft supplies, hardware, cat food, cleaning and paper products. I sometimes order online and pickup. App works well except doesn't seem to know what is out of stock. I like the pickup service, they do a good job. I stopped using the pharmacy here. Long wait times at pharmacy and they took out the benches, no place to sit down while I waited for an hour for my prescription.

Everyone I've met has been wonderfully pleasant and helpful! There's always great deals on clearance. Picking up orders is usually quick. I come every month for groceries and will continue to :).

Miss the 24hr open that quit since COVID. Always over crowded, and Walmart never apts employees fairly. However it's convenient, effecient cost wise, and the only option for certain less common items.Lately stock there's been spotty at best. Their employees seem horrified or bored.Update. Stock has returned to normal. Prices have enough consistency without the constant fluctuations some fluke prices though.UPDATE: The staff seems marginally more helpful and friendly. I had to have 2 different staff members assistance tonight and both were helpful and friendly. Also the cashier checking me out worked with me through the issues as I had a virtual gift card and we couldn't get the barcode to be scanned appropriately. Turns out just needed to magnify it a bit, but she was lovely helping me through it. So the hardware or paint section guy who assisted in finding the make up section lady, the make up section lady, and the customer center check out lady all were super helpful , friendly, and didn't seem to be horribly disturbed by being at work which is above and beyond a nice and pleasant change. Very good visit.
