My room mate was bitten by a dog today. He is a Veteran. He was seen for his bite and given an antibiotic. Being a weekend I am not sure exactly how to word this, his co pay which is usually 100% covered, was not waived. I want to tell you about the awesome wonderful pharmacy tech who stepped up and paid the balance. I want to say Thank you. But it does not seem to be enough. She told me to tell my roommate Thank You for his service. She told me her husband was also a Vet. Thank you Kaitlyn. I hope I spelled your name right. You put the PEACE back into our weekend, and took the" panic of the cost of the medication" out the situation. That means alot to a person on a budget. Thank you.

La Junta’s Safeway Pharmacy offers excellent customer service and privacy. The location inside the Safeway grocery store is convenient and they remain open longer and on more days than some other pharmacies in town. The staff is courteous and professional and available to answer questions. The pharmacy provides a feeling of organization and efficiency, providing an air of confidence. Questions of insurance coverage, pre-authorization, and other multi-party coverage matters are handled without difficulty.
