The staff here was busy but even with everything going on they were there for me as a someone who was about to lose his best dog ever. I had my dog put down, R.I.P. Black Diamond and they made the experience as good as could have been in that moment so I am grateful for those wonderful ladies who I had a chance to meet. Thank you and last the price was very reasonable since my budget is tight it was nice to make sure my good friend was able to leave this 🌎 I'm a peaceful manner.

I brought my baby boy in for his yearly exam and vaccinations. The staff was so nice, professional and amazing. They were very understanding of my boy being ultra protective of me and took him in the back to get him squared away! I loved hearing them fuss over him!!!!! They were so honest with everything and the visit was at a reasonable price as well! I have now found his fur ever vet in that valley!!!! Thank you guys so much 🖤🖤🖤

My puppy was hit by a truck and Tragedy struck my family. We took our beloved nippy to this place. After she had been hit. She was still alive and fighting to keep her life. I called them begging for help. Money is not an issue when it comes to my children or my fur baby's. And we would have payed anything. My husband walked thru the door as the lady on the phone told me to let the dog die. Or to take her to colorado springs. She was hit maby 15 min prior as we scooped her up after watching the tragedy unfold befor my eyes. But she needed help and fast as I knew seconds were hours with how hard she was hit. This is the worst vet I have by far ever experienced. They also refused to help me update shots on my puppys and have also refused to see or help me manage any of the other medical needs any of my other dogs may need. Very unprofessional. Very rude. As well as Very unethical. How can you tell someone with a dieing dog in there arms you won't help at allThe very least they could have done was put her down to end her suffering and yes I would have payed for that. Or even an x ray to see what was going on. But they refused any help at all. Don't use this vet. They are aweful and do not care about your pets at all.

We brought our little Lady in for a regular check up and shots! We love the service and all of the personnel ! They all love what they do and truly care for the animals that come in! I will go nowhere else with my dog! My dog truly enjoyed her visit with the staff and Dr. Taullie! We plan on using Ark Valley from here on out! Oh and the bill was very reasonable as well!

I've tried to take my dog here twice in the past year and they could not see her. They aren't taking new dogs and referred me to other veterinary clinics.

The vet at this clinic had a kitten turned in that I am now proud to call Minna. She is adorable. She made sure that I had the funds to get her second course of shots having already given her the first and to have her spade upon my move to New Mexico. In addition to being a kick bootie vet, she is active in the community supporting our students and special projects. The staff is also kind and professional. It was on the more expensive side as far as local vets, but honestly when you have a fur baby that is like a member of the family you want good care and that I believe your pet gets here.

The staff is nice as is the facility, they definitely know what they are doing and make sure your fur babies are taken care of!....but...they are all about money! Took one of my dogs in because she was sick and it cost me $300, took my other 2 dogs for the same problems to a different vet and it only cost me $200 for both of them, which included both getting completely vaccinated, wormed, exam, fecal testing and all the meds I would need for them plus the litter of pups I had at home. So unless you have tons of money to spend on a single visit I would have to suggest you take your fur babies elsewhere..

They advertise that they are an animal hospital and have emergency services. I had a very sick dog And took her there for " an emergency", which they advertise that they do but was turned away because " they were not taking any walk in patients". When I walked in there were no other people waiting or any cars in the parking lot. I guess they were too busy that day to actually do what they advertise. The community has recently lost a vet, you would think this place would step up to help people in need with services they advertise. Plus the receptionist had a snotty attitude pointing out "it is posted on the door we are not taking walk In's". If you have an issue use your time to find a better place and don't waste it with this place.

My sister and I have Yorkers that have been treated by Dr Taullie since 2009. I can’t imagine having them treated anywhere else. If you are looking for someone to truly treat your pet with care and compassion this is the place. She has a great staff. They work hard to give your pets the best possible care. We live in the 21st century and each dog mom deserves the same professionalism and respect as any other--whether we live in an urban or rural community. A vet who practices in a rural area should not assume that their services are the only ones available. Perhaps not all of us have the same ability to travel outside of our community to find resources, but many of us do. It is the 21st century and no one should say I will have a hard time finding another doctor because I live in an area where veterinarian services are limited. This sends a clear message that a lack of respect exists on the part of someone who should hold the highest standards and apply them equally to all patients.

The Ark Valley Animal Hospital offers animal boarding options as well as health care for your furry friends. Boarding is offered at three different rates--half day, full day, and overnight. We have been fortunate enough to require only routine vaccine and boarding for our dogs and have appreciated Ark Valley's offerings for that, but we were especially thankful for these folks when our cat required more extensive care recently. We were grateful for the communication and compassion everyone showed Jake the Cat when he needed them most.
