I stayed at the Super 8 motel in Kremmling in June, 2023 for the Kremmling gravel bike event, for 3 nights. The room was big, big screen TV with all the cable channels, great shower and bed was very comfortable. And the room was quiet. WiFi very good. The motel had a small continental breakfast which was satisfying. Great location and I've already made my reservations to return and stay at the motel in 2024 for the bike event. Oh, and the manager was outstanding and helpful! Highly recommend the motel.

The staff was super nice. However they were making excusing for the owner! They didn’t have enough help which I’m sure is so true. They didn’t have maintenance that was also true. The toilet ran all night my husband said it needed new guts. The light bulbs in our room needed to be changed they were burned out. The furniture was from the 1970’s. The bed you could actually feel all the springs! When we first checked it the room I reserved was gone! The next one was of course and up grade same king size bed but it was a handicap room and why handicap would have to pay more for a room is beyond me! I wonder if that is an ADA violation! The breakfast was a tiny muffin and coffee that was bitter! When you read what they are suppose to serve and what was served was bad. The food was included in the room price. But hey then there was the safety of the bedroom door it was broken! Women be careful this is not a place you want to stay if they can’t fix stuff"

Strongly do not recommend this hotel. Stayed here recently and apparently a functioning toilet is considered an acceptable way to allow a guest room booking and stay in their hotel.Arrived early and asked about check-in and was pointed to a sign indicating check in wasn’t until 3pm. Upon asking if there was a park in town where I might spend time until check-in my question was followed by silence and no response. After standing there waiting for a response for an extended length of time I was given a room indicating something was broken in the room but that someone was coming to fix it. Once in the room I found the toilet seat was taped and the toilet handle did not work nor was there any water to the toilet and all the parts inside the tank were broken – the toilet did not function AT ALL. I was forced to use the public bathroom in the breakfast area which also had a broken toilet seat, an unclean toilet bowl (which had obviously been dirty for some time), and no paper towels. No one ever showed up to fix the toilet nor did any of the staff care. I was never given another room or communicated with that someone was not coming to fix the toilet. The room also did not have any water or coffee cups, and no soap. There was no discount given for a room without a toilet, apparently this hotel thinks a toilet is an amenity that is not necessary for a nights’ stay. I’m surprised that this is even legal in the state of Colorado – booking a room without a toilet.Additionally, the staff seemed inconvenienced to even have a guest check in and was more interested in the rest of the staff than in any guest.

The staff was friendly, the services are very limited so gave it a 4 out of 5, and the overall the conditions of the hotel were fine considering, but the worst was the mattresses in Room 303! I'm talking awful...we checked in just for a good night's rest after camping for awhile, and it was definitely NOT a good night's rest and it was not an inexpensive room...those mattresses, especially the one closest to the window with the large "trench" in it, like no box springs left at all, should be illegal! It was pretty darned disappointing overall. We would have been more comfy in our sleeping bags on the floor.

Decent motel. Cheapest in the area. Odd design with rooms being on half floors like a split level house. our room was in a 4 room "pod" which was very quiet. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.Food & drinks: Several of the "best" restraunts were closed during our vist (Wednesday) so we only had a choice of a Mexican place and Subway.

Pulling up to the hotel it looked a bit run down in the middle of a residential neighborhood. The front desk was nice and helpful. The room we were given was warm and clean, but dimly lit. One of the light bulbs was also out. No amenities to speak of and "breakfast" is a joke with only convenience store muffins and packets of oatmeal with no bowls or hot water. I expected more based on prior experiences with Super 8 and was a bit disappointed.

The staff was incredible!I mistakenly booked the wrong dates for my trip. I showed up and realized I had booked for the next month, the manager, Sally (the most wonderful person) bent over backward to help us and find us a room.Wonderful experience!

Great value for what I paid.My room was very clean. It even smelled clean without fragrance. The 1970's Super 8 decor was so well maintained, it felt like stepping back into the 1970's, except with modern appliances. There was not a single broken, burned, ripped, worn-out, or malfunctioning thing I detected.Selection of packaged breakfast items was above average for a Super 8.Staff was friendly and very helpful.Must love dogs. Both dogs in the reception area were friendly and very chill. If I find myself in Kremmling once more, I will stay here again.

Booked this hotel for a weekend getaway with my husband. It is a small hotel in a small town so we weren’t expecting anything luxurious, but we were still disappointed. Peeling drywall and black mold in the bathroom above the shower insert caused a concern. No vacancies in other rooms at the hotel or anywhere within an hour’s drive so we had to stay, but we will not be returning.

The staff was very friendly, however they deserve patience. Once you call the desk, you may understand why. Amazing people. The rooms were awesome, clean, & very colorful. Greens yellows reds. The tub was awesome in the jetted tub room. Breakfast was grab bags, muffins juice and granola bars. Be careful coming into the parking lot there can be gnarly snow buildup over the potholes? Saw so many people bumble into the lot 😂 we broke down and they were able to help us and let us keep the car parked until we could get a tow. Will come back. LOVED Deans restaurant 3 blocks up. The cafe to the left was AMAZING, 9&86? I cannot remember the name exactly. Best food anywhere at these places

For being a super 8 hotel, this is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve seen. Especially for super 8. I arrived after a 14 hour drive and I got greeted with a happy welcome! The lobby and rooms are clean, the showers actually look cleaned and vacuumed, and no funny smells. This changes my views on super 8 hotels.

We had an awesome experience and it was all due to the front desk attendant ( Jenny Knapp) she was helpful, friendly and hospitable. She was constantly maintaining the breakfast area. My kids loved her. She gave our family trip advise and helped us with other room needs we had. The hotel room was clean, the lobby was also really organized and clean and it smell good. Thank you super 8 and Jenny for making our stay so so nice.

What you fear seeing on your comforter was actually on both sides of our comforter. This place is the arm pit of all hotels and should be condemned. We could literally see filth on the floors, bed and bathroom. I question whether or not the place is ever cleaned. The shower fixtures were barely attached to the shower wall. Basically an awful experience and I’d suggest driving to the next major city to find a clean hotel to stay in. This room was booked for us for work. I suppose this is exactly why I would never book at a Super 8. Pay the money and stay somewhere else.

Check in was easy! Amenities were great. Love the complimentary breakfast bag the most! Very accommodating compared to other hotels during this time. Only gave 4 stars because seems like the floors in our room were previously wet or have been flooded. Nevertheless, will book any Super 8 again!- A MN Couple

Honestly was very surprised by how nice this Super 8 is. The parking lot needs a bit of work but the inside is immaculate, very clean. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are more spacious than expected. Definitely outshines any other Super 8 I've been to. I give this... An 8 out of 8!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The staff was super friendly, the room had everything a traveler might need to avoid having to eat all the meals out: microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Plus, there were free to-go snack packs downstairs in the breakfast room that included sort of a continental breakfast (CO was still under COVID restrictions, so real breakfast couldn't be served. But the snack packs included a muffin or danish, can of juice, a snack bar and a fruit cup. refrigerated bottles of water, were available 24/7. Plus, there was freshly brewed coffee available from 7 am to 4 pm, with a good selection of liquid creamers and sweeteners. The beds were comfortable and in very good shape, no sagging mattresses. Very happy with our choice.

My first time to stay in a Super 8. I am a La Quinta traveler, but not one here in Kremmling. Anyways, totally enjoy this hotel. Casey, the front desk clerk was very professional and friendly as he checked me in and a few others that arrived just ahead of me. I found my room to be clean and comfortable. and yes, hot shower. So, totally satisfied with my room and stay.

***Updated***Deb reached out to me and apologized for the experience. She told me she has since had the room treated and the bed and furniture replaced. She was also kind enough to reimburse me for the stay. I have not yet seen a bite or bug after we left. Thank goodness! My rating is still low due to having had this experience but I’m sure other positive ratings are also a true reflections of the experiences of others.Original Review:BED BUGS! Beware!!A week ago tonight a friend of mine and I stayed in this hotel. We figured it was a reasonably priced room for a night. The next evening my friend got in the shower only to discover his entire right side of his body covered in bed bug bites! Even on his head! He and I spent the next several days fumigating all of our belongings” these images are from today. The bites were much more apparent the day after this happened. They still linger and who knows when they will be gone. Trip advisor sent us a link to review our stay at Super 8. I gave my honest opinion and experience. I was fair. This was the owner’s response. See image 4.Don’t worry Debra, I don’t want a free night at your hotel. I’m just here to warn the other people of what could happen at your establishment. Her response is absurd. I never found a bug and decided to stay there. The damage was done before we had any clue what had happened. No my friend doesn’t have a skin condition. He is in his mid 40s and has never had a skin issue. These are bed bug bites! Gross!! Shame on you for not being a responsible host and addressing my concerns in a professional manner.
