3 staff members have very poor customer service experience. They are not friendly to everyone just who they feel appropriate. I recently tried to return an item and I guess that they think that is horrible. They told me I should take that up with the manufacture while they snickered and laughed. That's horrible customer service. 😕. The other staff membershave always been awesome. I enjoy going in to say hello and get what I need. The store is great and yes it's nice to shop locally. Im always in and out . They can order more items if you need what they don't have in stock.

Great selection of products. Ranch supplies and hardware. Well organized aisles, prices are displayed and reasonable. Staff was courteous and helpful but not abundant. Handicap accessible parking. Restrooms are available but I didn't use one.

Dakota and the rest of the crew are awesome! Easy to work with, knowledgable about their products and services, quick to respond and very competitive on price. It's unusual to have a store in the mountains competing with the big boxes, but NWRS is getting it DONE!

Everyone in the store is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. There are always people in the store willing and able to help. Its the complete opposite of a big box store in all the good ways.

Another successful trip to the hardware store. I didn't get any hard goods just primer and a tube of adhesive. It is always a pleasant experience and the staff is helpful.I also signed up for the $500 give away. Wish me luck.

This place is great to work with. They are friendly, have a good selection, especially for being in a small town, and are quite helpful. They have been able to source just about everything we needed for our work. We will continue to lean on them for our building material needs.

I recently bought a house and have needed to buy everything from tools to lumber from Northwest Ranch to improve it. The owners are fantastic and the people in the yard are equally so. The prices are reasonable and they have in stock pretty much everything I have needed (I was surprised at how much redwood decking they had ). Highly recommend.
