The 2-string grass hay that I get at this store is superior to what I've gotten at other stores in the area. It's not only more hay for the money, it is fresher and looks like it's much more nutritious for my horses than what I've gotten at other places. My guess is that unlike some of the bigger stores, the owner really knows horses and knows what to ask for from her wholesale suppliers.

Cute family owned business. Prices are comparable to Murdoch's and you actually get someone who knows about horses instead of dealing with a corporate store employee. They only carry all around better food for your horses/livestock as well, like MannaPro and Triple Crown. You won't find Purina there.

LuAnn is very knowledgeable about tack, feed, horse health and even training. Canyon Tack & Feed has a nice selection of merchandise. If they don't have it, LuAnn can get it. And my dog loves their chow.

Pellet Stove Owners, CTF often has pellets and corn and often at competitive prices. Great for us who live in the Canyon so we don't have to drive so far to pick them up. I usually call first to see what is available and current price.
