I've been flustered and frustrated about all the issues with my phone. I came in and after speaking to the lovely lady she helped get me into a new phone and everything was so seamless. She did all the hard work. All the calls. Everything. I was allowed to go back home and rest while she did all of it. Truly the best experience I've ever had when it comes to phones. 10/10 recommend

Serendipity boutique and Viera wireless in Julesburg Colorado has got to be the best place that I have ever bought phone. Natalie is very knowledgeable about everything that she sells there and you always get great customer service. She’s very friendly and I would recommend it to everyone that I know, so yeah, boutique Viaero wireless and Julesburg Colorado gets five stars from me.
