Chicken is always raw at the deli.Nothing is ever properly cleaned or sanitized.The workers never wash their hands in their either.Not to mention the dead flies and other pests in the raw chicken they're cooking.

Prices are decent, friendly staff, good selection of groceries, and if they dont have it, ask and they will get it for you! And the hardware store ALWAYS has the part for the job.... even when the "big boy stores" don't!!!!

Store used to be great, but the last couple visits have been very disappointing. Fresh produce has been not as fresh, my last visit I ended up with fruit flys from the strawberries I purchased. There were even moths & moth nests all over the rice.

ALL the baby food here is EXPIRED AND YOU CAN SEE A LARGE AMOUNT OF THEM LOOK SOILED IN THE CLEAR CONTAINERS!! I’m just a palled that they would have so many on the shelf for people to purchase not on sale and some of them are on sale without any other option of food for a baby to be displayed. It’s not expired and soiled. I’m forced to give this place one star there’s a numerous of reasons why this grocery store is very troublesome but this pretty much tops the cake. Don’t waste your time. I will be reporting this immediately.

I really like this store. I'm not a local but have been in a few times. The staff is nice. The produce always looks good and their meat is AMAZING. Prices can be high, but this is the only market in a small town. The specials are usually good deals and can rival Walmart's. Plus, they have a deli with cheeseburgers (SO GOOD!) and fried chicken(never tried), etc.

I am again going to say how nasty Raven is.. surely she could be working in the back. Extremely rude to put it mildly customer service can't be taught to certain people she is apparently one of them. I had a disabled client buying his soda which he looks forward to each week this is the ONLY cashier who is unfriendly to our handicapped Sedgwick county residents

the deli workers are great.they could smile a little bit more LOL but I like the store it's prices are a little bit high and they don't have any extra sweet tea ughhhhhhhh.

The people are very friendly here. It's an odd mix of a hardware store and a grocery, but I'm not from a town this small so it was new to me. The meat department is very small and didn't look good, but it's a factor of supply and demand. The store was clean enough and we were able to find what we needed.

Most employees are courteous and helpful. Took some time to get accustomed to the limited choices but for a small town it is fairly well stocked. Wish they paid a little more attention to out of date items and had someone to assist the elderly with carrying to cars.

The best part of the family Market is the deli. Keith and all the wonderful stuff who works there, are always having specials. Monday through Friday abd something in the weekend too, very reasonable prices and absolutely delicious. I will highly recommend to go there for your special.

Most staff are friendly. Difficult to request they stock a particular item.But they have no carts for disabled people in which to ride.Store does not carry some products.

There was no other food around except a place by the interstate or something 10-16 mi in either direction. I liked the positivity and customer service. Freshly cooked chicken strips at the café inside were yummy!
