The hot dog buns are always stale and falling apart. And the hot dog I got today was ice cold in the middle and the manager was more concerned with stocking the gummy bears then helping with the line of people that were at the other register. Terrible service definitely the last time I go there ever

They used to have the best nachos and ice cream.Now, their cheese is gamey...probably expired.For the 3rd time in 4 months. Can't even get through 2 chips...it's just gross.Also, the ice cream isn't what it used to be. I'm assuming dirty machines or expired ingredients.Just...don't. It's not worth the drive. Go to bayfield, durango, .anywhere else-I used to love going here at least once a month...for ice cream or nachos. Everything tastes so gamey now .. I'd rather get a gross fried burrito from the grocery store.

Staff are always super kind. I live in Durango but sometimes travel here for the hot pickles. Got to love the pickles here.

Went to get gas was charged twice to my card, spoke to a manager Des was very rude about refunding me my funds, she said i should automatically be refunded in 5 days ive never had an issue like this with other gas stations

Not only are some of the current employees blatantly rude, no one cleans properly or restocks so that customers can have items. I could go on for days, but not going to.

The employees are nice and professional but the management is rude! The "new" manager reprimands the employees in front of customers and yells at the employees in front of customers! SHAMEFUL!!!
