There are not many choices in this area. Fun place, older, kitchy decor kind of a Bodega with a taxidermy animal collection. A bit pricey, foil wrapped, convenient breakfast bisquit and small coffee $8.21, but my bud said he thinks it was the best one he's ever had. Donut $2.97... but good and so rich I didn't finish in one setting. Gas pump was slow.

Even though they were not open, I have to give this place a five star review just because of what they did for me. They were so nice they left porta potties out for me so I didn’t have to pee on the side of the road. They also have 24 hour gas pumps so you can still buy gas even though the convenient store is closed. The only issue I had here is the vending machine did not work. Still a five star experience since I was able to get gas for my rental car and still go to the bathroom.

I love this gas station! Has everything including awesome breakfast burritos! Guy working the store was nice enough to throw my Def fluid box away even though I offered to do myself. Super convenient heading to mountains!

What a lame a$$ store and or management. Cool concept but this post is ridiculous. I needed to use this outlet for a couple days while I was broke and stranded a couple miles up the parkway in my vehicle during a blizzard walking 2.5 miles in said blizzard to use this to charge my phone so people knew I was alive. My circumstances were grim and I needed a little help while also working on the parkway! I wasn't a transient. Just in a bind. Cool concept in a store. Lousy humanity in human beings.

Bought a sweatshirt, didn't notice at purchase that there was a huge hole in the pocket. 6 months later I came back to state and swapped it out, no issues. They appreciate their tourists. Thanks!

Reasonable gas. Terrible customer service. And there’s a sign outside saying low prices…? I saw a tiny bag of Cheetos for $4. And then half the store’s products were not labeled with a price. So when you ask, the cashiers 1. Get an attitude and 2. It’s SO expensive.$10 for a tiny, 4 inch stuffed animal?I was expecting a lot more. Deeply disappointed with this place.-5/10Also, the parking lot is a major joke. I’d park on the side of the road rather than their mess of a “gas station”Caroline, I won’t e-mail you, but I will gladly put my response here. There were two Caucasian males, one older and one younger. I got attitude for just asking about prices from the younger one. Then on the way out, the older man starting talking loudly and very unprofessionally to this woman who asked a simple question. Literally as I’m walking out I hear his loud voice, “We don’t do that! That’s what secret shoppers do!!” Literally yelling at her. The professionalism is none existent. There are MULTIPLE other ways he could’ve got his point across.As for the parking lot, I would suggest taking out the statue and random pole. There are things you can do to make more space if you consider the options. It’s not the buildings causing your space issues - it’s how you made your parking lot.Thanks for the response.

Too crowded with tourists for my comfort at the time, but was a welcome & well-placed break after thin-air driving across Denver. They have all the convenience store stuff I needed to drive on into the Rockies, including oxygen-in-a-can for a good price. Kitschy cool.

Best restroom on I-70. Staff clearly takes great pride in maintaining their clean, well designed restrooms. Smelled amazing. Also copped a nerds rope for 99¢. Will be returning.

Super Nice staff and really awesome merchandise. We go camping about 9 miles away from black hawk and this store has everything you could ever need while camping. They even sell Tommy Knockers, i come back every couple of months to get their Colorado honey and their Tommy Knockers . Cool Owner and cool place.

WOW! So stopping for gas is expected, but walking in a getting a hand made breakfast burrito and smoked brisket sandwich was a fantastic surprise. The chef really took his time crafting a meal we were proud to eat. Pro tip, if you order food, you order at at the kitchen, not at the counter like the steady flow of people were attempting to do.

Great place for a quick in and out if you need something quick. Gas is reasonably priced and the selection of snacks and drinks is really good too. The service is on par with what you get at any gas station or convenience store. I'm glad they are nearby when I need them.

These guys are great! I got a full dinner of fanta and two buffalo hot dogs for dinner, plus a bear claw for breakfast for only $7! Can't eat like that anywhere in the mountains like that! Friendly staff, convenient restrooms, shop local folks!

Absolutely THE BEST, heartiest breakfast sandwich and burrito deal between Denver and Breckenridge. Piping hot and ready to go every morning, early til theyre gone! Live this places and the quick, cordial service. The gas station even offers free air for a low tire! ♡

This is a nice gas station and gift shop. You can find all the big foot products here you can want and then a lot of other mountain themed gifts. They even have a photo op cut out outside that you can make your friends stand in.

Stopped here on our way to Mount Evans. Got drinks and snacks and also used the restrooms. Lines for the restrooms were long (to our surprise). That took a while, but they had clothing, souvenirs, and all your typical convenience store things. Would stop here again.

I just ate the Best breakfast burrito I have ever had in Colorado. If you are on your way up to the mountains for any reason, headed to the casino, or anything stop by here and grab one of these breakfast burritos they are absolutely amazingI had the bacon

I was super disappointed to find the quart of off brand oil I needed for my car was $7.85 per quart (they didn't even have the balls to have it labelled, it just rang up that way). That is just disgraceful in my book! Don't waste your money here - go somewhere that doesn't feel the need to rip people off just to make money.

The fried foods they sell are not good in my experience. I gave it two different tries and was disappointed both times. The things just seemed old like they are sitting out for a bit. Other things seem fine.
