First time having the coffee here and it turned out really good! The ladies working here today were really professional, provided excellent customer service and was on top of their game. Also ordered a breakfast sandwich from here as well and to me it was cooked to perfection. Nice sitting area with the view of the mountains. Pretty peaceful and Really good. Good food, good coffee, good morning and a start to a nice day. Will be coming here more often. I definitely recommend it.

TL;DR: if you have a bad order make them fix it immediately because the have absolutely ZERO customer service after.2nd edit: as i looked over, i noticed they also added an extra dollar charge on the order a day later AFTER i emailed.This isnt the one i usually go to, but i stopped here on my way to town for breakfast, staff was nice and friendly but they got not only my coffee wrong but my burrito was half cold (like they microwaved with hotspots). Unfortunately i didn't have time to turn around to get it fixed so i called in, the lady told to email their customer support and that they handle all that, so i went and did that and a guy named Sloan responded and apologized, then asked if i had an account on their app and what my loyalty number was. I sent back that i didnt have the app but i could send a copy of the receipt and the pics from the order. That was all about a month ago, ive sent 2 emails since and still nothing.

I have been coming to this location for almost four years, pretty much daily on my way to work. Today, was a blast. The woman in front of me was holding up the drive through line clearly not paying attention. When she got to the window, she proceeded to tell the employee in the drive through that she was trying to update her app, to which the employee told her to take her time. The woman than told her about me honking at her for holding up the line to which the employee apologized and not only gave her her order for free, but proceeded to give her a card for a free drink next time as well. Shouldn’t the apology be to those behind her for allowing her to hold everyone up? When I was greeted at the window with sarcasm and attitude, that was a super nice touch. I had never seen this employee before, but considering I pass plenty of Starbucks on the way to work, I am happy to ensure they get my business moving forward.

Hate to be so canned but it's way better than Starbucks.And real drive thru makes it a must for mom or dad on the run with car full of kids.Definitely recommend.

Amazing coffee usually. Poor service for one individual has a difficult time taking my orders. Every saturday afternoon she works and she messes up the order, giving us the wrong drinks, sizes, no whipped cream when we asked for it etc. Every time we order from this ziggies on a saturday afternoon and she's working, the order is always messed up. Very irritating.

First time coming to this place and ordered a Colorado mocha and it's really good. This truck driver will stop here again whenever I get the chance to stop at the truck stop that's right next door.

First time there- I loved it!!!! I was in a semi. Having it so close to Love’s Truckstop is awesome. The decor is adorable! Neat outside eating area. Cute metal cacti. I got a hot Vanilla Latte, and it’s excellent! The staff was very friendly. Not pushy or rude. Smiles and welcoming. I highly recommend you give this place a try! —you either drive thru or walk up to a window to order. No inside seating. 🙂

Got a pb mocha blended drink. Large chunks of ice, also tasted watered down. Asked for extra pb, definitely didn't get it, but they happily charged for it.Never had this problem with any of the other locations.

Love this place!! Their coffee, drinks and food are all top notch! The prices are absolutely fair and the staff is always pleasant and welcoming. They have never made a mistake on any order I've ever placed. The drinks are consistent every time. The service is fast, even when there are a line of cars they get us in and out. That's very appreciated. They are obviously all on the same page. I would encourage anyone to try this place. You'll never go to a Starbucks ever again.

My favorite coffee shop! Employees are super friendly and always give my dog a good puppychino. I'm not a big coffee fan so I always get their Redbull infusions. The Limelight is the best!

Great drinks and burritos.The drink I normally get here is a Cherry Blossom Red Bull Infusion. Has the perfect amount of ice. The flavors all compliment each other greatly.The burritos here are also amazing. The tortilla is soft kn some spots and crunchy in others. Which I think makes the burrito better. The egg is amazing and the bacon tastes great.Recommend to basically everyone I know because Starbucks just towers over this place. Even though this place is like 50x better.

Fun stop! I wish I traveled this way more often so I could make it a habit. Great coffee, greeted with a friendly smile. Makes you want to grab a seat outside and enjoy the coffee with a breath of fresh air. If your in the area or just passing through looking for gas, take the time to grab a top shelf cup from this Ziggy's. You're trip, regardless of length, will be the better for it. The staff will brighten your day.
