If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My daughter calls it the piggy place and loves to go.Love this place! Great prices, fresh meat. The staff is always friendly and fast at checking you out. I don't go anywhere else for my meat. The pies are really good also.

Something's are pricey but the quality and flavor definitely make up for cost 😜 love this place and the people up front are always polite and helpful and I don't know anyone behind the scenes but great work processing quality time and time again

Bought an expensive rib eye steak, there was grissel through the whole steak, very disappointed. Bought some sausage was so salty barely able to eat it, threw leftovers out. Also bought an $18.00 frozen pack of beef short ribs, when thawed one rack was in pretty good shape. The one that wasn't visible through the packaging had about a pound of fat that I had to cut off and throw away, pretty sneaky to hide the fat. Will not be returning to waste my money!!!mnot be return

10 stars. Period. Excellent customer service with a smile and the quality of product you can't find elsewhere in the country. My beloved market Ledebuhr's, ran by a cousin of mine recently closed in Wisconsin and Minnesota. To me this place is as close to home as you can get in terms of the friendly atmosphere and the product they stand behind! They have everything from hotdogs to hot sticks and polish sausage. They'll turn our wild game, including geese into something my daughter won't leave a crumb behind of!

A true custom butcher would be Frank’s meats and deli in Longmont Colorado they stay open according to their hours you close 10-20 minutes early not good business practice

BEST JERKY EVER!!! I love this place so much. All of their jerky is amazing! I live in Boston and their online ordering process is super easy and their product arrives in a timely manner. I will never eat any jerky other than Hudson Lockers ever again!!

I took 115 pounds of goose meat to Hudson‘s locker and I had jalapeño and cheddar sticks. We had hotdogs and bratwurst and they came out excellent they have my business from now on. I would recommend them for any kind of wild game.

When you order a whole animal 4 weeks in advance you expect it to be at the butcher shop a month later when they told you it would be.I’ve been sitting here for an hour and a half waiting on a whole hog that was suppose to be here one hour ago.My reputation is on the line due to one farmers lack of ability to tell time or answer the phone and one butcher shop owners explanation “Oops I forgot to call you yesterday”.Unacceptable and unprofessional on both parties.I sure hope this hog arrives soon. 24 hour cook plus a 45 minute drive isn’t looking favorable for me.

Friendly staff, nice shop, great flavored meat. I took 2 of my hogs here and the meat is as good as it gets. Breakfast sausage, brats, hams all top notch. Bacon is sliced perfectly. All of the cuts are trimmed well. They did a great job!

This is a fantastic family owned business. They are always willing to go the extra mile to give you what you like. It may be a little bit more than some places but the value they provide is worth the trip. Highly recommend!!

I ate everything I bought from here in a week. Ham steak, pork chops, burger patties, bacon, 2 packets of popcorn from NE that were by the register, and a special thing called “NY steak ends” which I marinaded and cut up for meat skewers. All high quality trimmed cuts and good fresh product. Good service, clean store, wish they made their customers wear masks though, one man made me very uncomfortable.

Love Hudson Lockers! Just picked up half a pig. They had a batch of smoked ears out & smoked beef bones. The dogs absolutely love them. Fast & friendly service as always. I NEVER buy meat at the grocery store anymore!!!!

There is no better meat locker around! When we lived in CO we would go here at least once a month and even now that we've moved out of state we still order their jerky and have it shipped to us. And any time we're visiting CO we stop here and get about a coolers worth of meat to take back home with us. Their ribs on Friday's are to die for! The prices are reasonable for how good the meat is and the meat is ALWAYS so amazing and great quality. Their other items like cheeses and pickles and sauces are all also fantastic. Plus their employees are always so nice and happy. I don't have a single complaint about this place.

Poor customer service! Wanted 3 bone in ribeye's. Only had 1, in the freezer. You would think for $96 they would take 5 minutes and cut them for me. But was forced to buy frozen boneless cuts. Not to mention I really wanted NONE frozen for that kind of money. Not sure if I will be back.

Have done business with Hudson lockers for years, my grandson loves their beef jerky. He was starting a new year of school and wanted to surprise him with the gift of beef jerky he loves! After a week and no product showing up, no contact from customer service either.I called to talk with someone the person who handles their online orders informed me she has been gone for the week. I asked why wasn’t I informed through the email process so we could make other arrangements and or why did you not pass off the order to someone else?Her response was( did you want me to deliver it to your house in person) this attitude, poor customer service has lost a valued customer! I have spoken to all of my neighbors and team members in regards to the situation asking if they’ve had any similar poor customer service situation like this. More than a hand full of my teammates wives said that they have had similar situations. Shame on you Hudson Lockers for allowing a person like this to work for you & loose valued customers.

They seem to have an excellent selection of different types of meats. if that's what you're after you're probably a great place. What I went there for was to have something butchered. They won't do that unless it has been deboned. Even then they will only turn it into ground or into jerky. I may have the wrong conception of what a butcher does.

This is a great place to pick up local meat. Everything I have purchased over the years has been great. They even have Farmer's Cheese and German Sausage.

Everything I have ever had done or purchased had been amazing. The only bad thing is they didn't up date their web page to show they were closed from Christmas eve to new year's day so we drove down with a deer just to find a sign with that info on it. Media updates would be fantastic.

Came in right as they were closing to purchase jerky and they opened the door right up for me. Didn’t pressure me at all and I was able to stock up on all my jerky for the next few weeks. Their jerky is some of the best I’ve had so I’ll make that extra drive from time to time to stock up with theirs.
