I ordered a couple pigeon traps. The items were shipped immediately but I was not notified of them being shipped. Once I contacted them, they went the extra mile to contact the shipping company and supply me with the shipping information. I also received a follow up call the next day. Everyone I contacted was extremely friendly and helpful. The product arrived in great condition in the time expected. Great customer service!!!

Dogs Unlimited is my all-time favorite company for the ultimate in customer service. As the owner of a very busy restaurant, I know first hand the value of offering both good products and exemplary customer service. Over the past 9 years that I have had hunting dogs, I have always been able to rely on calling up Dogs Unlimited for both advice on training, as well as product selection. The owner, Alan Davison, answers the phone 95+% of the time. He has never forgotten me, nor my three GWPs. He never tries to oversell ~ and, in more than one occasion ~ actually talked me into purchasing a less “robust” solution that would prove to be more helpful for me based upon my needs and expertise. In truth, I have often called.him just to get his take on a training technique and how it would relate to one of his products. Most folks/owners would have cut me off. Not Alan. He is patient, kind and very knowledgeable about dog training. Simply put, I rely on his Company, as well as Alan ... and have never been disappointed. Well done, DU! If they conduct business in any similar manner to the way one of their branded business vehicles (Green Toyota Prius) was driving on the road, expect inconsiderate, selfish and dangerous service.(Note to Reply):This was very much a branded vehicle as I doubt you sell door style magnets to consumers. More so, highly doubt a customer would put your business branding on multiple sides of a vehicle having nothing to do with that business. But, I could be wrong.
