Was here but for breakfast so it was pretty pedestrian in flavor. Glad they had it did not stay the night though the people were very friendly and the place looked clean.If 8 DID need to stay a night in the area that would be it though. We got sick with a stomach virus while we were there, & couldn't leave the room for a couple of days. Called front desk to ask about getting room cleaned (fresh sheets on bed & clean towels), & they sent someone right away. Very much appreciated the service! Will DEFINITELY be staying here again on our next visit to the area in April.

I went to help a friend who was broken down. She ended up getting me a room there. This place was one of the cleanest places I've ever been at and stayed. The beds were so comfortable to. They have breakfast in the morning for the guests. Let me tell you, it was not donuts ,bagels, and coffee. It was scrambled eggs, pancakes, fried potatoes, egg burritos, etc. Much much more. I got to make my own pancakes in this machine and watch them as it made them. I was amazed. One, because I've never seen such a thing before. I should have taken pictures.When I checked out, I forgot my expensive bracelet on the bed. I was a good 20 minutes gone already. But when I felt something was wrong, that being my bracelet, I turned around and went and talked to the front desk. They gave me another key without question, I went to the room. And there it was, laying on the bed. So the staff working on this day were very good. They understood what I needed and helped to make sure I got it back. I was very thankful.Rooms: Very very clean and comfortable.Food & drinks: Already did above. Everything was awesome!

This hotel was wonderful. 1/2 the price of anything we could find in Greeley. The room was clean with all the amenities, good quality shampoo/conditioner/soap. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. Best continental breakfast I've seen. Meat, potatoes, eggs, "breakfast pizzas" delicious green chili, latte machine, quality black coffee, yogurt, toast, muffins, bagels, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, juice, milk, danishes. They also have a 24/7 snack bar type deal. Just great!

April was very good to accommodate us. So we could get ready for a wedding . She was such a big help. Also she was making sure the the breakfast was always filled and fresh. Great job April. BUYER BE WARE!! If I could give this a negative review I would! This hotel and manager are DESPICABLE!! They prey on and literally harass customers. After my elderly parents stayed at this hotel they were sent an email for a review. An honest review was posted stating the NON cleanliness of the bathroom and the issue with really bad food. The manager has now called numerous times and emailed numerous times telling my parents how horrible it is that they left a bad review and that she could loose her job due to it, and that it needed to be taken down! What kind of company does this!! Maybe if the manager did her job instead of harassing customers for their honest bad reviews there wouldn't be bad reviews!! Maybe they should check into housekeeping and food service instead of harassing customers!! AWFUL company that I will no longer ever spend my money with!!

I just have to say the Ladies here are Beautiful souls! From to Concierge ( Melissa ) Up to the General Manager ( Lori ) being a Over the road drivers and needing to wash cloths so that I could shower because the loves doesn’t have washers they allowed me to wash a load of cloths and we’re diligence in helping me getting sorted out! I would def stay here if I had to over the other hotels closer to the city because I felt like I was at home with family! So next time your looking for a place Choose Best Western place that treats you like family located in Hudson CO beside The Loves Travel Stops.

The hotel had everything a family would need. We were staying here for 4 consecutive days while on vacation. They have laundry facilities, free wifi, easy parking, coffee, a huge breakfast, swimming pools, a snack and convenience bar as well as a free water bottle filling station. They have thought of everything a traveller could need including the mini fridge, microwave and keurig machine in the room.Conveniently location a block from a coffee shop as well as a gas station. The hotel is clean and has nice updates. Great value for the money.

I love this hotel!!!! The staff are so friendly and helpful. My best friend and I stayed here for one day and night for my daughter's wedding and when we got there there was an issue with payment via another site but they let us get in our room early and stay getting ready while they figured out the situation. The room was big and so nice, VERY CLEAN! THE BEDS WERE AMAZING, THE SHOWER SPECTACULAR! They have a nice pill and with out area, very nice burners section and a fantastic breakfast. I will definitely be staying there again!

We were on a 15 day road trip and stayed in many Best Westerns and they were all great. Not this on in Hudson, CO. First major issue is pets. Their website says they do not allow pets. Go to their site under amenities. Yet we saw a dog and heard others. The one we saw was not a licensed therapy dog as it was charging at people and wanting people to pet it. Licensed therapy dogs do not do this. Nor do they bark and yip like the other dogs we heard.Next our room. The floors were not vacuumed. Crumbs and trash were visible. There is also a visible stains on the floor (see photos). We also wipe the areas down with Lysol wipes and on most hotels you might get a little dust. The wipes in this room of the table were coming back very dirty. Many of the cabinets had visible stains on and the drawers had stains inside them (again see photos).The bathroom was ok, except the shower. It looked like there was black mold in two of the corners and the floor was very dirty (again see photo). We even had washcloths that should have been thrown out. See the photo of a nice white one next to the brown ones we had in our room.When we saw the cleaning people’s cart and vacuum, we understood why. The vacuum looks ancient and way underpowered to clean all the rooms it needs to do (see photos). The cart looked in disarray as well.Most Best Westerns have a wonderful breakfast area. Not here. They seemed low on everything (they did not even have milk for cereal) and tables were not being wiped down so you could not sit at one when someone was done. Food seemed to be everywhere and no one was wiping or keeping things clean.Then as we are packing the car, we still had our do not disturb sign up, yet the cleaning person still knocked on our door and asked to come in to clean. This was still over an hour before checkout time.And last, having to walk in and out of the entrance was almost vomit inducing. There was some horrible smell coming from something but we could never see anything.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pulled in at 130a with no reservation after driving all day and was greeted by Michael at the front desk with a smile and a big welcome as if he was expecting me! He was the highlight of my exhausting day! 10/10 for hospitality.The room was perfect for my family and clean! The morning staff was very polite and breakfast was delicious.We've stayed many places between Des Moines and Durango, but we'll definitely be repeat guests thanks to Michael!Highly recommend!

Front desk clerk was frustrated and overwhelmed when I checked in. After a 20 minute wait I was checked in for 2 nights or so I though. Since I was exhausted I placed the privacy tag on the outside of my door and didn’t set a wake up alarm. You can imagine my surprise to be woken by the cleaning lady that following morning since I had taken precautions to avoid this scenario. Then I received a call from the very same clerk that had checked me in the night before asking me if I was going to check out or stay another night. I realize people make mistakes and accidents happen but it was very clear to me that the nice lady running the front desk was not familiar with their computer system and either needs more training or a change in position. Aside from that my stay was satisfactory.

Ah yes hard to forget this one. I no sooner got checked in and parked the sprinter. Some a--hole laid rubber out in the back parking lot with smoke everywhere. Which in turned set off the fire alarm in the hotel. Fire Dept came checked the building to make sure everything was kosher. I hope the hotel viewed their tapes and got a license plate on that car. And are prosecuting for damage to property and paying for the fire dept coming out. After a long day of driving this was last thing wanted to be dealing with. Other than that hotel staff great as well as hotel itself.

Blew a tire traveling on the interstate and just so happened to be lucky enough to be next to the best western. The lady at the front desk gave a HUGE discount and gave us two rooms for our 9 person family. Kindest desk person ever. True compassion. Can’t speak highly enough of this place. Amazing rooms. Great pool. Just a blessing in disguise.

If you want a good nights sleep then this is NOT the hotel for you. The walls must be so thin because you can hear EVERYTHING. The doors are super heavy and slam hard so all night and all morning you get absolutely no peace or quiet. I was on the top floor so I can't imagine being on the bottom or middle floor.The staff was friendly while checking in, room was nice but not the cleanest, breakfast was okay. Won't be staying here again, definitely don't recommend this place.

Great for the rate! Nice amenities, new building, very clean. Had to wait several minutes at the front desk to check in upon arrival but it was fairly late so only 1 staff member. Breakfast was just ok. Able to arrange late check out though, all in all they were very accommodating. Will definitely stay again as opposed to going all the way in to Denver.
