My daughter wanted an apple, I let her choose an apple, my mistake for not checking it. when I was at check out I noticed the apple wasn't good. I told cashier specifically if they could get another apple as that one wasn't good she said yes. Then she kept talking with the guy who was bagging my food. She finished I paid she started helping the next customer. I asked the person bagging if he was going to get the apple or was I supposed to get it. Usually if there is something wrong with the groceries they go get it. He went and got it. When he came back the cashier said she didn't charge it as she thought I didn't want it. I lost my patience by then and just grabbed my groceries and left. The cashier needs to work on communicating with the customer, bagger needs to listen to whats going on and both need to practice on better customer service. It great to talk to your co workers it not great to ignore your customer.

Meat appears to be intentionally packaged in a manner in which it hides/conceals the fat content of the meat. Bought an expensive roast, half of which was fat which had been folded inward so the roast appeared to be low fat content. Very high prices throughout the store as well. First time I've cried over prices/product. You will not get one ounce of future business from me! After my review I was contacted by the manager who demonstrated superior customer care in his follow up reply as well as sending out a gift card to cover my expense of the previous purchase. In this time of high inflation this was greatly appreciated. Google did not allow me to post a separate review, however, due to the integrity demonstrated by the management in honoring quality service and products I now have changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review! In a time when great customer service is lacking, those who operate with integrity are greatly admired ! Thank you for your high quality of customer care!

Considering that this is a small grocery store in a small town the selection and prices are very, very, very good. The store itself is extremely clean and well organized. Everytime I have gone I've had wonderful interactions with all of the employees. Definitely recommend.

This is a great small town grocery store. The addition of the lunch and fried chicken counter has been great. The chicken is absolutely great! They are responsive to requests, carry a number of gluten free and diabetic foods, keep a clean store and call for additional checkers whenever someone is waiting in line.

Not trying to be a downer. Very thankful we have a store at all here. After that being said, many improvements can be made. 1st is the hours. The store closes at 7. But people coming in at 6 do not need to be notified you close in an hour. Sorry if I take you 5 minutes longer to close but I just purchased carts of overpriced groceries.
