I think this place is a mess the isles are all over the place signage is wrong. Things are scattered all over with no set sections. The plants are all dying for lack of water and there are a lot of staff around but nobody to help. Check outs are mostly closed and the system is confusing. Not a good Walmart.

My husband and I went in to this store to grab a few items we needed. We are in town from New Mexico and we have a tire that has to be replaced before we can try to get home. It seems almost impossible to find the size tire we need and just one tire on top of that is crazy. But surprisingly he was able to find one of the exact tires we need in the auto department on a return shelf. The girl at the register wasn't sure how to handle it and the first manger to come over was completely rude before even speaking to us and just more rude and loud. Another manger or coach (Nicole) came over and knew exactly what to do and was so extremely nice and help. She went above and beyond to help us get what was needed to get home. Thank you so much for all your help Nicole!!!

Be aware this store carry expired food items in shelves. Especially for kids items . Please check before buying. Noticed accidentally. I bought this on yesterday night May 3rd 2024 evening.

Bought strawberries today. They looked good at first. After getting home and soaking them in water which I do to clean my fruits. The amount I had to throw away because they are uneatable. Threw away about 3/4 of the box. It’s ridiculous. The other strawberries I had to cut chunks off.

Great place to shop! We love Maple Leaf Duck, and they always have the big ones ( 6.5 lbs). French bread freshly baked everyday…. And many things with good price.

Way too busy for the amount of check out lines available. Would have waited over an hour just to go through the line.Luckily I bought a new TV so I was able to get everything else I had in my cart besides produce in the electronics department.Unlucky because my boyfriend had to carry our new "65 TV from the back of the store by himself.

The tire center guys are some of the best iv ever seen in a Walmart. They sold me a tire and when they went to install it the guy told me that he couldn’t do it with the equipment they have without possibility scratching my new rims up. And that’s rare when it comes to tire guys. I used to be one back in the day. So ya I was very thankful for his honesty cause most would have just tried there best and still messed it up or a lot wouldn’t even care at all to even try not to damage the rim. So ya if you want your car and rims in good hands I would recommend this Walmart. Also the tire manager guy was on point and very helpful too

I usually try to shy away from wal mart, but today I was charging my EV rental and needed a few things. Ossie from electronics exhibited superior customer service. He genuinely cared about what I needed! Yall need more like him!

Today is our last day of vacation in Colorado and we had to stop at this Walmart twice. The first was just leisurely and the 2nd time was a last minute emergency as a piece of our luggage totally split to the point it was unusable. We had to run back here and buy a new piece of luggage! It was a bit more than I wanted to spend but it was in stock and big enough for us. We were in and out both trips.

I went to the Highlands Ranch store. There was an entire display that showed these fans were on clearance. The boxes were also marked with the price. It rang up wrong. The cashier had me walk to the back of the store and take a photo of the display. I did so. When I came back to the front, she told me that was unacceptable. She then told me. I had to walk back there and get another fan. I asked her to please call a manager so that he could see the picture. She called the manager up to the front. He immediately began arguing with me about it. I very lightly touched him on the sleeve of his shirt and said " if you come with me, I can show you where they are" He immediately began to scream at me. Screaming at the top of his lungs "Don't touch me. Stop touching me" I said "I barely touched the sleeve of tour shirt" He continued screaming. "Stop touching me, stop touching me". I wasn't even touching him. Then he started screaming that he is calling the police and i'm going to get arrested for touching him. He tried to tell me that I could not leave the store because I was going to get arrested. I have a witness that can tell you that I barely touched the sleeve of his shirt. He would not stop. He just kept continuing to make a scene. I just got my things and left the store. This man is a front end manager but should not be one. I have never experienced such embarrassment or insanity in my life. Payman is supposed to be a frint end manager at least that's what he said he was and he treats customers this way? If I had assaulted him, I could totally understand why he would act way but I barely touched the sleeve of his shirt. There was absolutely no reason to act that way. Or to continue to act that way. Walmart should be embarrassed. Nor should they let their end into managers act this way. I have called repeatedly to try to get this matter dealt with. First, they routed it to a store that was not even in my state. And now and nobody will bother to call me back. I have asked repeatedly for the area director's phone number and have been denied. People need to be very aware before they go in the store of what can happen if they even blink wrong at this man.

They have a ton of sale stuff by the door, but the workers are too lazy here to mark even a fraction of the stuff. When I asked an employee by the door she said just to take it to the register and wait in their horrible lines for a price check. I asked her to let the manager know that people are up set with it and she said that management knew and that they didn't care if they had upset customers or not. Also no price checker machines under the huge signs that say check price here. Also their dressing rooms were open which proves the other Walmart a lier when they said all Walmarts had closed their dressing rooms. The rest of the store was a mess as well. Plus their parking lot is so full of carts that cars have to make huge circles around them. Horrible service all around at this store. It seems like the Walmarts in Colorado are talking a walk in the sewer right now and the regional managers need to step in and clear out the management at these stores.

if you like these photos and reviews please leave me a like. We needed to find a laser pointer for a gift, come to find out those are not stocked within the store, they have to be ordered online. They did have a very small one that a young man who works for the store did help me locate the item, but they were sold out! Thanks for the help. Unfortunately Walmart no longer stock laser pointers, they are dangerous things and you have to order them online Thanks anyway.

This walmart and every other walmart that removed or reformed their self checkout service should be boycotted. I have had to put things back on shelves nearly every time I've come here since they remodeled their checkout system. I promise, you do not want to shop here anymore.

All WMs are cashier now...which would be fine, except they only have 3 cashiers and NO EXPRESS LANES for those who only have a few items. Not shopping at walmart ever again until they hire more cashiers (who can actually do their job)

Tried to do 2 pick up orders at this location and both went terribly. The first this summer, I waited 20+ minutes after checking in on the app then I called and they came out, but then told me they lost my order and had to look for it…Eventually I got that order. When I went to pick up an order today, I waited 20+ minutes again after checking in on the app and then saw multiple cars that came after me and get their orders. So I called 2x the number on the sign and no one picked up. I ended up canceling my order and leaving.

This store is close to our community.. we use to visit most of times in a month... Prices are good 👍 every time we will have good deals... Kitchen essentials home office toy's dresses furniture photo center.. lots of very good collection very well maintained..and lastly staff are friendly always... Love this store 😍.......

There is a reason I shop at Walmart only when necessary and today's visit confirmed that. Most of my interactions with their staff feel like they're doing me a favor to take my money. Very few staff will lift a finger to help you and 2 associates I dealt with today didn't speak English. I left my cart to go get a table and when I returned, my cart with 2 chairs in it was gone. They won't help you in bagging the items you buy and seem to be pushing you out the door. Please don't continue to let corporate America push you around, and accept pure mediocrity.

My patient and I were there,she in a scooter. We found the aisles clear and easy to get through with the scooter. Also we were able to get in the bathroom with little problems with the scooter. Thank you.

I have called 7 times now to speak with customer service because I'm pretty sure I left my wallet there. No one answered. Absolutely ridiculous. You don't even close until 11. It's not like no one is there.

The Walmart policies are getting really bad. Their Website says if you loose a Walmart gift card to contact customer service and they will cancel and reissue the gift card if you have the original receipt. When this happened they said they would no longer cancel and reissue Walmart gift cards, I was just out the money. Also, when trying to return several items after Christmas they said I had to go to the specific Walmart where the purchases were made to do the returns.

Don't go to the automotive to change your oil! I had mine done and 2000 miles later it's leaking from the filter. Made a mess underneath who knows what they did most likely the wrong filter idk. Oh and it's on tight.

Every time we go to the auto center they try to ovoid us and say they can’t do any of the things listed online. The girl who attended us was nice but this was the second time it felt like we were deceived by the website.

Frankie in the automotive center helped me with a difficult return and helped me to purchase the correct items. He was very patient during the process and assured me that it was not a problem.He is a great asset to the company!!

Carts were stacked up so far that it was literally blocking traffic. Multiple employees walked past without addressing it. Either management is clueless, they don't care, or are ineffective.
