I have been going here for over 7yrs now. I am going to try another Pharmacy because I am completely exhausted by dealing with them and their attitudes. They never have anything filled on time, you have to reach out to them multiple times to get them to do their job, I have received bad insulin from them, as it must be refrigerated, simply indicative of sloppy people with bad attitudes. Save your time and emotional capacity....

Wow. I've never been treated so poorly at the drive-up pick-up window for the pharmacy. I'll never go back. Don't ever consider this pharmacy if you want to deal with people who want to process your insurance or put a credit card on file for your account.

This store can’t use the excuse of short staff for months. The new tactic is you go to pick up your prescription and they say it’s ready but needs to be verified by the pharmacist. They ask you to come back later. Every car in line today left without their medicine. This pharmacy needs shut down if they can’t operate as a pharmacy. Get better staff, pay more, or close the store. It’s a huge waste of people’s time.

I come to this Walgreens almost daily as I work right next to it. Typically everyone is very nice and I have never had any issues. Today however, it appears there is a new girl who is working there (she said she was the manager) and I am actually shook that she is employed at all. She complained about what I was buying, complained when I asked her to purchase something behind the counter, I had to ask her 4 times for what I wanted and by the 4th time, instead of apologizing, she was giving me HORRIBLE attitude claiming she was too tired to retrieve the merchandise I was requesting from the bottom shelf behind the counter. She proceeded to make me dump the entire tray of what I got into a bag because she claimed she “just didn’t want to” give me the holder the items came in, which she would have turned around and threw away as they are useless to them, they come with the item. I shop at this Walgreens on a weekly basis, and I truly and sincerely hope they do something about this new employee as she is giving the company a very bad reputation for allowing someone who acts like this to work there, especially as management. It is beyond unprofessional and it makes the customers beyond uncomfortable when someone who works at a store is complaining the entire time making the customer feel like a huge inconvenience for shopping there.

None of the Walgreens pharmacy seem to have any empathy anymore. All they tell you is that they're understaffed and overworked. Trying to get a simple prescription for an antibiotic within the same day is unheard of. If a script needs attention they tell you to call them yet no one answers the phone. It's getting ridiculous

I have been working at this pharmacy for many years. I absolutely love my patients that I have been helping through the years. I will remember their names, family members and if they are sick I am genuinely concerned.What is really the hard part of this job is when you don’t see common courtesy or decency anymore. I have people tell me that they are more important than their neighbors. We are so overwhelmed at this location. We are trying our best. Please be patient. We understand your frustration. We are feeling the same way. We can’t supply the same services that we used to. There are too many customers that I want to thank from the bottom of my heart. Kathryn, Anna, James, Thomas family, Stewart’s, Einar , Meryl, Hansens, Katie, Gary, Forlanza, and so on. You are the reason why I come back. Love you guys!!

Seriously short handed and short staffed. Had to wait 5 days to get my prescription! I finally got a text that my prescription was ready. I had to meet with a new doctor and get a new prescription from CVS. Horrible service. They should be sued for letting people suffer and not getting their medication. Avoid at all cost

Was having an awful time getting the medication I needed from two other pharmacies in the area. The last thing you need when you’re not feeling well is to be treated like you’re a hassle for just trying to locate the medication you need to feel better. I was able to locate it at this Walgreens. They were super understanding and helpful, they even contacted the original pharmacy that didn’t transfer the prescription over correctly. It changed my mood for the evening and made it so I could get back home and start recovering, I really appreciate the service here.

The pharmacy is staffed by the laziest, most obnoxious, liars in existence. They might be sub-humans, measured by the way they mistreat sick people. Absolutely horrible experiences there over the last 30 days. Stood and watched my doctor call them, heard the entire conversation, and then they had the audacity to lie to my face that they never got the call. Find someone under a bridge to fill your prescriptions - you'll get better service by better people. Specifically, beware of Chris and Ryan. They are not qualified to work at McDonalds.

I would give this pharmacy zero stars if I could. One of the pharmacy techs is consistently rude (terribly, terribly rude). They close every day at 1:30 for lunch and today I rushed over and was in the pickup line before 1:30. There was someone ahead of me and instead of finishing up the line they shut down and I was there with my sick kid unable to pick up his antibiotics.

I am speaking to corporate over this issue, but take warning and read the comments about this lazy, rude, mortifying so called staff and go across the street to King Soopers!! "Chris" (because I had to call 3 times to get his name and I'm not sure if they actually gave me his real name) is the most unprofessional, subhuman I have ever come across for being in the "medical" field. I could only hope that he is only of his kind to exist. Maybe you need to change your profession to one that better suits you, alone, in the woods.

50 minutes on hold waiting to speak with the pharmacy. 2 calls ahead of me. I suspect they hung up because I was 'next' for 30 minutes. They ignore the phone so don't waste your time like they wasted mine. I know they are short staffed but don't offer a line of communication that will never be successful.

Had to get a PCR test for work and I thought “oh no, this will be a nightmare”. Tried to schedule on line but wasn't able. Went in to the store to get some help scheduling and the guy was so helpful! He scheduled me right then and there! Thank you so much! Wish I got his name.

Illegal and unethical behavior. I experienced a discriminating situation at a Walgreens pharmacy. I provided the employee with my Passport Id. I was told that the government, FDA came back with a decision and denied me the ability to purchase an over the counter medication. The technician refused to provide me with any contact number or facts supporting her claim. This is Illegal. I am a previous employee, pharmacy technician, at Walgreens and I know the policies and procedures for selling this medication. I know I have not purchased this product for about two months. I am in utter disbelief, shocked for the way I was treated by this pharmacy technician, Cindy. The pharmacist Lisa, lied as well.. stating we do what the FDA tells us!! I cannot believe the integrity of these two employee. I believe that this situation is both unlawful, discriminating and that someone needs to do something about the employee’s behavior. I went to King Soopers Pharmacy up the street and I did not have any issues purchasing the over the counter medication at the pharmacy. So the issue is no longer, did I reach my limit on purchasing the product, rather the unethical and unlawful behavior of the store employee at Walgreens. I have raised this issue with Walgreens corporate, as well as the FDA.

Nothing like spiteful pharmacy employees that excerpt their power over customers. I highly suggest that Wallgreens send in secret shoppers to thoroughly evaluate the pharmacy. I highly recommend anyone thinking of coming here to go somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

We have been coming here for 11 years and the Pharmacy has totally gone down hill.Terrible customer service, awful they are short staffed and close the drive thru so there are always 5-10 people waiting in line to be helped. They do NOT answer their phone so you are forced to stand in that line if you want to talk to anyone at the pharmacy.

This pharmacy is rarely open past office hours. Any time I can go they are closed. Get your meds somewhere else because when you absolutely need them any Walgreens in the Highlands Ranch area can’t provide

I thought the Castle Pines Walgreens was horrible, but this one is no better. Waiting three days to get a prescription filled THAT THEY HAVE in stock and still haven't gotten around to filling it. Walgreens everywhere here is a joke apparently.

This store is very quick and convenient.I just went in to use the restroom at the Walgreens. I took some pictures I don't have any issues with the people who work here and generally speaking they're quick getting in quick getting out of there and they are nice people but the bathroom is atrocious. They're out of soap they're out of paper towels they have a completely dirty sink the bathroom has no lighting it's just nasty.

Never had a problem here. For being a corner store, it is actually somewhat difficult to ingress and egress if you are just wanting to stop and get a drink or snack.
