I had placed an order last week through their website and when I went to pick up, they were closed. There was no sign outside regarding the closure. When I called the customer care, they said its strange that the store is closed. So I cancelled the order and went to another walgreens, and the staff there told me that this branch has been closed from past 3 weeks. I think it would be better to update the status in google and their website.

It's like they don't even have a phone. Without fail, every time I call, no matter time of day or day of the week (and I triple checked the hours and meal break), I am on hold for literally as long as I care to wait. No one ever picks up. I have never spoken to a single employee, just the useless bot who promises to "connect me to someone who can help" but no employee ever picks up the phone. Absolute lunacy.

The pharmacy techs here are completely unprofessional. They are not thorough and have messed up a prescription of mine that is not supposed to be missed week after week. I cannot get an answer from them. No one knows what they are doing I suggest transferring all your meds and going elsewhere. I cannot get anyone to help me when asked. They are not patient and they hired a new tech who has no clue what a prescription is. Beware.

Terrible. They give you the run around every single time when it comes to picking up ADHD meds. Pharmacy techs will say meds are on back order but it’s always a lie. My pharmacist in Orlando told me straight up Techs lie to you to save meds for their preferred clients.

The worst Walgreens I have ever been to. I get there after the automated system said that my medication will be ready. I sit in the drive-through for 20 minutes. I finally get to the counter and she says that they are not able to fill my prescription today. I told her that the last pill was taken today and I needed my prescription today. She tells me OK and has my prescription ready in five minutes. Why couldn’t she just fill my prescription and not tell me that they were not able to do it? Laziness.

Their general stock is pretty pathetic. Half-bare shelves are common. They were sold put of infant’s Motrin but King Sooper’s was fully stocked. Won’t be coming back here.

It is well worth the crazy construction around this Walgreens to come here. Kolby is always a great problem solver who you can tell truly cares about his customers or patients or whatever we are considered. Thanks Kolby!!

Online it states they’re open until 11:00pm, however, I showed up to pick up a picture order at 8:45pm and they were closed.Please update your store hours, or at least put a sign up outside, if you’re not open when you advertise you are.

The Walgreens I normally go to did not have enough to fill my prescription, so they gave me this location and said they could do it for me. I called and spoke with Seyna (lead) about what I needed to do and she was difficult and unworkable.Last time I go there for my prescription needs. Customer Service is still important.

ZERO STARS. Terrible at everything from filling scripts, answering calls (2hrs on hold), insurance, etc. They tried to sell me expired meds and insurance wouldn’t cover it (dah…what??). Latest excuse today was “no pharmacist showed up to work today”. What human manages this place??

Previously they were so short staffed that they needed to occasionally close early or have multiple lunch break hours. Upon hiring whatever new people they have hired, the service is somehow worse. I needed pain medication after a major surgery, and they did not fill it- I had my caretaker drive there three times, each with a different random excuse. Everyday they are “playing catch up” from the day before (that is a direct quote from the only female tech, I have been told this line multiple times over the course of several weeks of horrible service). Absolutely unacceptable. I’m ecstatically changing pharmacies.

Multiple employees were sick and when I complained said they had to come to work because management won’t let them take days off during the holidays. Ridiculous!! Endangering customers for the sake of holiday hours!

I waited for 45 minutes…45 minutes!!!! for an eye drop prescription for my miserable kid that we were called and told was ready. There was one other guy in line inside and he didn’t get done much faster than me. That is absolutely garbage service. I don’t blame the one dude in there trying to do all the things. I blame Walgreens corporate who never has more than one person in that room. Pay what these people are worth and pay for more of them.I know my little ole bit of business isn’t going to make or break you but I really wish I could break you right now.DO BETTER!

Worst pharmacy ever. First they're super slow about doing anything whatsoever. The guy at the register was absolutely incompetent finding my medication then proceeded to tell me they didn't accept my insurance which was statewide so unsure why. He was also very condescending in tone. Highly unprofessional demeanor. This pharmacy needs a complete management overhaul. This was my first attempt at using this location and my last.

Waited on hold for about an hour on 2/24/2022 from 8pm to close(9pm) saying there was 3 callers ahead of me, so I could confirm that a prescription would be filled the next day hopefully because my pregnant wife needed her medication and we hadn't heard anything about it being ready today. I understand you guys may be short staff but its unprofessional to have someone wait that long on hold and not take the call before the pharmacy was closed and now I have to try again the next day and hope I don't get left on hold for another hour, just to get a simple response to a question. This pharmacy happens to be the pharmacy my wife tends too get her prescriptions from but they tend to always have issues, Id recommend you have your doctor send your prescriptions anywhere but this location because the lack on professionalism is missing here. From my experience working in customer service for years , this is just sad , especially when it has to do with medications people need. If you need to help every car in line till 9 then do that and quickly answer the people on hold after that even if it keeps you and extra 10-15 minutes after you close, the company will stay pay u for that and you'll have a lot more happy customers getting off the phone at least knowing their ETA rather than no response at all and second guessing when they will at least be filled.

Do NOT go to this pharmacy I went two hours after my urgent care visit in hopes that my prescription would be ready I waited another 2 hours for it to be ready. It was ready at 1125 per the print on the prescription form and no one called my name I was standing right in front of the pharmacy and had to get back in line and wait finally got my meds at 1225. I could not talk had laryngitis and bronchitis and waited there because I didn’t have another way to pick them up. No apologies NOT one I stood there waiting and out of the blue no word or anything she said here it’s this amount I didn’t know she was talking to me and she was rude and said hello do you want this or not. REALLY!!! I will never go to this Walgreens or any other Walgreens because of this visit.

This is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with. I asked for a refill of my eye drop prescription. In checking the status, it was always "in process". After more than two weeks of waiting, I checked the status again and found the prescription had been cancelled. I called the pharmacy but the automated answering system didn't work. I then waited an eternity for a live person to answer and finally gave up. I called my doctor and asked that the prescription be filled at another pharmacy (King Soopers). It was ready the next day. Needless to say, we won't be going back to Walgreens. Stay away from this place.

This review is for the pharmacy. I never have problems with the store. The pharmacy is a nightmare. Constant 20+ minute waits in line, can never reach them by phone, always out of stock with my medication. Do they realize they are holding people's lives and well being in their hands? We can die or be in serious pain if we don't get our prescriptions timely. This is the worst pharmacy in Colorado.

This location is wonderful! I think one thing the pharmacy could work on is managing expectations, for example I've been to a pharmacy that had a que on a screen with wait times. That's all, thanks for all you do!

For the third time, I have experienced massive incompetence with the pharmacy. A prescription was called in on Friday and on Wednesday still had not been filled. Waiting for 2 hours waiting only to be told they didn’t have it, then all of sudden they produced it. The tech did his best to try to get the order filled and the pharmacist had excuse after excuse for why it wasn’t filled.

It’s no secret this store and Walgreens overall has been overloaded the last few months. Their App and their stores seem to provide conflicting information at times which can lead to frustration.However, the customer service here is excellent. Genevieve, for example, has helped me above and beyond the expected assistance on multiple occasions.Just yesterday she got on the phone to other Walgreens for me when the fulfillment center messed up and didn’t fill my Xarelto, a vital blood thinner to keep me going. Instead of having me handle it alone, she stepped in immediately and called multiple stores and worked it out to get me my life saving medication the same day.Walgreens is struggling lately, but this store is putting their best foot forward and ensuring people get their medication as soon as possible.Thanks again, Genevieve

Had flu/COVID shot appointment for 11:15 am. Got there 15 minutes early at 11 am, gave information to the tech (very nice). Told to wait to be called. An hour later at 12 noon I got in line again to make sure they hadn’t missed me, and a guy asked to look at my COVID card (again). Was told to wait again. 20 minutes later at 12:20pm I was given some forms to be filled out and was again told to wait as they started to get my shots ready. At 12:35 pm. I got my shots (nice and capable tech) And was told to pay upfront. I went to print and was told they don’t accept payment for vaccines upfront due to HIPAA regulations, so I went back to the pharmacy which I never had a huge line. I finally got in line for the drive-through to pay for my vaccine it wasn’t covered by insurance. Transaction finally completed at 12:55 PM, nearly 2 hours after I first arrived and one hour 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I politely recommended to staff that they ask their manager not to allow as many online appointments since they obviously can’t keep up with them.

One of the worst operated Walgreens I have ever been to. I called a prescription in on a Thursday morning was told it would be ready later that day. Arrived to pick up at 6:00 pm on Friday to pick it up. Was ready yet was told it would be about 2 days to fill. I had planned to pick up to coincide with a vaccination appointment I had at 6:15 waited over an hour to be seen for my appointment. They staff are doing what they can this is clearly a management issue

Not great at the photo department. Don’t try to go pickup pictures before 9:30am they won’t be ready. I also did some passport pictures there and they got rejected during my appointment with USPS.

I was so impressed by David's excellent service at the photo counter. Their printer had been broken and the minute the new one came in, the employees worked tirelessly to get last minute Christmas cards printed. Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every time I go, I call ahead and they say the medication will be ready at a certain time. The medication has NEVER been ready, even when I go hours past the time it says it will be ready so I have to wait at the store every single time.Also, the management is extremely rude. It looks like I am not the only one with this experience. I asked what the best way to verify that my prescription is ready since when I call in, it is never ready. He told me to go to another Walgreens if I was unhappy with the service….

I like Walgreens, however this location....I waited 30min in drive through behind 1 other car? I went inside to where there was a line of 6, I was 4th in line, I gave up after 45min. I tried to call 3 times. Every single time I give up and hang up after 25min. This is ridiculous. I totally understand u der staffing, extended wait times etc. But nothing is unacceptable. Please do NOT use this location of Walgreens!
